Did the medical on the 22nd of March updated to pass on the 31st of March

PPR and correspondence letter on the 7th of April

Please do I take my passport to VFS now cause I’ve been seeing people talk about ups and dhl

My PPR is here guys, it has finally ended in praise!!!!

Will share my timeline soon, meanwhile I plan to use Lagos VFS because from the recent trend it seems their processing timeline has improved. Please since this is my second application and I did my biometric at Lagos VFS do I still have to pay the transmission fee?

Read here, it seems WES know about the 5 year IRCC rule and I would assume the new date of the "duplicate" copy will be a recent date (not 5years ago).

To be 100% sure, why not send them a mail asking specifically about what date the duplicate will carry.

I think the system has already told you what to do. Your kids do not need visa to enter Canada. So go ahead with your own application. Submit and get your own visa. Whenever you're traveling, book their flight alongside with yours. They have free passage to Canada because they're US citizens. That's my own understanding in this matter.
I think it's this way because you're applying for work permit and not PR.

Good day. I’m Applying for work permit outside Canada with my kids who were born in USA and with a valid US passport.
there’s a section that says “what country issued passport ? I chose USA and the system says based on the provided information the family member does not need Canada visa. And this now make his details in the application to go off.
What do I do?

Do I choose child's second nationality so as to make his data show that child is travelling with us or do I choose USA?
If I choose USA how will the officer know the child is coming with us.

My advise: if you have your language results and ECA, create a profile and see what the CRS comes up as when you transmit.

As far as I know OINP French Speakers program will only consider your profile if French is your first language, check the link I posted for details of the program and previous draw where they invite people with CRS between 424 and 436 in June.

Do you have more than one degree or a Masters? If not get one. Most of us will get a CLB 9 or 10 in IELTS and only CLB 7 or 8 in TEF so, the CRS will likely be lower if that is the case and you indicate French as a first language.
