UK conducted a referendum for itself to determine whether to leave the European Union or not. The referendum was not conducted by the European union. Why can't the so-called Biafran apologists conduct a referendum for itself to leave Nigeria instead of calling on the Federal Government of Nigeria to conduct a referendum for them? |
Ublaize:You are welcome. |
Adeoba10:And some girls will still fall into the trap with their eyes open. |
Ublaize:Sure. I have sent you my phone number. |
I saw this at the Lagos state High Court, Igbosere. Female lawyers beware!
|
Cutehector:You may be wrong. At 15, most girls have fully developed womanly features that could scatter any man's head. I m not condoning the acts of the men involved but from the story, the girl was loose. She was not raped in the strict sense of the word rape. |

Foolish write up. The writer has really been brain- washed. I pity girls that will accept these lies. |
[quote author=chukzyblingz post=46085991]what is too hard there to understand? [/quoite] Buhari is proving the Igbos right in their insinuations that he is an ethnic bigot. |
BUHARI's Democracy Day Speech: My reservation. ................................................................. The ostensible omission of the Fulani herdsmen saga in the prepared speech of the president on a day like this leaves much to be desired, especially when the victims include people from a major tribe in Nigeria. Does it mean that the president is not bothered by these atrocities committed by his kinsmen? |
Some of my good friends (though not of the same political ideology with me) have been very quick to call my attention to the ignoble statements about Nigeria made by United Kingdom's prime minister David Cameron describing Nigeria as a fantastically corrupt nation running neck-to- neck with Afghanistan on who will take the first position for the most corrupt nation on earth. These friends of mine in a bid to mock my political leanings and support for this present administration headed by President Buhari said that under PDP, Nigeria though known as a corrupt nation was not known as a 'fantastically corrupt nation'. In their opinions, going by the statement made by David Cameron, corruption have soared unimpeded within the past 12 months under President Buhari's led APC government. Nothing can be farther from the truth than these opinions. .................................... MY ANSWER TO THEM ...................................... What do you expect to hear from UK's prime minister when Ibori under PDP was discharged and acquitted of all his heinous crimes here in Nigeria and yet was convicted of the same crimes in the UK? What do you expect to hear from UK's prime minister when Alamieyesigha had to disguise himself as a woman to evade the long arms of UK enforcement agents on his way enroute to Nigeria? What do you expect to hear from UK's prime minister when Dizeani on learning that prison is waiting for her in this present administration, took the next available flight to UK where she was immediately apprehended and is undergoing trial? All these ugly events happened under PDP and yet some of us are blaming Buhari for the impression that was long made even before he became president. Anyway, though the statement credited to the prime minister is the truth, I won't take that from him. Why? It is an open secret that London is the hub of all financial crimes in the world and so he has no moral right to make that statement. Aside these, these my good friends (wailing wailers) excluded from me the fact that Justin Welby (Archbishop of Cantebury and Head of Anglican Church Worldwide) who was in the company of David Cameron and Queen Elizabeth when that statement was made refuted that statement immediately it was made. Justin Welby told David Cameron and Queen Elizabeth that "this President (referring to Buhari) is not corrupt". No testimonial can be better than this. |
To GOVERNOR IFEANYI UGWUANYI We don't need fasting and prayer alone against these Fulani herdsmen. We equally need actions from you and not tears. You made me miss former Governor Orji uzor Kalu To IGBO PEOPLE IN IGBO STATES Please pick up arms and act at least in self-defence. To IGBO PEOPLE IN HAUSA-FULANI STATES: Please pack your bags and come back home because ukpana okpoko gburu nti chiri ya. To PRESIDENT BUHARI: Call your Fulani herdsmen brothers to order. I know you may not be aware of the evils they are perpetrating, but sir, you cannot exonerate yourself from their acts. To FULANI HERDSMEN Harvest is coming. To BIAFRA ENTHUSIASTS: Show your might and not rants To OHANEZE NDI IGBO: You need refresher courses on leadership. To ALL IGBO YOUTHS: Rise up and defend your future |
FULANI HERDSMEN: WHY IGBOS ARE GETTING IT WRONG .................................................... My Opinion .................................................... This menace is NOT political at all (so I believe) and should not be dealt with in a political way, otherwise, it will keep occurring knowing how "EFFICIENT" the governments have always been in solving issues like these in the past. The simple issue for me is that some group of Fulani herdsmen who have been a thorn in the flesh of southern village farmers and middle belt farmers have upped their ante in their devious atrocities. They have graduated from raping and maiming indigenes in their homes to sacking villages, killing traditional leaders and holding big personalities to ransom in their homes. What do you expect of them when finally their kinsman became the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces in Nigeria. Utter ruthlessness!. Now what is the solution: The solution is to remove politics from this phenomenon and deal with it the way it is. If some people enter my territory and kill my people, those people have murdered sleep and will continuously have to watch their backs. Truth is I do not expect their kinsman at the helm of affairs to unleash the full weight of the law against his people. Even you the reader may not do that especially when previous southern presidents did absolutely nothing against them during their tenure, is it their brother that will now deal with them? Knowing the pedigree of their kinsman, I will still want him to take action against these marauders. However, if he does not, I will not bother myself having taken solace in the fact that this evil is not political. |
tit:I can see corruption fighting back through you. |
1.They join APGA 2. They strongly resist the menace of Fulani herdsmen by any means possible. 3. The first land they will buy will be in their home-states, next ones will be in all the Igbo states. 4. They open and operate active bank accounts only with Fidelity Bank or Diamond Bank. 5. They buy and use only Made-in-Aba products. 6. Even If their businesses are based in Lagos or a non-Igbo state or nation, they will open a viable branch in their home-state and make that branch the head office. 7. They learn how to speak and converse accurately in Igbo language without adding any English word. |
OneManLegion:You mindless dolt I guess that was the first insult you received from your mum at birth. Any female no matter the age is "fuckable" according to you because there is no age of maturity in Nigeria. Receive commonsense in the name of Jesus!! |
OneManLegion:The parents have said they couldn't register the births of their children at the time of their births because all of them were borned in the house and not the hospitals. I can see you are trying very hard to act the Devil's Advocate. Well done. I think you consider yourself wiser than most Nigerians that have stood up to this evil. It's your opinion and I don't want to change it for you. All I want for you is for you to find yourself in the shoes of ESE's parents. By then, I can argue with you. |
OneManLegion:There is no age of maturity in Nigeria?? You sound like one who needs mental assessment. No wonder people like you feel justified even when they sexually molest female infants. Where is your location so that I can recommend a good mental health facility for you? |
OneManLegion:In this case where there is no birth certificate, who would you believe?? |
OneManLegion:Between the girl and the parents, who should actually know the exact age of the girl? If the girl said she is 17 and the mum that gave birth to her says she is 14 and the elder brother says he is 16, who should you believe? |
Deltagiant:If that's all he did to get your support as an Igbo man, then you need to shore up your self esteem. |
bebe2:Surely God will give you a brain cos you are not sounding mentally ok. |
BLOODBATH IN BAYELSA: A CHARADE CALLED ELECTION. By Lawrence C. Nnoli On the 9th of January, 2016 Nigerians were again entertained to a live horror movie casted in Ijaw South Local Government Area of Bayelsa state titled “Gubernatorial Election Re-run”. The two main actors of this live horror movie did not in any way fail to uphold their pre-election threats to rain terror and exchange fire for fire . Indeed they made good their threats. The film was well shot and concluded as planned. As usual with all films, what then is the rating of this show? All manner of ratings have flowed in from various supporters of the main actors but ultimately all those ratings have adjudged the movie as one too bloody. Though no ratings were proffered by the director cum producer of this live theatrical horror movie, the entire Nigerian audience expected no self-assessed rating from them contrary to the ultimate conclusion already drawn by various supporters of the main actors which is that the election was repulsively bloody. ................................................................................................ MY RATINGS ................................................................................................ A situation where more than 50% of eligible voters stayed indoors on the day of the re-run election for fear of violence and the few that even dared all odds to go out and vote sustained varying degrees of trauma and intimidation is a situation that Nigeria should bow its head in shame. This incident has reminded the ordinary Nigerian that our political industry is still filled with political entrepreneurs who have little or no value for human lives. The election has again brought to the fore the conclusion by many political researchers that election in Nigeria is war. If the recent bloodletting which occurred during the Bayelsa gubernatorial re-run election is not conclusively investigated and culprits brought to book, it will enbolden these honourable criminals to continue their merchandise. All dramatis personas in the just concluded elections ought to be dispassionately investigated including the winner and the loser if such occurrence must be avoided tomorrow. A situation where unjust killings during elections are swept under the carpet must henceforth cease. Well, this call will sound laughable to most Nigerians, afterall this has been a normal occurrence in our nation and there are other current issues which seem to be begging for attention. No. The life of every Nigerian must be valued if we must make progress as a nation. This call is for all and sundry to rise up against this bloody show regardless of party affiliation. A nation that shows little or no concern for the life of its citizens is tottering on the edge of extinction. Who knows whether this is the reason Biafra agitations have gathered morale and momentum all of a sudden. To the Government, I dare ask, Where lies the best investment? Isn't it in human beings? Ironically, while a lot of capital is mapped out by the Federal and the state governments to develop Nigeria, issues of this nature do not always catch the fancy of the governments of the day. Could it be because occupants of political positions in government were products of the bloodletting electoral activities? Let this present government add to the genial gesture of the immediate past government headed by Goodluck Jonathan who made good his often quoted statement that his “political ambitions are not worth any human blood” by peacefully acknowledging defeat and handing over to the winner of the last general presidential election. This they can do by bringing the actors and sponsors of those devious acts to book. If they do not do this, the blood of the slain innocents will continue to cry against Nigeria for justice. This injustice must be addressed if there will be a meaningful and long lasting development in Nigeria. http://www.reportsafrique.com/?p=23957&preview=true |

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) yesterday arraigned Mr. Michael Orakwe popularly known as “Pandora” for illegal reproduction of musical works belonging to the famous late musician, Dr. Sir Warrior which copyright was later assigned to Panovo Entertainment. The accused person was arraigned before the Federal High Court, Ikoyi Lagos presided by Justice M.B. Idris. Accused counsel Mr. Jim Abel Ofoma filed a preliminary objection by way of motion on notice challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter. However, the Commission represented by its counsel, Lawrence C. Nnoli opposed same citing Section 396(2) of the newly enacted Administration of Criminal Justice Act. Mr. Nnoli argued that in view of the provision of the new act, such application by the accused counsel can be taken only after the accused has taken his plea and then the court will consider it and deliver ruling on same at the time of judgment. The court agreed with the counsel to the NCC and ordered that the accused take his plea. The Accused pleaded “Not Guilty”. Bail application for the accused moved by his lawyer was opposed by the Commission’s lawyer and the court adjourned the case to January 22, 2016 for ruling. In the meantime, the Judge ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody pending the outcome of the ruling.
