My three triggers were:
1) already used to eating rich meals. The demands of getting quality food caused it. I will result to low-budget food by all means

2) the quest for comfort. I bought 10 litres fuel and a can of oil for 6k as my area has no power supply for four months. The quest to replace what I spent also caused it. I will have to sell the generator to avoid temptation of living big. Servicing it and buying fuel is a distraction

3) my high libido. Anytime I go to the olosho house in my street, I spend up to 6k, due to different rounds. I have to find a way to regulate it. This will be hard. If only I could have a girlfriend who is a sex maniac or be satisfied with soapy once a while

I feel so sorry to have let you all down and also myself. I gambled again and got into mild problems

I want to start afresh. This time with a shorter target of 70 days. If I don't make it out of this disease, I may not come out alive.

I will keep believing
