dayokanu: So the Governors went to meet IBB whom Retardeen called his father? Its a bitter pill i understand but he GOODLUCK EBELE AZIKIWE JONATHAN will be you President till 2019 if your views are in contrast meet #TeamFreshAir# at the court... Shikena. |
chino11: TUFIAKWA !I have told u severally on this forum to remove your imbecilic erratic eyes from the entity call Imo state. It would have been more profitable to face your erosion ravaged state and make some thing out from it. I can recall with nosalgia i led the team that came to raise funds for your brain transplant in india but you refused the olive branch to rescue you, now its becoming worse cos i can see your brain has finally divorced your head. Kindly send me the estimate let me use my influence on nairaland to see if we can raise money for this rhino brain transpant i proposed for you. Back to the topic, Rochas in my own view just shoot himself on the foot by joining APC with his 400kg wife. He has obviously orphaned himself politically. |
The achievements of this son of the old religion will not be complete without mentioning the massive patching of urban roads in the state with cement. I will commend him for totally abandoning nerve roads in aba the hub of commerce and symbol of struggle of the Igbo man. I will equally congratulate his wisdom in banning all commercial buses coming from imo state from entering abia and equally setting up a task force to clamp down on defaulters. I personally will congratulate Ochendo for sacking civil servants from other SE states and removing the names of the pensioners of other SE states from the payroll. ![]() ![]() ![]() OCHENDO FOR PRESIDENT 2015. |
It can equally be used as an igbo translation for mister. When i was on holiday in the uk a chinese approached me and was like 'mazi how are you doing' and as a nigerian with the right onions i responded in my locals. |
sexymoma: DOES IT LEADS TO HEAVEN.Your spoken English can even lead a man to hell ![]() |
I give Obi credit for the steps taken so far in issues concerning security. I must urge other governors to learn from Obi in incorporating local content in all government procurements in a way that will domesticate government funds and reduce capital flight. In particular reference to the action of Rochas going to India to import uniforms and school furnitures from india, he should quickly drive to Awka to get lessons on how to make prudent use of government money in a way that empowers his people instead of the gimmick freebies spree. |
Jonathan fulfilling promises dullards crying foul. I have not seen any government in the history of nigera that has mustered courage to carry out jobs like you have with GEJ's govt. 1. North west will take delivery of zungeru power plant and abuja-kaduna rail project, 2. North central loko-oweto bridge across river benue, abuja lokoja road dualization, suleja-minna road dualization, construction of 13 districts in the F.C.T, Geregu power plant and the lokoja-benin road dualization. 3. North-central will enjoy the manbila power plant, kano-maiduguri dualization and wiping out of the dreaded boko haram. 4. South west will take delivery of the lagos-Ibadan expansion into 10 lanes, Lagos-Ibadan monorail and the Ibadan-Ilorin dualization. 5. South-south will enjoy the east-west road, the 6 power plants, niger-delta railway project and the coastal roads valued at 1.8 trillion naira. 6. The south-east will have the second niger bridge, reconstruction of the onitsha-enugu road into a six-lane road, the reconstruction of of enugu-portharcourt road and the 3 power plants in imo, abia and enugu. In addition other projects like the sagamu-ore-benin road, the $1b GE investment in calabar, the skill acquisation centres in the nine oil states worth 9b naira each, the new refinery at ondo by dangote and a whole lot of them... GEJ is working... Team fresh air #2015# |
Emmadani: am not sure about eket, but d govt wil build ibaka industrial city.I expect eket should also av its own.I heard of it, but from what heard of the Ibaka industrial city is conceptionalize for mixed use i.e. business, leisure and industrial use. Eket city i was trying to explain will take care of hospitality and tourism, residential and entertainment. More improtantly, I hear say eket chics get A1 for nakiology so that will feed their hospitality needs as you know hospitality in any part of the world thrives in places with robust postitution network. |
Olaolufred: LIKE KANU'S ONE MILLION MARCH ORGANIZED TO DRUM SUPPORT FOR ABACHA.Na you sabi wetin you dey talk my dog sef don endorse GEJ... If Nigeria don tire you cameroun is not far. |
I pray Rotimi delivers all ongoing projects before the expiration of his tenure. Such projects as new 100,000 capacity university, the monorail project, the greater port harcourt ringroad with 2 cable-stay bridges, the m1 highway comprising 10 lanes, the 15 floors hospital, the model schools, the unity roads and a whole lot of them should be funded to completion to add to the glory of the niger-delta. |
Akwa Ibom is truly building for the future. A 15 floors five star hotel and entertainment centre, dualization of almost all the major roads in the state, world class stadium by jb under construction, an e-library, an airport and now a deep sea port. I expect him to develop a new city befitting of the oil city of eket to accomodate net worth individuals comparable to istabul open for private sector investment comparable to lekki city. He should equally build a brand new university that can rival any around the world in term of infrastructure and learning. ...Akwa Ibom ayaya ooo. The emrging dreamland. |
My luv!:In your thoughts you've made a punch line. |
obayaya: ever heard of the Onitsha business park? the Niger is being dredged.. things have to go one after the other my friend. Peter has done his part. and I dare to say he did well. the next person should continue. Why not listen when elders are on the podium. I hope the ANIDS blueprint you mean is not the one that approved the massive distribution of ambulances on one hand and cheques to missionary hospitals for the construction of morgues on the other hand... The one you mean is a political blueprint. |
I feel some nostalgia hearing that the lady governor is retiring from active politics after his tenure ends in 2014. He tried his best and we the good people of Igboland appreciate and respect his decision. I will pray fervently that the next governor assembles a crack team of the egg heads in anambra to produce a blueprint that will lead anambra to where she ought to be found. I look forward to seeing the onitsha boulevard project that will accommodate the best business clusters in africa, The Louis Ojukwu Int'l Airport in Oba project, onitsha/asaba mega city project consummated, the refinery and petrochemical plant in aguleri completed and the business moguls of anambra origin to return home with a plethora of investments in all sectors of the economy of the state... God bless Omanbala God bless Imo God bless Enugwu God bless Abia God bless Ebonyi God bless Nigeria. |
EASTSIDAZ: Thought you are reasonal, you are actually not different from pauperized imo people I see everyday begging for food. LolI saw an old witch with your picture waving it to satisfaction that she succeeded. I prayed immediately that God looses her grip of you cos she kept calling your name while hitting her sagged bossom. Loose from your grip you spirit of confusion holding chino. ** P R A Y I N G ** |
chino11:In making arguements, i expect you to be creative in convincing me cos you are becoming boring by the day. Your likes make me believe we still have educated illiterates ie if you are a standard six holder. It is only in anambra that you hear the voice of an old woman and in shock see a mature man to the full glare of tv viewers as the governor. Most remarkably you always see him distributing ambulances as dividends of democracy, the best may be the distribution of cheques for missionary hospitals to build morgues. Its okay i'm happy for you, atleast you can now buy your cabin biscuit in shoppite. Btw I AM NOT ABAGWORO... Be guided. |
chino11: Even the Orji you are mocking everyday is far far better regarded as a humanbeing in the SE than your okorosha who has mortgaged the future of poor imo state and its poor citizens into the hands of tinubo and his hausa masters.I strongly believe your situation is deserving of a brain transplant preferably, that of a rhino if it is possible in human medicine. Please make inquiries so that we the good people of nairaland, can raise money to enable you follow ojb to india for this redeemption exercise. I will chair the committee that will raise funds, considering the extent of the damage of your medular. In your widest imagination you believe Obi is performing better than Rochas. Can you compare side by side a free education policy in place for the most literate population in the entire country, with the illiteracy dotting the streets of anambra under the leadership of Mrs. Obi... Your guess is as good as mine. |
Nonybb: Look at Peter Obi posing as if he is working. Wat a deception! Pls my fellow anambrarian tell me wat this man had done in anambra state. He said he is building Onitsha? Which Onitsha? Pls do we have two Onitsha in Nigeria?I see you as the true anambra son. How come Peter Obi suddenly started an 8 floors hotel, an ICC, a shopping mall and road construction in onisha at the 11th hour of his wasted 8 years. Self deceit is worst than suicide. I will urge the next governor of anambra to come with ideas in the clon of Prof. Soludos' to move to enugu and akwa ibom for lessons on development. We progressive Igbos expect the next governor of anambra to develop the greater anambra that will transform the state to a one city state, dualize all the entries into awka and nnewi and collaborate with networth citizens of anambra for a robust investment drive. |
I will strongly advise the federal government to try and deliver this project in record time to encourage other investors to engage government in other ppp infrastructure developments. Ultimately, it will accelerate development and send a positive signal to investors to see nigeria as viable investment corridor. |
Akshow: #yawns# Abuja Lokoja express road wey de under their nose them no fit complete am for decades, na second niger bridge remain. lets hope them finish this one shaThe abuja-lokoja road you mentioned is executed by dantata, rcc, gitto and bulletine not jb. |
norabenok :I give up!!! Infact Orlu is the best thing that happened to Imo state and nigeria as a whole. I will work with every orlu indigene to see that IMSU and atleast one of the federal institutions is relocated to Orlu the heartbeat of the Igbo struggle. I will even encourage the federal government to dualize the orlu-owerri, orlu-oru and the orlu-okigwe road to allow it assume its rightful place as the true state capital of Imo state. I urge God to please relocate the crude oil in oguta, ngor okpala and ohaji to orlu soil to consummate the orlu mega city masterplan... Shekina. |
norabenok :I understand you are an unrepentant indigene of orlu judging from the arguements you present that contain words of hate. Can you ask why aba for abia, onitsha for anambra, warri for delta, suleja for niger and auchi for edo has been able to sustain themselves without waiting for the feeding bottle federalism orlu enjoys from Imo funds. Please read more books and expand your narrow and shallow reasoning cap. |
norabenok :if you have visited cities around nigeria and parts of the world you will discover that real development is anchored by the private sector not necessarily for successive governments to sink billions into projects that are of no economic value. I feel bad each time orlu screams for projects because the dont account for much economic activities across the state. If you are in doubt you find time and tour the state. I have done that myself and in my conclusion, orlu is a wild parasite we cant wait to give out to support Njaba State. |
I get shocked each time people argue blindly about issues concerning road construction. I have said it on this forum severally that the governments in ogun and oyo made a huge mistake by constructing low quality flyovers. Where has our quality control mind gone If you are in doubt please ask a highway engineer. Take a trip to calabar and discover how roundabouts scattered all over the city is effectively controlling traffic and adding to the beauty of the town at affordable prices. Recently owerri the Imo state capital is enjoying the same intervention. If you want to be counted as a good citizen why not tell your governor to consult road experts and not political engineers. |
uncleken: Orlu deserve the best because it is most populated zone in Imo State.Be informed that according to the 2006 census considered to be the most recent, mbaise alone is more than the entire orlu zone. Street urchins like you have decided not to make inquiries before mouthing thrash. |
berem: All the tertiary institutions in owerri both state and federal are located in Owerri senatorial zone.what is wrong in having the marine institution in Orlu? Oguta is the best place to have such institution because of the lake. Relocating IMSU too is not a bad idea because the school is congested as of the year i graduated from there. I don't know if the former Secretariat is part of the institution now . Owerri can't have everything leaving Orlu and Okigwe out of the limelight.if you are rational you should ask yourself one fundamental question... Has orlu as a place benefited from present and past governments or not During Udenwa's regime he spirited away the state teaching hospital to orlu, constructed a world class 2500 shop capacity market, built a wasted housing scheme containing 500 units of 2 and 3 bungalow in a thick forest in orlu, built a stadium that hosted not even a single state event and constructed many roads. Ohakim started a wonderlake resort considered to place Orlu on the tourism map of the world and built some structures in the teaching hospital. Rochas broke the construction jinx by building a six lane super intra city road crossing all parts of the unproductive town and as we speak its ready for use. In addition the biggest citygate in africa is attached to the road to enhance estatics and security. In addition to that, another stadium, a conference centre, a shopping mall, a governor's lodge, street roads and a host of other projects are up and running in orlu. I will ask one question do we relocate the state capital to orlu because orlu is maginalised ![]() ... Una no well. |
What an unusual way of ushering in a brand new love peddler. |
The should bring sure gesture to play in the construction of the enugu-portharcourt expressway that is very strategic in the industralization of the old eastern block. |
Rogues turned saints clamouring for change... I believe now is the right time for the ruling party to celebrate having succeeded in helping to merge a group of serial killers. Notably the greed of tinubu, rascality of aregbesola, fanatism of buhari and the confusionist tendency of rochas makes the village meeting dead on arrival. |
