Hi, i also finished from Ife, infact i met seun there. the place had its highs and lows. i haven't been there since i collected my NYSC letters. i just think people there should be a bit more focused about what value could be added to themselves and the community. The union like most is carried away with reacting to issues instead of developmental issues for their members and the university. But in all its still a great enviromental because of the people there and the tradition that comes with it. |

Hi guys, ive had some problems with my free browsing mtn line today. i dont know if any of you are experiencing the same problems.what can i do to get around this. |
Hi, i might be of help wats your MSISDN-(phone no) and your phione model and details |
hi its possible wheres your neighbour located. |
WRONG, Claude Makalele was no where near the national team as of 1998. in fact the earliest record of Makalele at the national team was some timein 2002/3 |
hi, dont have a lot to add but you can check the net.hers what i got from wikipedia Bioreactor design Bioreactor design is quite a complex engineering task. Under optimum conditions the microorganisms or cells are able to perform their desired function with great efficiency. The bioreactor's environmental conditions like gas (i.e., air, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide) flowrates, temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen levels, and agitation speed/circulation rate need to be closely monitored and controlled. Most industrial bioreactor manufacturers use vessels, sensors, controllers, and a control system, networked together for their bioreactor system, see programmable logic controller (PLC). Fouling can harm the overall sterility and efficiency of the bioreactor, especially the heat exchangers. To avoid it the bioreactor must be easily cleanable and must be as smooth as possible (therefore the round shape). A heat exchanger is needed to maintain the bioprocess at a constant temperature. Biological fermentation is a major source of heat, therefore in most cases bioreactors need water refrigeration. They can be refrigerated with an external jacket or, for very large vessels, with internal coils. In an aerobic process, optimal oxygen transfer is perhaps the most difficult task to accomplish. Oxygen is poorly soluble in water -and even less in fermentation broths- and is relatively scarce in air (20.8%). Oxygen transfer is usually helped by agitation, that is also needed to mix nutrients and to keep the fermentation homogeneous. There are however limits to the speed of agitation, due both to high power consumption (which is proportional to the cube of the speed of the electric motor) and the damage to organisms due to excessive tip speed. Industrial bioreactors usually employ bacteria or other simple organisms that can withstand the forces of agitation. They are also simple to sustain, requiring only simple nutrient solutions and can grow at astounding rates. In bioreactors where the goal is grow cells or tissues for experimental or therapeutic purposes, the design is significantly different from industrial bioreactors. Many cells and tissues, especially mammalian, must have a surface or other structural support in order to grow, and agitated environments are often destructive to these cell types and tissues. Higher organisms also need more complex growth medium. [edit] NASA Tissue Cloning Bioreactor Recently NASA announced another new type of Bioreactor that artificially grows tissue in Cell cultures. NASA's Tissue Bioreactor can grow heart tissue, skeletal tissue, ligaments, cancer tissue for study, and other types of tissue. [1] |
Yes. i believe next season united would be ready to face the Chelsea challenge and make a definite attempt at winning the champions league again. the buys so far have been good, with perhaps a good midfielder we should be set for the future also we need to clean out some players - Mikael Sylvestre, Quinton Fortune and perhaps Ole Guner Solkjear should move on now. RED RULES |
i actually agree with advinchi about this topic being unfair but disagree as regards to whom. Bimbo Akintola is a far better actress the Genieve would ever be. Shes a pro who has shown she can match any rola and can face whatever challenges .Geni is alright but gets her props by just being pretty acting wise she doesnt hold a candle to Bimbo |

My nominees are the over 80 million nigerians who have put up with the present state of this country. but on a more specific note for this year i'll nominate Dr Dora Akunyuli,Dr Okonjo Iweala,Dr Oby Okwesezili, Alhaji Aliko Dangote etc.... |

Hi please I'd like to use this forum to find Adeolu tayo he attended Omoleye children's primary school onipanu sometime between 1984-1990/1. My name is chibuzor nwaezeapu.thanks |
Hey hold your horses, i monitored the FIFA match schedule and nothing was said about the Romania game till a day or two before and even www.livescores.com stated that it was a Nigeria - Oman friendly. Anyone who knows a thing or two about organizing friendlies or any occasion for that matter knows that an advance notice is always given especially concerning professional footballers who answer to clubs who in many cases are not too pleased to release them for any international engagements. This is why most national bodies have to exercise FIFA rules to force the clubs hands. I think its basically an administrative problem again and the Fa members are too occupied lining their own pockets as usual.Eguaveon and his crew should avoid taking anything thrown at their table no matter how poorly arranged they are. Unless they will be the next scapegoat for any future misadventure./ |
Apologies to all Nigerians we didnt qualify despite chxtas predictions but look on the bright side the oldies no longer have an excuse to keep on playing and for once in a long time the nations cup will be the center of attraction for some of the bigger nations whom of course with the "blessings" of the european clubs would send their best squads for the first time in along. Cheer up all of you 2010 beckons.. ![]() |
Hey i really believe all the university system here does is to toughen you up for later and if you are fortunate enough to get into one of the better universities you'd learn something especially lots of theoretical stuff. Practically you'd probably be a mess except of course you work on yourself or you go to some of the private ones which i hear have some facilities. Most times you're simply on your own. .....OFfcourse i finished from GREATIFE. |
its unfortunate that the new season has started and the transfer window closes today and the only action mikel has seen(apart from his ball juggling for globacom ) is about 15 minutes against a lacklustre libya. The young man should start thinking about his career seriously. He should learn to keep his words and contracts |
Dont forget he is a firm believer in the metaphysical a word or too from laloko to his babalawo brothers might do the trick.Seriously people like laloko should watch their public utterances if anything controversial happens and Nigeria qualifies fingers will be pointed the man should wise up a bit and watch his comments ![]() |
chxta all i'm getting is german pls help |
Hmnnn... nice review by chxta the only sad thing about the seria is that the same set of teams always mount the challenges and there are hardly ever any surprises, even for a short while. Alls been said about inter and the strenght of their squad. Although i still fancy the old lady(or bianconeri) for the title (juve actually started with pink jerseys they switched to the newcastle black and white stripes after they neede emergency jerseys for a game and one of their directors ended up buying some old newcastle black and whites from a sport shop and they later felt it was more masculine than the feminine pink). I think the inter squad still needs some help. Upfront theres a bit o bother for me theres martins and Adriano which is the first choice good attack when their fit but without Adriano and against a physical defence martins will be up against it as was evidenced last season in the c-league first leg against stam and Milan. Julio Cruz is the more skillful kind of attacker who avoids the physical side of the game and prefers operating around the box and not in it. Also with cambias so in central midfield there little or no cover and i am not sure hes the finished article yet. Now Samuels back , good for him as hes more suited for seria A football as he proved himself too clumsy for la liga with Cordoba as support inter should expect more cards except if these too can watch themselves ,materials still there and hell play a part. I think inter payed too much money acquiring wingers with kily, van der meyde-(both rumored to be on their way out ) now with solari and figo they've gotten enough wingers for two teams the only issues that figos not getting any younger and this tends to show once in a while and solari for once has to show hes first team material. i predict a second or third finish as usual for them with this present squad but i think Mancini should scout around for a good centre forward and probably some midfield cover and then maybe.......they could challenge for something |
i regret pasumas view at the moment though there are many indecent ladies out there there are many nice and good ones too. open your eyes wide enough and you woild probably find one. best of look |

dile you dont dissapoint with your near sighted views. its called the english premiership . i disagree when you talk about average english players there many good ones out there as you can see mourinho wants and english core ,same as jol at totenham. its good to get good foreign players but the core should be english,. about manu going for everthing in the market lkook at your beloved chelsea before pointing fingers ....robben, swp e.t.c keep yaning your kind o f yans |

i read with keen interest sages response but reply with the following 1. i do not criticize peoples reasons for emigrating its their personal business 2. i believe any Nigerian should believe and love their nation nobodies there to do it 3 .we should all ask ourselves what we are doing to improve Nigeria, even in our little areas 3. south Africa, Egypt and all other countries have their problems theres a large population of poor people especially the blacks in south Africa and the opposition parties in Egypt are more repressed than Nigeria 4. every country has its problems it doesn't make it any less home 5. appreciate the fact that Nigeria has contributed so much to regional, African and world issues ask sierra Leona's, Togolese, Liberians, Angolans etc. 6. things are improving in Nigeria no matter how much we complain, it takes time to build a foundation .its frustrating that things aren't going faster my point is Nigerians should believe more in themselves remember NIGERIA ROCKS |
true its all about money. men will sell their souls and their mothers too ask all the chelsea buys sir alex sell rio now and buy 3 quality players |

SWPs been in the limelight for at least two seasons now scoring impressive goals especially against manu and putting up impressive performances all season. the major inspiration in a lackluster man city side. keep the talk right codec |
