These statements are vague with no precise time-frame.

Transfer my shares to another company, they sent forms, i filled them, with utility bill, nin, passport, signature confirmation, etc, still they did not transfer.... My strategy-- i sold all my shares with them...nonsense and ingredients....i instructed them to even sell at market price ...cscs promply sent all the sell alert. Toh...

There should absolutely be nothing wrong with the suspension, just like other companies do miss out filings.
Most insurance companies this year while on suspension opened on full bid for days after lifting. It could also happen here..

However, this present delay and suspension is opening a cankerworm based on its antecedents and what subsequently followed thereafter to the share price and the company itself with same management in place

One can't readily isolate this suspension.Nothing substantial to back it up independently of the management abi na auditors incompetence(as someone assumed). They should have forecasted well enough and extended the deadline.
They will need investors in the near future and this paints a negative vibe in addition to rearing the ugly head of the past we are all trying to forget.
It calls for concern. I don't blame the pessimists
for now.

I think it's your signature specimen that is required by the registrar. That's usually the 2nd popular reason for a Share Transfer form.

I don't see anything special about the present finance minister. I need to hear about the present management oh.A girl thr tried scamming of my IB rights. She lied about many things and was sending my documents to just sign on them.She didn't know I was in contact with my broker who was telling me the truth. She was on me to just sign documents to relinquish my rights and send to her .She lied about my actual rights and others.

This does not mean the company is bad but she is a bad egg in that company so don't get me wrong.
I want to know about the top managers of that fund and gauge the sustainability going forward since thr stock is an illiquid stock. The os is less than a billion. I am after consistency in dividend payment and growth

I will have to get full approval from my oga here as per the top management integrity. If it was Chapel Hill dalham behind it.The expirence I got from one of the female staff during IB right issue was not good.Infact I threatened her and told her to reveal how she got my information because she wanted to scam me during that period

I don't know much but I know Chapel Hill is a great financial advisor and investment managment firm for Businesses..
Learnt the present Minister of finance is the founder..(Wale Edun)
Infact he was also the founder of then IBTC that later merged with Stanbic to form present Stanbic IBTC.

And both Chapel Hill and Stanbic are robosts and Champions in the finance and investment world with high level integrity.

In Summary, anything Chapel Hill is involved, you can sleep with 99% eyes closed.

2.When my business makes profits and pay me dividend. You collect 10% WHT

Is this not like 50%.And at the end thr is no subsidy in anything. I provide my water,power via generator.state and local government will still collect from different way.I will still pay income tax to state government.

I think Sir Emmas reply was to to tell him indirectly he can't see a guaranteed 60% annual Return (100k, monthly /2mill) on any Stock right from time of investment.
No Due Diligence in Stocks can guarantee him that from inception.

Probably some rare businesses can do that if he carries out his Due Diligence (i don't know ) and terms of contract.

He can also lose his money in stocks as well. But he's more likely to initiate or find a business to invest his money to get a guaranteed 60% annual return from onset than to find it in Stocks.

I think emphasis wasn't on "how good doing a business is in Nigeria".
