These accusations come after Mimi aka Omotee, accused Jack of using jazz on her to extort her (read here). And Jack replied, accusing Mimi and her mother of taking his name to a spiritualist (read here).

Eunice Atuejide, the presidential candidate of the National Interest Party (NIP), has dropped out of the 2019 presidential race. 

39-year-old Eunice Atuejide who dropped out of the  2019 presidential race as confirmed in a statement she issued, stated that she has learnt enough to realise that the 2019 presidential election is between Atiku and President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Presidential candidate who further disclosed that PDP's bad leadership in government began between 1999 and 2015 added that Buhari's APC has done "a much worse job from 2015 to 2019", as she endorsed Atiku Abubakar. 

"To my mind, the political party platform is not the real issue nonetheless, it's either Alhaji Atiku Abubakar under the PDP or President Buhari under the APC this time. I make bold to state unequivocally that I stand with Atiku under the PDP this time," she said.

"I believe strongly that a Nigeria led by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will drastically reduce the suffering we have all endured under the President Buhari led maladministration. 

"I believe we will come out of the bottom pile of all human development indices, particularly the crown of being the poverty capital of the world. 

"I believe there will be respect for human life, less nepotism, tribalism, religious fanaticism, insensitivity and outright disregard for the wishes of the Nigerian people.

Kemi Olunloyo in a new post which served as her reaction to Special Spesh's counter claim over her leaked chat, has stated that Peruzzi is the mole in DMW.

A bus conductor identified as  Chisco was found dead on Tuesday in a Rivers welder’s workshop, in Borokiri area of Port Harcourt, the state's capital.

It is suspected that the deceased must have died in the night, as his body was discovered by the owner of the workshop and neighbours in the morning. The bus conductor was found dead, lying inside the Rivers welder’s workshop while the gate leading to the shop was still locked.

While the case was reported to the police, an eyewitness who spoke to Punch's correspondent, said the deceased who is a drug addict, must have scaled the gate to gain entry into the workshop. He said; 

“I know the dead man; we call him Chisco. He had worked with me before as my conductor. I saw him two days ago while he was working with another driver.

“Chisco, as I know him, was a drug addict; he used to take tramadol, Indian hemp and other harmful drugs. He must have jumped into the workshop, because he usually took his bath in the workshop after the workers had closed and gone home.

“Even the clothes he was wearing belong to an apprentice at the workshop. I suspect he must have taken overdose of hard drugs, which must have killed him.”

Omar Sherriff Captan, a Ghanaian actor turned preacher has revealed that an older woman broke his virginity at age 17 which according to him was "sweet".

According to Omar Sherriff Captan in the interview with Abeiku Santana on “Atuu” show, he enjoyed sex with the older woman who broke his virginity at 17 whether it was the right time or not.

“I broke my virginity at age 17 and I enjoyed it. A lady taught me how to practice sex. She was older than me,” he revealed.

Former Military Head of State, Sani Abacha's son Alhaji Mohammed Abacha, who is contesting for the governorship seat in Kano State on the platform of Advance Peoples Democratic Alliance, has promised President Buhari two million votes in the 2019 election.

According to the Nigerian lady identified as Blessing Ocheido, the Taxify driver became rude to her when she realized she wasn't going to a far distance. Lord of Ajasa who has been down with peptic ulcer which left many of his fans worried, has disclosed that his sickness brought him closer to God. 

In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Lord of Ajasa who confirmed that he has been discharged from LUTH but still visits the hospital as an outpatient for some treatments, thank everyone who have supported him in this trying time.

He said; 

“I thank God that I am better now. I have been discharged but I still go to LUTH as an outpatient for some treatments. However, I will be undergoing surgery in some weeks’ time and I want everybody, who loves me, to pray for me.

“There were gall stones in my gall bladder; so, I cannot eat much for now and I have to be careful of what I ingest.”

Lord of Ajasa who told Sunday Scoop that his sickness brought him closer to God, said; 

“My fans should be expecting a song from me because I have a lot to talk about. This sickness was a reality check for me. I have noticed that these days, everybody just talks about money; nobody thinks about their well-being.

“Good health is more important than money; and being in the hospital really made that fact to sink in for me. You may have money but if you are not in good health, how would you spend it? Money without health is nothing. There were so many people that died in the same ward I was in at the hospital despite all the money they spent. This incident has made me to move closer to God and I thank Him for giving me a second chance.”

A Nigerian lady, Chinonye Chukwu, has become the first Black woman to win the Sundance biggest prize for her U.S. Dramatic entry, Clemency.

It was a big year for women at the event, as the four jury prizes all went to women including Chinonye Chukwu who won the Sundance Film Festival’s Grand Jury Prize. The Nigerian-American won the coveted prize for her powerful death-row drama, Clemency, a movie which follows a prison warden (Alfre Woodard) who confronts her own psychological demons, as she develops an emotional connection to the death row inmate she is scheduled to execute.

Parents who buried their 7-year-old son alive for not knowing the Bible, have been arrested and will be arraigned in court today over the incident.

The little boy, Ethan Hauschultz, whose court-appointed guardians Timothy and Tina Hauschultz buried in ‘his own little coffin of snow’, was tortured and given sickening punishments including holding a 44-pound log for two hours every day for a week before the sad incident.

Timothy and Tina Hauschultz’s 15-year-old son had also tortured the youngster, kicked and punched him at least 100 times, rolled a heavy log over his body and stood on his head while he was face-down in a puddle. The kid reportedly died in April last year from hypothermia, and blunt force trauma to the head, abdomen and chest, and a fractured rib.

The last straw came after Timothy punished Ethan, by asking him to carry logs for failing to recite 13 Bible verses of his choosing. His 15-year-old son was in charge of supervising the punishment. The parents however took the punishment further after they buried their 7-year-old son alive for not knowing the Bible. 

The family who all had a hand in the boy's death, will be appearing in court today. The couple's teenage son has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, while Timothy, 48, has been charged with felony murder and felony contributing to the delinquency of a child. Tina, 35, is charged with failing to prevent bodily harm and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Atiku Abubakar in new tweets spoke about the controversy surrounding the relationship between alleged biased TV interviewer, Kadaria Ahmed and Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai. 

Recall that Kadaria Ahmed was accused of being biased while interviewing the PDP candidates on 'The Candidates', because of her alleged relationship with Nasir El-Rufai. Atiku who spoke about the alleged biased TV interviewer, Kadaria Ahmed in tweets shared by his wife, Jennifer Douglas,  described her as a great woman and a professional.

He was quoted saying in the tweets; 

“The Kadaria Ahmed’s relationship with Mallam Nasir el-Rufai is a non issue. It will be a sign of unpreparedness on my part not to have my team do a background check on who I meet in the course of this campaign. We were aware and quite frankly, we were not bothered.

“My running mate and I have nothing to hide. We only have a plan to get Nigeria working again. Kadaria is a great woman and a professional as far as we are concerned. I have nothing but maximum respect for her brilliance.

“Hopefully, after we are elected, we would like to work with her and other very brilliant women and youths.

“The issue is not if she was tutored or given questions to ask as being rumoured. To us, she was simply doing her job.
