Oga rest and stop forming woke abeg. Accept that the pun was lost on you. Your 'message' did not hold any water. Let's see road abeg. Small joke, you want to cry. Me sef, 'moving on'.
extraterestrial:
1) i got the subliminal message when she used the term Alien aunty and uncle teacher, i use the moniker so i know what it means undecided
2) she was trying to be sarcastic hence me ending it at moving on
3) it seems like those trying so hard to take jabs at me feel as though my message about being the class prefect was directed at them ..well if the shoe fits..lace that bih up
4) finally i repeat i am in a good mood so let me be!!!!

Meanwhile in other news. I got the golden mail on the 2nd of May!
So freaking happy cos it's a double celeb for me. Didn't have time to get down to my announcement. So here it is.

CRS: 449
ITA: Jan 24th
AOR: Jan 30th
MEP: Feb 14th (or thereabouts)
IP1: Feb 15th (when I noticed sha)
IP2: Feb 27 (The almighty upgrade)
ADR: April 12th. To submit hubby's work experience reference letter. That was a helluva problem cos DH was outta the country on a 3-week training so I had to do the running around for that one. Finally got it in about 6 days and rushed to submit.
Ghost update: April 27th. Twas DH that noticed it. Had my hands full.
PPR: May 2nd.

In another news. grin grin grin My twin babies decided to make a grand entrance on the 2nd of May also. It's only by God's grace. Hubby was the one that noticed the PPR mail sef. The mail had been in my mailbox all day. He didn't notice till the 3rd of May. Who get time to dey check mail when there is major business to attend to?

Been resting and resting some more. We have already sent a CSE to inform CIC about the new addition and they have responded.
Working on getting passports for my angels.
Thank you to everyone who responded to my requests back then. You guys are the MVPs.
@happytbaby love you ma'am. Thanks a lot.
@glitteringstar Greater you I pray. Thanks sis.

Lemme retreat into my guest mode.

Canadianfly if you like abuse me, I still love you. kiss

Tell them o. You guys make me laugh sha. The reason I just wakapass on this thread is that too many people try to project their inadequacies on others. Everybody forming 'I too know'. If you don't know something, don't come under the guise of 'being mean' and display your ignorance. Same Canadianfly that used queue instead of cue in a sentence is coming to correct somebody. I just tire for una. By the way y'all, desktop computer is very correct. Argue with your village oracle.

PS: I have time on my hands today. I will so drag anybody that mentions my name.
fizzile:
A desktop is a working area such as the desk in which you have your computer, while a desktop computer is a computer specifically used in a desktop. That is why it is called a desktop computer. Very soon somebody will come nd ask me why a laptop is used on that working area. Yeye arguement.

You are not missing anything. Do no worry yourself. It's your first update hence that alert but in the real sense, there is no message. Subsequently, you won't receive that message again for any update to your application unless it is ADR or PPR.

No I did not. I just logged in and saw the changes. I have checked and checked. I can't see any messages. I hope I am not missing something. I don't want stories that touch.
Thanks.

Did you get an email when the medicals changed to passed? Perhaps thats the email that just dropped. Also check the messages at bottom of the page to be sure you didnt get an ADR.

Good morning everyone,

I got an email late last night that my application has been updated and I should check my application status and messages. I have logged in but I can't see any other update except that I passed medicals and assigned a UCI which I already noticed some days ago. Is there something I am supposed to be looking at for or is it the medicals I passed that they are just sending mail now for?

Thanks.

Hello Ethelia,

Looks like you are already filling the post-ITA section. Can I fill in my info, make the necessary edits, upload the forms I have for now and then save to return later and upload more forms?

Thanks.

Ethelia:
There is a lot of info on the pre-ita stage but not much on the post stage. OMG the forms and required information are plenty!
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by chiobich:
My people good morning,

ITA fell on me yesterday o. Team 449. It is a thanksgiving event.

One question please. Or two grin

I have gathered almost all my docs, going for medicals and printing statements on Monday. I want to submit latest Thursday next week. So I need to know if I can start filling out the form now. Will it allow me to input details, make necessary edits, upload the available documents I have now, and then save to return when I have all documents complete?

Other question please, If I have my work ref letter in CIC letter, will it be too much to add complimentary card of the HR manager who signed the letter? I am already adding tax card, staff ID and work mails.

Thank you.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by chiobich: 8:16pm On Jan 22, 2018
Ok. Thanks. Will do that, although hubby is insisting that I shouldn't add it. I just want to be safe.

Please include this in your letter of explanation... its nothing serious but its always better you tell them ahead so your application doesnt get delayed unnecessarily... My2Cents

Top of the day to everyone. I have a peculiar question that needs your answers please.

My mother in-law is a US citizen and she had previously filed a green card application for my husband and siblings under the "unmarried children of US citizens" category. While this application was awaiting approval, hubby and I got married and when they finally invited him and his siblings to make a formal application and attend an interview, he stated that he was now married on his forms. So while his siblings got invited for an interview and subsequently received immigrant visas, his own was stepped down to go back into the "pool" under the "Married children of US citizens" category.

My question now is: While filling out the Schedule A form, I indicated that hubby has a previous UK visa refusal, ticked yes under the applicable section and also gave details of the refusal however, do I need to also provide details of the green card application as i explained above? Is it necessary? It wasn't really a refusal, just stepped down to be reconsidered under a new category.

Kindly help so that they dont say I misrepresented information. Thanks.

Thanks dannio. I was actually the team lead, but what was written on the HR letter as title was retail credit analyst. I wasn't on managerial level.

What is your job title, what role do you play is it at managerial level;assistant/manager or senior/team lead?

happytbaby:
Welcome to my predicament!

I suggest you choose 6235 once the reference will align with the roles properly. There is no point going through the hassles of wondering if they will think that you did not 'plan, co-ordinate, organize blah blah blah' the activities of a credit department. The lead statement for NOC 0122 is the crux of the issue, check the lead statement, if you cannot proof that, 'jejely' go for 6235.

Lead Statement is below.

Banking, credit and other investment managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of financial establishments or operational departments within such establishments, or credit departments in industrial and commercial establishments. They oversee business development and manage overall performance in accordance with established strategic directions and policies. Banking managers are employed by banks, trust companies and credit unions. Credit managers are employed by credit departments in department stores, utility companies, car dealerships, insurance companies or other industrial or commercial organizations. Other investment managers are employed by credit card companies, consumer loan companies, mutual fund investment firms, mortgage investment companies or other financial establishments concerned with extending loans and financing and investments

Hello, my people I am back again after a while. So I was in the Nov 11th IELTS test batch and I got LRWS 8, 7.5, 7, 7.5. Been away on training outside Lagos, so no time to check NL or follow up with this application thing.
I now want to enter the pool and I have decided to use my 1 year experience with one of the consumer finance companies in town that provides consumer credit to individuals, instead of the FT experience I was worrying over the last time. I will still have a CRS 435 with my 1 year experience.
So my issue is now deciding on which NOC is the best. My duties included analyzing and in turn approving/rejecting applications for soft loans among other accompanying duties. Although I was approving and rejecting, I was not a senior staff of the company. So my question is should I choose NOC 6235 which looks like a job for sales and marketing guys or 0122 which shows the duties of a credit person but which states that it is a managerial role.
Biko my people I want to enter the pool this week, help me. Thank you.

Thanks.
40manlappy:
Sorry to say this, but I think you are just stressing yourself unnecessarily. You have been rightly advised by Kontagious and veritas3.

NOC 1114 is okay for Funds Transfer Officer role; a number of people here have gotten PPRs with that same NOC.

I can tell you for free that some people's reference letters were not as detailed as yours and yet they have gotten COPRs.

The choice is yours....
