big difference o Its like sayin hourglass n curvy are the same
Honestly, don't even know what hourglass is. Yeah, I'll say it's the same as curvy. ![]() |
LMAO@ vicade. Isn't it up to them to either listen or ignore? people are always going to talk. That's the price for being a celebrity. kellorah:True. Besides didn't they all get nose jobs in their family? including the not-so-popular ones? did anybody force them? ![]() |
abeg u r not skinny, just slender. big difference dear
Ah, ok. Well, I call "slender and slim" skinny. lol |
See as you take style diss me. But you're on the right path, just maintain your current shape. ![]() |
Released? are you in jail? ![]() |
oh u lucky bitches ![]() i can buy anything without looking at the calories intake
LOL, Pele. Same with my sis. But I think curvy is sexy. ![]() People don't believe it but I don't really like being skinny. |
@Amaka, Tyra has always been skinny. She does gain a little weight once in a while but not that big of a deal. But I guess being in the modeling business, people fuss over it. Mo'nique on the other hand, has always been huge since I started seeing her on TV. Anywayz, we know the truth is bitter. I'm sure she doesn't even agree with herself on what she says on TV. It's all business. ![]() I've never heard Raven say anything about weight but she's my girl ![]() @Kellorah, you're a hater!!!! j/k.I love Omotola though. never noticed the lips thing oo. But then I gave up on naija movies years ago. |
BlueDiva:Same here. ![]() I eat a lot though, when I can. Don't mind gaining a few pounds. ![]() |
lmao @ topic. All I can say is that being slim doesn't make you healthy. There are people who are very skinny but eat a lot of junk, coupled with no work-out. While some eat only salad and are far from skinny. Some people are just born thick. And I don't advice anybody to go about killing themselves in the name of working out. Some of these Hollywood celebrities look very sick, with their bones and muscles popping out everywhere. Anywayz, I think Omotola's body is fine except for the belly. But still, she's no where near obese!! And yes, it is annoying when she's compared with someone and people say she looks better because she's had 4 kids. That's just nonsense. who says the person who hasn't had 4 kids won't still be in shape after doing so? Omotola is free to be whatever she wants. It's her life like Ify said and her hubby sure ain't complaining, why should I? ![]() LOL just watching Mo'nique say "skinny bitches don't eat EVER!!" Now she's a hater! ![]() |
Rain rain go away!!! Ah, got that out of the way. Momma always comes through. Gosh, I miss J. What's wrong with this girl? lol stop flashing me!!! Pot luck?? def. not going. . .not in the mood, man. Ah, two exams this week, great!! wow, after so many |
Honeric, you just don't get it. In Nigeria, you can work your ass off and still not be able to buy a laptop or even get a job to begin with. In America, if you don't have those things, it's not due to lack of opportunity but laziness to take advantage of the opportunity. simple! |
ThiefOfHearts:LMFAO!!! They woulda killed my siblings with their so-called culture. SMH!!! jextoban:Oh please. Agreed, it has nothing to do with culture. But saying you can't date or marry someone who's older/younger doesn't make one immature. It's called choice/preference. It's only immature if there's no reason behind it except "culture". @topic, younger guys?? nah. Ok, I have so many reasons. If he's younger then he'll be in school with me or something and myself, I'm gonna be in school for a LONG time as far as I know. We can't both be in school struggling when it comes to marriage. uh uh. Again, I like to feel protected and pampered. If he's younger, I'm supposed to be doing the pampering?? oh hell no That's like raising another child. From experience, some of 'em like to be spoon-fed, some can be very mature for their age. But um, nah. Considering that women age faster than men. That's another factor. I can't be looking like his mother. ![]() |
lovemoi2:LMFAO!!! $100,000?? Even the mayor of my city can't dish out that amount randomly. I wouldn't see it as spoiling my reputation if that happens, after all I wasn't the one begging. so wetin concern me? ![]() |
Congrats to Chimamanda!!!! So proud of her ![]() Now I gotta read that book. |
That's good for her. What's with the doubting? A lot of black people have long hair. sheesh. My hair is even longer than that, NOT ![]() But anyway, I never really took notice of her hair until now. |
Hahaha, I will never accept that word even though sometimes, people supposedly say it in a "friendly" way esp. females using the word among each other. My friends use it a lot, I don't really resist it much but when it comes to a guy, then we're gonna have problems. But I know what you mean though.I just see the word like the n-word. These days a lot of black ppl refer to themselves as "niggas". They claim it's different from "nigger". I just think it's another way of denying defeat i.e. accepting you're one under the guise of calling it something positive. Enough with the rambling - it's ya choice. |
Something is ONLY wrong when you use the word(love) deceitfully. BTW,isn't the B word a synonym for "loose" girls any longer?
Nah, it means SEVERAL things these days. You're a bitch if you don't even agree to sleep with a guy Also for a woman that nags/complains a lot. Not necessarily loose. But like I said, it boils down to the female and whether or not she decides to accept the label. These days, females tend to accept it. what a damn shame!! |
I totally agree with Platinumnk. This stuff happens, sometimes not even from family members, like wtf? ![]() As for those saying it's due to "show off", that's just fallacy. Where do you go off showing off to someone you haven't had contact with in 10 yrs? seriously, it's so crazy that it's hilarious. |
lol Amaka, I think the new title makes more sense. It kinda summarizes the whole content, don't you think? ![]() And you do write long sentences without paragraphs. I do it sometimes too. But this looks better. chill. |
samtoye:Good one. ![]() |
y me:Exactly!!! I noticed that when people are called the b-word(which in itself is a bad word) a lot, they tend to gradually accept the word and identify themselves as such. That's just bull, man. Most times, people esp. males call females bitches when the female doesn't conform to their ways. Why would a guy who claims to want you call you a bitch? simple. He's too immature to get it across his head that he's really not wanted. Just like immature guys go about calling their ex-girlfriends bitches whereas prior to the break-up, she was an 'angel'. ![]() Anywayz, Michelin09, the L word is not by force jare. I too, don't like saying the word except to relatives like my mom, sis, etc. These days, every TDH uses the L word like it's food. Half of them don't mean it. I'll rather not say it - call me mean/insensitive. If they pester you too much, just say it for its own sake. ![]() |
Forever - Drake/Lil wayne/Kanye/Eminem ![]() |
My boo - Usher & Alicia Keys this is my song!! |
So Gators won?? ![]() Damn, and I voted for LSU. I guess their football team just suck. Go B-ball!!!! sorry guys, can't do this football thing. ![]() |
