While it is good news that we are gradually progressing in the anti-corruption crusade, we must not cease complaining against corruption. Any sort of complacency would set us back by decades. Let us strive for a nation that corruption will not register up to 2.0 |
Good news. |
Send her to me. I will take over her training from there. I will also apply for her adoption. No witch parents should be allowed near to her. |

@1st poster, it's high time you spoke with him, let him come out plain what his plans are. You are friends, not mutual acquaintances; so frankness must be employed in this case. |
I would so much love this break with Western aid. That would wake us up to realities of today and enable us undertake austerity measures with a national vision or focus. |
Sylva himself would be foolish to cross over to the CPC, for that would mean, by the rules of the new electoral act, that he ceases to be governor the very day he crosses carpet. That would only compound his woes. Or why do you think the massive cross-carpeting has relented in this dispensation? |
ewa1:Young man, be rest assured that your wife will also do it to you 7 times. Note it, because it is something you planted and which you must reap. Have a nice life afterwards, because only then she will be all yours. |
How can I have a say over what happens to my remains after I die? It is the living relations of mine who will have to decide. After my death, nothing concerns with issues of this world. Burial or science, that is left for them to decide. |
E be like say G.E.J. funny pass Baba. |
The lady in question is totally irresponsible. The husband has a blame, that he must have seen this from the onset but is only complaining now that it seems to be getting out of hand. But he has got to apply carrot and stick approach. He must become more attentive to her emotional, sexual, physical and spiritual needs, whilst at the same time issue a threat (something he can do, not some outlandish one) and becoming firmer in the way he handles issues with his wife, his family, and others generally. evilspirit: ![]() |
Shersky:Abi dem give you otumokpo to drink? |
The time has come for Nigeria to reevaluate her relations with the West. We may pursue a semi-isolationist policy as regards them, and then try to influence the African Union to steer away from Europe, America, and the rest of them aid-donor countries. |
80 million pounds? So what! Let them use the money to save the Euro zone from economic recession, for as surely as God lives, and as long as they go in opposition to His principles, Europe and the rest of the West will collapse, and then they shall come crawling to Africa for help. South Africa will be the foot-mat for the rest of the continent. |
Amnesty Int'l and UK should go lick their piss. Do states not also have right. Look, in the international system, states have the right to determine what will be practiced within their borders, and no one should stand to dictate or suggest. Homosexuality is the new weapon to propagate neo-colonialism, as well as get us Nigeria to catch the bug of judgment witnessed in the West. They should sit down and take stock of the natural disasters they have recorded, and they would know it is an expression of God's displeasure. If Cameron wants to be loud mouthed, then let him go ask the Royal Family to come out openly to support homosexuality. |
to all gays and lesbians, i love you all. but i hate homosexuality because it's an abomination before god. if you ask jesus in prayer, he'll save you from the power of sin. |
It is a good sign, that Nigeria can actually say no to abominations and aberrations. Britain can stuff their aid up their own backsides, for all we care. |
Atiku should learn to live and let live by this time. His outbursts are rather childish. We all know Obasanjo foisted Yar'Adua on us. But are we not happy at the turn of events in the state today? Atiku, you have nothing to offer us, so stop assaulting us with your ponderous innuendos. |
Mr. Chuks, you're crying for nothing. Why are you loving like a child? Move on, period! Don't demean yourself further by asking her to choose, because I know what she is going to do. She is just going to walk out on you, and that will hurt you the more. At least she has been truthful to let you know she has no feelings for you. Get a life! |
That is because social security has not been established in this country. And plus, the authorities turn a blind eye to anomalies, thereby breeding a society where social injustice is the order of the day. Don't just stop at identifying problems. Proffer solutions, and in your own small corner begin to work these solutions. A viable Nigeria depends on you, and depends on me. |
By forgetting it, have we forged ahead or behind? The attitude of past generations of Nigerians has been to throw up their hands in defeatist fashion and say there is no hope. But I come with a message of hope to my people, to my generation, and to generations after me, that yes, we Nigerians CAN find the formula to unify and develop as a state. There must be a paradigm shift, and my conclusion is NIGERIA MUST WORK OUT JUST FINE! |
Ex-ash for where? Whether I spend money or not, from today I become her only customer. Shikena! |
A man who has succeeded in his vocation almost always has a successful woman with him. What occurs to me is this: would it not be valid to reason that the more you prod your woman to success, the more success will pursue you? That means if you would be a successful man, ensure your wife is successful, too. Invest in her. If you have to send her [back] to school, do it. Encourage her to pursue a demanding career, and you be her bulwark of strength when she has challenges that would faze her. Love her, and never give her cause to cry. As surely as the sun rises at dawn and sets at dusk, you will be successful as a husband, a father, and in your endeavors. |
There will always be women around you once you are successful to any measure. What matters, then, is how you tread with them. |
If she is behind me - no, I don't trust anyone. If she is in front - I may not follow her lead. If she is beside me - that does it; by every successful man there is a successful woman. For a failure, you got yourself alone to blame, not any woman. Trust me, I speak from experience. ![]() |
Just forget it. She isn't your wife, so you got no exclusive rights to her, neither she to you. There is no cheating here. And even if she were your wife, still leave it be. Don't try to be smarter than yourself. The latest fool is the greatest fool. |
There is more wisdom in what the Sardauna said than in Zik's posturing. For when there is a problem, you do not overcome it by forgetting it. No! You gain the upper hand by understanding the problem, thus seeing how you may surmount it. The real issue in Nigeria is that we have refused to understand our differences, and so the resultant hiccups have always caught us smack in the face, and we seem to be ever clueless and helpless. If understanding were forged, by now we would not be talking about the same fundamental challenges as were perceived in the 60s, and certainly the level of the development of Nigeria would have surpassed those of the Eurozone states. It is not late, however, for us to begin to truly understand our differences. For we shall then begin to see how we may live together, not as a nation, but as a state, in unity despite the differences. |
I had borrowed a friend's car and was posing around town with it. So I get to this eatery, and get out in style. There is this belle I see and want to get her notice me, so I assume big man swag. She seems to dig me. I time my departure for when she's leaving. Walk up to her and offer her a lift. She dangles her keys, but says we could still go somewhere. I hop in the ride, but guess what- motor no gree start again. |
Do you coming? |
To slap IBB silly until he forgets 2011 ambitions. |
