Don't apply for 32 pages if you really need the passport asap because 32 pages are unavailable at the moment.
And secondly, make sure your NIN is correct - ensure the names are properly arranged.
So, start the process now - either DIY or express method.

So I applied to 4 schools for undergrad and all gave me admission but only 3 gave partial scholarships for undergraduate studies.

Southwestern University: deficit 40k after Scholarship
Western Illinois University: deficit 23k after scholarship
University of Lynchburg. Deficit 33k after Scholarship


I already provided neccessary documents to all for I-20 processing.
...but I want to ask from the experienced guys here, please, which of these three schools I-20 do you suggest I use for my Visa application?

I want a school that will be a plus for me during the interview and will reduce unneccssary fouls.

1. I'm guessing this is the capture date right? And can I go to ikoyi before the stated date ?

2. Since I'll still have to go to court after doing affidavit for birth attestation to endorse my grantor's form, can't I do both endorsement and attestation same day ?

Go there before the date. Go on Tuesday and tell them you need it early. Ensure your NIN is okay

By the way, I live in Ikeja..... and I applied at Alausa passport office.....will be relocating to the Island soon....as a result of job transfer.

Only God knows how long I'll wait for my passport to be ready.

You can't be sure about your NIN status.
The fact that you've had your since since 2019 doesn't matter. After capturing, sometimes, your NIN doesn't automatically drop via immigration portal. Sometimes, it takes a little time to appear and if it doesn't drop, there's are no two ways about getting your passport.

Now let me ask, when you captured, did you get a printed slip from the immigration officer or you just got a handwritten note?

It depends on your school. The fact that you received a mail shows it has been acknowledged. When did you send it?
