NaijaPikinGidi: Why will you "gullibly" agree about a policy you have been merely told yet embarrass yourself by refusing to read anything out of Nigeria's Constitution and Jonathan's position and uniform as the Commander-In-Chief of the armed forces. Are angry at the mask/uniform or the people wearing it?

CraigB: An extract from what you posted:

"He said only one Indian officer has so far attended the college in 1998 as participant of Course 7 set in spite of the existing bi-lateral agreement on military training between the countries.

A course participant is just that - a course participant. Hardly training of the Indian force by Naai-jeria. The article I posted my be dated 2010, but it shows who helped you with your still dodgy training institutions. India did. The same India that you claim to train now grin grin grin Funny.

This is why your military analysts aren't published. grin grin
it still bites you that Africans will rather send their military to ours that have trained battle tested military that have never lost any battle to yours that keep graduating losers that have never won any. go hug transformer if it bites too much tongue

CraigB: So, this is the new measure of quality? That other African countries have sent their rankings to Naai-geria? Funny.
i think it bites you so hard that your military institutions have no credibility on the continent, awww!! if African armies recognizing our institutions for a start is not a sign of quality, i wonder what is to you. i doubt you know what quality is judging from what your brain has to offer on this thread so far grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 5:39pm On Jul 11, 2013
CraigB: Naai-geria has no credible military education institution.

Fact.
oh how really dumb you are. Why don't you tell that too other African countries that have sent their high ranking officers to come and train in our military institutions. So far i don't see them running to SA's failed Military for training.

And you seem to be swimming in the rubbish argument very well. Thats what we always see you here for anyway.

nigeria is not SA or America, it's our military policy to always conceal the identity of our special forces whether in the sun or rain. It's tha Nigerian ARMY Military gadamit, not a tea party or modeling agency like SA military.

PoliticsRe: GEJ Is Received In China By The Chinese Asst. Foreign Minister by chris365(m): 3:47pm On Jul 10, 2013
playmode: I did not want to post any any comment here but i feel i need to educate these GEJ lapdogs who see nothing wrong with the way Jonathan was treated.

First off the protocol for receiving Presidents in all countries is that he must be welcomed by a top ranking Minister ,a Prime Minister or a President.

The visiting President must also be welcomed by cultural dancers or performers and he must inspect the guard of honor.

That is the standing protocol for receiving presidents all over the world.

Now let us look at what has transpired in China. From the little we know GEJ was received by an ASSISTANT MINISTER of CHINA.That is very wrong,he should have been received by the minister of Foreign Affairs.

Due to that break in protocol there was no Guard of honor available because as an assistant can not oversee and present a guard of Honor.

GEK was left to his own devises for 24hours as if was a mere tourist visiting china.

Today the President of China now deemed it fit to welcome him with a guard of honor lined up INSIDE A HALL !

THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!

It is apparent that the leaders of china have better things to do than to respectfully welcome Jonathan properly at the Airport. If this does not worry GEJ supporters then you are not a real GEJ supporter.

I am not a fan of GEJ but i am furious at the way they treated GEJ. If i were GEJ i would have just turned around and flown back to Nigeria. Obasanjo would not have tolerated this nonsense from this silly chinco people. angry
at this point sir i'll have to say you are an IGNORANT SLOB. Go and enlighten yourself so that APC will stop using your likes as their propaganda lab mouse.

Nigerians are the most S.TUPID people i've ever known.
Whats the big deal about him being welcomed by the deputy foreign minister?
Even Obama that flew to south africa was recieved by a female representative of foreign affairs office. Nothing like gun salute.

“WE are seeking forgiveness from the people over the number of people killed in the country.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/07/boko-haram-begs-for-forgiveness-signs-ceasefire-deal/
you refuted this report with this senseless response
CraigB: This has happened before.
then
chris365: once again the s.tupid fellow shows up with his shallow minded analysis.

provide a link where boko haram begged for forgiveness and are actually begging for the cease fire. i mean the shekau faction, since he's the main leader.
which is a justified question since your response simply means shekau's faction has begged for mercy before. then you had to finally dodge your head by still sounding S.TUPID.
CraigB: We all know there was a ceasefire before. The BH leader came out and denied it. Without the leader.
see how you tried to confuse yourself? it's not a must to respond to a post. especially if you lack common sense.

mind you, the ceasefire you talked about was proposed by another faction and not shekau's faction. i thought you'll be smart enough to say they are trying to catch a break for Ramadan. see why i said it's a waste of time arguing with you?

go and check the meaning of S.TUPID along with your comments on this thread, then yyou'll know that i never insult you by calling you what you are... S.TUPID

you are an empty head.

GidiNaijaPikin: Keep reading with your head down-side-up! The Constitution is crystal-clear the President is the "Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria" ... and our Commander-In-Chief has his uniform to show!! Like or hate ... it's your headache. And Nigerians have no problems! Except wannabes like CraigB who needs to put his brain right to get the explanations as clear as it has always been. We own our destiny which by no means can align to the bitter thoughts from CraigB and company.

Shikena!
the guy doesn't have brains at all.. I asked him to give me a soure where shekau's faction of boko haram begged for mercy and cease fire he's still begging me to eplain what i mean. Is the boy dull or what?

CraigB: You people love saying things in public forums and when asked simple questions you get angry. If you're emotionally imbalanced, don't join a chat forum.

We all know there was a ceasefire before. The BH leader came out and denied it. Without the leader, this supposed ceasefire isn't worth the paper it is written on. Until you bring the leader to justice, you've achieved nothing.

How gullible must a people be? Just a few days ago, school kids were massacred and this guy says they had nothing to do with it. So who did? Casper the ghost? Faction ceasefires achieve what? Your military set out to destroy BH. Have you achieved that? No.

Someone begged you? I see we have another Agaugust in the making here. Do you have an MBA too?
my friend stop blabbing and give me a source of exactly what i ask for.

Or was it also hard for you to understand the question?

prove you're otherwise by providing a link where boko haram begged for forgiveness and are actually begging for the cease fire. i mean the shekau faction, since he's the main leader.

Boko Haram begs for forgiveness, signs ceasefire deal.

“WE are seeking forgiveness from the people over the number of people killed in the country.

I appeal to those who lost their loved ones to our activities to forgive us and on our side we have forgiven all those who committed atrocities against us. I want to state clearly that we have no hands in the unfortunate attack on the secondary school (Government Secondary School, Mamudo, Yobe State).”

With these words, Imam Muhammadu Marwana, an influential member of the Abubakar Shekau-led Boko Haram sect, yesterday, confirmed a ceasefire agreement with the Federal Government to end their deadly activities across most states of Northern Nigeria, which have claimed about 4,000 lives and destroyed properties worth billions of Naira since 2009.

The USA can.
yeah right.. can you please tell me one war the US has fought alone after the Vietnam war? you watch too many Hollywood. movies my friend.

Nigeria is surrounded by weak countries from west to central Africa, therefore has not been challenged.
but you can't deny our military has been tested in many peace keeping operations after the civil war and have been well recognized to be up to the task. say what you will, Nigerian military is a force to reckon with tongue
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 9:38pm On Jul 08, 2013
Mike..ZA:
It is not about equipment only,"wars are expensive".I really don't think Nigeria could handle the peace keeping mission alone without AU or UN funding.
No country can. Even US needed help to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq cos the financial cost would have devastated their economy, France asked for logistical support and begged african troops to join the fight in mali. not that they couldn't do it alone but the cost was a factor. Truth is that the Liberian and SL war was easily and heavily funded by Nigeria cos the regimes then didn't have the vision to invest in infrastructure, hence they had enough money to waste.

now things are different, a lot of money is being spent on developing infrastructures. our government have to think deeply before involving in any war.

Mike..ZA:
SANDF didn't lose any valuable equipment in CAR,only a few "troop packs".But did you see the well coordinated response from all arms of the SANDF during the withdrawal,Gripen were flown to Zambia,Rooivalks stationed near by,Mobile clinics set, supported by the other parabats company which was not deployed. While the Nigerian armed forces only folded their arms and watch Islamic rebels or terrorists take town after town in Mali last year,in Nigeria's "region of influence". To tell you the truth Nigeria's army has never been tasted in combat, against a well armed, well organised force.
For your information, Mali was a very different scenario. Nigerians in general never supported our military going there alone cos the financial and logistics cost would have been too much. you think war is cheap? you think SA would have been able to fight in CAR alone? SA had to drop the idea of going to war in CAR cos they didn't have the full support of FOMAC. those guys accepted the interim president a day or two after the overthrow of Bozize.

ever noticed how France was totally unable to deploy and fight alone in Mali? guy don't be naive.
we would could have gone to Mali but weren't ready to pay the cost alone.

Moreover, unlike CAR, Mali does not have anything to take home after a war. it would have been a total waste.

See, when it suits them, they are happy to post pictures of busses. But just you post a picture of a building. They will jump on you. grin
and how did the picture of the bus insult or undermine south africa's potentials? Or did he compare it with south african produced buses or call south africans names?

That project started few months ago and am one of those that are yet to see it.

Am still wondering how your mind works, cos it doesn't show potentials of a genius or a well educated mind.

Grow up. Your childish attitude is not gonna helping you at all.

CraigB: Well, the Russians bemoan the lack of "efficient maintenance systems". Looks like for them, "the deal" sucked aplenty...for years.

That's until they turned to a country that knows what it's doing - Zuid Afrika.
well, good for SA.
NAF has been positioned to locally maintain it's fleet of aircrafts an helicopters (including russian) with locally made parts.

I believe the new policy is to train personnel and have the knowledge locally than to have private companies moving their hangers to our soil which is in line with the local content act of President Jonathan.

So i see no reason for your statement unless you are trying to start one of those your blind arguments.

http://m.indrus.in/news/2013/06/17/russia_south_africa_sign_contract_for_servicing_russian_helicopters_26195.html

“Regrettably, no efficient system for servicing our helicopters ha s existed there for years. This centre will give a fresh impetus to do away with maintenance problems for our helicopters,” he noted.
this is one of the reasons i'd rather deal with the russians and chinese. Those guys don't care what you do with the knowledge they transfer as long as the deal is good.

@Henry
i wonder why we can't propose the same deals we have with the Pakistanis for the JF 17, with the chinese for the J10 In terms of maintenance and reproduction?

Cos i still prefer the chinese J10 since it almost compares to SU 30MKI
