I used to be a very good customer of Jumia, but they have not done their homework well.
They need to have survey or questionnaires sent to their customers. The feedback could have helped the company.
From my experience some of the problems are as follows:
1. Transportation: if you buy an item, you are charged transportation for the item. If you buy 4 or 5 of same item from same seller, transportation cost is multiplied buy the number of items, which doesn't make sense.

2. Jumia has bad description of their products which causes confusion. Their description in most cases does not help customer in taking decision in buying products.

3. If you find it difficult to order online and decide to use their agent, you are charged extra for it.

4. Cost of items are outrageous and not worth it.
If Jumia does it's homework very well, there's hope.

All i see is greed on the side of the property owner and developer. How can you construct a 4-storey building in such a tight space with no ample surrounding space? In retrospect, politics of bitterness is the reason why politicians don't make/keep majority of investments in their home state and the country at large. Thereby depriving locals the job/business opportunities that will be created from such investments.
