Good game. Awesome to say the least. My only problem is that they should've added some spins to the bosses. Should have given us more bosses!

GamingGod Of War 4: Another Milestone In Gaming History! by Chrisjordan2015(op): 12:03am On Apr 02, 2018
The God of War franchise was easily one that made me fall in love all over again with gaming. To put matters in perspective, I have always been a gamer and would always be one, so it was only natural for me to spend countless hours playing the God of War franchise.
Then, the beauty of the hard detailed frames easing into your eyes and transmitted into your memories made God of War 1 a beauty to behold. The sequel delivered more than expected also. The storyline coupled with the engaging mechanics of the controls and the endearing cut scenes made God of War 2 easily my best game of that era.
God of War 3 and God of War Ascension on the Ps3 didnt fail to impress as the graphic fidelities transcended boundaries and the game kept most of the mechanics since GOW 1.
This climax brings me to God of War 4. I have watched early access videos on youtube (search for 'MK Ice and Fire' and add 'God of war 4 play through' or a similar search parameter) and all I can say is that I cant wait to blow the dust off my ps4 when it the date draws near. From what I observed, I can confidently say another milestone has been surpassed. Don't get me started on the detailed environments, the change in the camera angles, the weapons and the fighting mechanics amongst others. It even incorporates Kratos' (the protagonist) son which reminds me of the similar mechanics used in 'The Last of Us' gameplay.
One thing is sure, if gaming continues to surpass expectations like these, not even the stress of coming back from work would stop me. I might be a gamer till im 65 (36 years to go), and when I reach 65, I might push it to 75 cheesy

God of War 4 releases officially on the 20th of April only on PS4. Just thought you gamers like me should know. smiley

CelebritiesRe: Runtown Reacts To Being Sued By His Former Record Label by Chrisjordan2015(m): 5:56pm On Mar 20, 2018
Sooo many people on here thinking that he should stay forever with the people that "brought him up" to fame and fortune. Granted that even most artistes themselves dont handle the issue well, there is no rule that says you must be loyal to the ones that discovered you. If there was, then why is there a contract in the first place? Its business and the label must have benefited from the said artistes. Mark my words, no label would enter into a contract with you with the expectation of not gaining anything.

When the contract is performed, parties are discharged and if 'loyalty' is that important, a new contract can be agreed upon. Till then, an artist is free to spread his/her wings and fly away. Its BUSINESS!

Please be more cogent and intelligent in your comment. How will a split solve the problems we have? So if we split, will it prevent criminals from penetrating borders to perpetuate crimes? Please proffer intelligent solutions.
Not that im an advocate for the splitting of the country but it can be deduced that if the country is split, each country would be in a better position to take care of its borders. The perpetrators would be at least apprehended instead of the sort of sharade going on now, where it seems the security agencies are lackadaisical.

Again, the solution to split is farfetched and what i stated above is merely theoretical.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Hi Nairalanders, A Fellow Needs A Help On How To Overcome Stage Fright by Chrisjordan2015(m): 7:52pm On Mar 06, 2018
1. Always take deep full breaths in and out to regulate your pressure.

2. Have bottled water with you to sip from time to time.

3. Have the mentality that youre the one giving out the knowledge and the listeners are eager to learn from you.

4. See the audience as people that woukd like what you say regardless. (A lil bit of mental arrogance can help).

5. Finally, think of the event as being a microcosm of other events happening in this material place and time ultimately oblivious of the fact that the world has ended and we are just a passing phase in a universal construct called 'time'. cool

The death of 'Soap Mac Tavish' who died in Call of Duty MW3, leading to Captain Price' revenge mission.

Also, Assassins Creed Black flag ending when Edward stares at some of his men and quickly gets drowned in an emotional remembrance of his colleagues that died through his adventure before he snaps back to reality. Together with the sad song that was playing made it one of the saddest ending to any video game ive played. Oh BlackBeard cry cool

Why can't you change the field? Drop down and change the country to Nigeria, the field for province will disappear and then you can enter the details of the address tied to your Gtbank account. You should be fine. Except there is something else that's wrong.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Ugandan Hotel Job Advert: Indians & White Persons Are Preferred (Photo) by Chrisjordan2015(m): 11:48am On Feb 13, 2018
Reminds me of the 60's northern regionalization policy supported by sir Ahmedu Bello. He said the vacancies that exist in the north are for northerners first, then if no northerners, foreign expatriates would be considered. If no foreign expatriate then it shall extend to 'other nigerians' based on contract.

Made me wonder that the problem or the solution to the problem by regional counter measures had existed a long time in Nigeria.

OP, youve mentioned the good sides, does she have a bad side?

(Considering that everyone has a bad side as well)

This evaluation is necessary in order to be more objective in your decision.

If you haven't noticed a bad side then exercise caution. If you've noticed and can live with it then all the best!

Juxtapose this with the reinstatement of Prof Yusuf (NHIS), you'd realize that mr. confused is not bothered about the effects of his decision on the populace. He's just there to mark register as being once a president.

PoliticsRe: Senate Vs Magu: Court Judgement Has No Effect - Sagay, Keyamo React by Chrisjordan2015(m): 2:49pm On Feb 02, 2018
You would think that a Court's judgment should be followed except it is stayed for want of an appeal. This is setting a dangerous precedent in a family tree of dangerous precedents.

Also, how much has been recovered from the coffers of the 'corrupt' since Magu headed the Commission? I hear the amounts they prosecute but I havent heard of a landmark win the commission has successfully gotten.

We shouldnt just applaud the man when he says hes prosecuting so and so amount without any tangible thing to show for it. Next time you'd hear that they are prosecuting someone that stole 4 billion naira and when you find out the conclusion of the sum recovered, your guess would be as good as mine.

Furthermore, theres a mix up of "what the law is' with 'what the law should be'. The Senate (including their corrupt bunch) will take advantage of this situation due to the Act that establishes the EFCC (the EFCC Act). Ordinarily, this shouldnt be so but hey, its naija.

EducationRe: Please Help I No Longer Understand Things If I Read by Chrisjordan2015(m): 12:25pm On Jan 15, 2018
This is a personal favourite of mine: get plain sheets (the photocopying type), staple a number of them and on each of the sheets draw a line from top to bottom dividing it into 2 parts. Thereafter, anytime you read , summarise the points how you understand it in your words. U can also use a red pen to write key words and phrases. Have a time table so before you read your 'full notes' always go through the ones you have summarized and in no time it will start syncing up in your head. Also aids eidetic memory.

Secondly, doesnt matter what youre doing, you could try to remember a particular point while e.g walking to a shop, jugging etc. If you cant, let it linger in your mind until you get home to clarify the issue. You may not be successful for months but once mastered, it would go a long way to help.

Thirdly, suring exams, people have what works for them. Some is the fact that theyve really read, others like to talk with each other, some like to isolate themselves, others enter with the confidence of reading and praying e.t.c find yours. Mine was to get ready and leave the house for my exams even if it would be in the afternoon. Take my books and small notes plus leaving full hair like a prof. When it was time to enter the halls,id say a lil prayer and hey it worked for me. smiley smiley smiley sorry for the long post. Good luck.
