A welcome development. The unintelligent folks think the only way to curb corruption in salary payment is by having a centralized payroll platform. I was waiting for them to direct all government workers to open salary accounts with CBN. Idiots. They fail to understand that we can have clusters of interconnected payroll systems, just as we have many commercial banks on different platforms connected to inter-bank payment system.
