Abia state is just a tag along State...

Na excourt they come excourt other states for Nigeria.

The unfortunate thing is that they have a magnificent structure being constructed for govt house but has remained incomplete just like the center table at Aba.

APGA should just give their ticket to a very competent technocrat to kick start the growth and development of the state, that state has been in doldrum since the amalgamation of the country.

Politics › 2023: Who The Odds Favour; Behold Your New Leader Nigerians. by christejames(op): 10:44am On Jan 13, 2022
This is not a prophecy but a mere expression of the overt reality that will soon lay itself bare.

You think the north will relinquish power to the south just like that without commensurate length of reign to the southerners?

As the election draws near, even those in the opposition from the north will discretely start working for the emergence of this man as the leader.

Let's just pray he makes that difference we so desire.

Nigeria is just a big merry go round! A huge circus!!

Education › Re: University Of Calabar A Threat To Nigerian Students by christejames(m): 8:10am On Jan 10, 2022
Why should we protest against a school fee hike by a common VC whereas the man at the top has been hiking everything in the country even to the common 'pure' water but we are still staying aloof without protest?

It's unfair na!

Abeg allow the VC to rest like the never aware man at the top. grin grin

Nigerians, we go must learn by force cheesy cheesy

Politics › Re: The New Enugu City Estate "Largest Housing Project In Africa". by christejames(m): 12:34pm On Jan 02, 2022
We don't want new concrete structures but a modern smart city as being done across major cities and sites around the world...

Enugu has come a long way, from being named among the 100 most resilient cities globally to still being one of the coolest and most beautiful cities in the country, so Gburugburu, we won't settle for less, if you can't build us a smart city better leave it at this proposal stage so a more daring governor can come onboard and pull this off smartly.

I am gradually taking likings for cremation ooo,(see the small space the ash will be finally interred) but in Nigeria it's still being frowned at, like saying, how do you burn a corpse making it pass through fire in death while it went through the same fire grin grin in the country while alive?

RIP Bishop.

It could be true because that's like a subtle way to make them accept to be educated up to the tertiary level...

As for the road network in the state, for a fact it's true just like most northern cities, last year when I traveled through Jigawa state from Azare in Bauchi state to Kano enroute Abuja, mehn, when we arrived Jigawa so cool and smooth their NYSC camp is one of the coolest in the country.

I pray for more educational renaissance of Nigerian especially our northern folks.

Politics › Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by christejames(m): 11:06am On Dec 31, 2021
tshtsh:
On paper united nigeria may have listed enugu as it's HQ but in reality its HQ is in Lagos. The lagos aviation market is already developed and most businessmen in Nigeria are out there to make profit and only profit. Nothing more. In USA bill gates wanted to make profit, build a technology hub out of the state of Washington (Seattle),build a world class brand and many more. This facilitated Microsoft's heavy presence in Seattle. Here it is profit and only profit. Some arab visionaries built an aviation hub out of desert dubai . It wasn't easy but they did it. When you say enugu is your headquarters but you have only two flights out of enugu daily and have more than 10 flights out of lagos then your hub/HQ is lagos (in my opinion).
Forget your assertions, Enugu still remains the headquarters regardless and it's been doing fine in that regard, and mind you Lagos is not part of the airline major offices but rather Enugu and Abuja where he equally has lots of investment.

Other airlines are already using Lagos, Dr Okonkwo wants to be unique and his uniqueness is paying off.

You guys will be mentioning Lagos as if no state in the nearest future will come up to topple or rival its economics power.
