I see APC final implosion I see Tinubu being subtly humbled and politically handicapped, this is sad. I see the north realigning for their own while being more friendly to the Igbos now. I see Super Eagles in AFCON finals, oops! I see Buhari toning down on his jaunt and gradually tilting his focus towards his sterile bovine loves. I see Wike causing more pains to the opposition with his mouth. I see Yahaya Bello desperately trying to curry favors from the flag bearer of APC and subtly campaigning for the candidate of the PDP whom most northern politicians will fall for (I won't mention his name). I see Ekweremadu gradually being accepted by many Umu Enugu in his political ambition to govern the state. I see Soludo being overwhelmed initially but he will still rejig himself to face governance without caring whose ox is gored because even El Rufai will come and learn some demolition skills from him. I see prophet Ayodele still adding more prophecies to the 90 page epistles he guessed. I see many Nigerians losing interest in foreign football and falling back with local football, lots of sponsors will also be fighting to put Nigerian local football on the world map. Aaasssshhhhhhhhh!! The prophecies are still pouring in but let me pause here because these I have seen. |
Quite commendable But better human development is better, I know he is still doing quite well in that regard but he can still do better. |
kingawothefirst:Nonsense post... That's not Nsukka because Nsukka is not a plain land but a hilly highland. Learn how to troll with facts. |
As Nwa Obukpa, I stand with my people... Gburugburu as a governor did well for other parts of Nsukka but neglecting a large community as Obukpa is his albatross. |
I just love the way the media department of UNIZIK especially those incharge of the Facebook page celebrates the school's graduate in this unique way, I wish other schools take a leave from this especially UNN with her boring Facebook media team. |
Not money but they got focused leaders... Nigeria is the way it is now because we have an ill-fit as a leader. |
If a mental evaluation test is conducted on Nigerians eh, people wey normal no pass 7 and na mostly foreigners ![]() |
Sctests:LOL! I noticed it too, me and my secretary was even commenting on it before NEPA even off their light ![]() |
If it's one country with one Methuselah Leader they would have court-martialed the young lad as if military men are eunuchs and their females lacking ostreogene thereby inhibiting sensual feelings in them. We need to start electing leaders that have a cutting edge thinking ability... Let me not comment on the one some hungry louts from the commercial city of the nation are projecting. |
Following if it will be regularly updated |
May the remaining days of your life witness love the way you made the whole Nigeria witness it. |
There is one president like that in west Africa, no matter the calamity that befalls his people he will always remain aloof...
|
I challenge Buhari to a fight... I want the fight staged in Daura with him leading me with 97% points, I promise to use the 3% to end the bout with a KO. ![]() |
Don't stress yourself, he is going nowhere beyond Bourdillion road in 2023. |
Thaheer:Yes |
LagosismyHome:Honestly, I don't know but the name Queen Lilian is boldly inscribed on the building, don't know who Queen Lilian is. |
Those are just the few my mind could remember now. Just know that Abuja as a city itself is a major construction site with cranes, caterpillars and other heavy duty equipment putting up mouth opening structures across the city, some of this structures are completed with others still coming up. Note: most of those structures are not even put to complete use yet. Some of the completed and ongoing structures can be seen below. The first two, is the almost completed Cathedral of the 12 Apostles, Abuja. The third is Glory Dome, the headquarters of Dunamis. The last is the renders for the ongoing Headquarters of Departments of Petroleum Resources, Abuja. Building wey for dey for Niger - Delta ![]()

9. The Aso Rock Villa where Bubu is comfortablly seated and remoting our day to day activities .This is just a section of the complex. 10. Ministry of Women Affairs Headquarters... A new building even though it's not that glit but the design is commendable.
|
8. Dr Aliyu's Mansion in Maitama... O my God, this oil magnate threw some of his oil money into this mansion as his office ![]()
|
7. Queen Lilian Mansion in Katampe Extension. Damn, you need to take closer look at this building to appreciate the money poured there.
|
6.The Headquarters of ECOWAS Commission. The picture didn't do justice to it.
|
5. This is the Nigerian Head of Service Building complex, an old building but still sparkling!
|
4. The Headquarters of EFCC... Yahoo boys una dey see una money ba ... Judiciously used.
|
3. The Headquarters of the Petroleum Development Trust Fund, PDTF.
|
1. The First building is the World Trade Centre, a complex of five skyscrapers just after the national stadium. Currently, two buildings are completed on the complex with about three more under constructions, but the construction is currently stalled, maybe due to cash crunch affecting everybody. 2. This one is the headquarters of the Nigerian Communications Commission.

This is a reply to an earlier thread created by AsomArchitechNG posting some of buildings that do not do justice to the billions of naira and dollars being expended on the capital city neglecting other parts of the country. Here is the link to his post https://www.nairaland.com/6889716/10-most-beautiful-buildings-abuja Those of us that have traversed the whole capital city due to the nature of our job will disagree with that list. Not taking it from him, some of the buildings are beautiful comparatively. But the ones below are eye popping which are just fragments of the architectural masterpieces buildings being erected in 'The Most Modern' Nigeria city cum Africa. Before I start I will like to dispel his number one post about the ECOWAS Parliament Building, that building is not in Nigeria but Togo republic. In no particular order, here are some the most eye catching buildings in the FCT.

Congratulations nwanne! Please stay put, don't come and contribute your quota for development yet because Buhari still has about 600 days to torment those of us that have strong heads and don't want 'kwapu'. |
