Bifrost:That's lovely. |
Don't the school have campus shuttle? ...and don't they have director of transport to mediate on their behalf and to find a palliative measure to this suffering? Why are on queue as if they were coerced into it. So much from the "better by far". |
Buhari please allow our brethren in the netherlands to rest in peace na... Even ghosts are now falling in love? maybe their remuneration is mouthwatering with their juicy appointments. |
These people are becoming wiser now... gradually the speck will fall of their eyes. If they are very serious, they should take it upon themselves to sensitize their people on the ills and evil of voting for inept and bereft politicians. |
UNN undoubtedly is the best in the country. When you get to the school and see the level of efforts the staff and students are putting just to project its image you will be stunned. And not to talk about its infrastructural transformation in the past decade. The school has gone from once being a docile giant after the Civil War into surging through gauntlets to retain its image as the best in the continent. Ozumba should not rest on his oars until the dreams of the founding fathers which is "To Restore the Dignity of Man" is attained. Great Lions and Lionesses! |
Cashrange660, please keep me posted also... |
bestpunterever:please read my post again. I think the hate comment from you is not directed to me... |
This man is silently performing though just that the backlog of salaries he is yet to pay or slashed is his Achilles heels in governance... |
This is jaw dropping! this school is truly beautiful, far above Nigerian standard in infrastructure. I love the precinct settings... I hope they make themselves unique, disparate and not toe the path of most of these failed private and public universities. |
Oh! Buhari... |
I think I'm being forced to believe that the USA has been playing an undercover game in all these political springs and uprising. |
Compensation of some cronies... This government is just like African mojo abracadabra; the more you look the less you see. |
I envy Lagos state. Ambode won't have much work to do for his reelection... |
Once upon a time, there lay a nation field with so many intelligentsias, smart and forthright individuals. They went against the grain, so the gods decided to punish them with a leader that is more than inept and docile in activity, a leader who says one thing but means the opposite... |
How come he was frolicking with a bike when Nigerians are groaning in pain of fuel scarcity? |
He will still be flown abroad to continue from where his father stopped.
wishing him quick recovery though. |
Am I the one that is suppose to spoon feed him? ...I won't fault him much for that cause he is among the few governors that are delivering the dividends of democracy to her people. He has turned Gombe the capital into a huge construction sight with state of the art, imposing, legacy projects. |
oldfoolnigger:There is no problem. I'm sorry if my reply hurt... Merry Christmas too!! |
More power to him... I can't wait to see Enugu airport start hosting direct flight to Asia and Europe since they will be making that airport a hub and also their headquarters. I pray against any sabotage of seeing to the realization of that dream of Air Peace at Enugu. |
oldfoolnigger:You must have typed this trash under the influence of an intoxicant. I don't want to play this so called ethnic card with you so stop referring to yourself as an Nsukka man... You must be under illusion to think that UNN doesn't admit other students that are not Igbos. UNN is one of the most competitive schools in the country and for the past records Igbos have been the highest number of applicants for jamb. Be it in schools in the West, north, south you will still find large numbers of Igbos schooling there, to buttress my point. Can you please post evidence of where just a student was admitted to the school college of medicine or law after paying such a huge sum? I know students that are from poor family and studying medicine, law, pharmacy and other so called professional courses in UNN. Securing their admission on merit is the deal here... The school is not like your average public school that stress students out with poor utilities. I schooled in UNN and I can tell you that UNN admits students on merit regardless of the part of the country you hail from. I had seen students from the far north, west, south south and even from other African countries schooling there. Stop caressing your overbloated ego laced with ethnic bigotism. |
That's how it starts with such an innocuous statement before it degenerates into filth that will pervade our polity... |
If you don't want the stress of favoritism and ills of admission racketeering then choose UNN. once you beat their cut off mark you are sure of being admitted on merit... |
Since he is in his third year in Pharmacy, as a geography graduate, I will advice him to complete that before opting for geography if he is so passionate about it. Geography per se is not an easy course as he perceives especially that area he intends to specialize, cartography and GIS. I'm saying this cause just like him, geography was the best subject for me while in secondary school but when I got to the university it became a different ball game entirely which I initially struggled with before discovering myself and ultimately graduating with a somewhat good result. As for job opportunities, I can't say much on that cause I'm a serving corp member but I believe it would not take me long before securing a good job, by his grace. He can make it better than I did if he choose to study it as a second degree. Wishing him the best. |
I just don't know why a state as upright and filled with so many intelligentsias is plagued with bad leadership. He keeps tooting the horn of propaganda for our media and the gullible people to consume... I'm dazed seeing an executive governor taking the work of common 'commissioner' to commission a mare borehole. Obiano makes Okorocha look like a transformer. He should meet his counterpart at Abakaliki for tutorials on infrastructural development. |
Good luck to them... they should come back with all the laurels. |
It's nothing spectacular! go to school like UNN and see brain hot young academics in various departments. Well, since it's like a new thing for Covenant, I felicitate with them. |
This is disappointing! I thought our league has gone beyond that stage where players cry for their salaries and allowances to be paid. Why is the almighty Rivers state pulling us behind on our quest of making a global league? What baffles me is that this clubside is an almagem of two great clubs in the state to make management easier but still so much bottlenecks is hindering its growth. I hope the government lives up to their word. |
I know it's part of the so called public servants largesse to be shared amongst themselves... This administration and play with words! call them the 'wordplayers'. So callous and uncouth. |
They think all Nigerians have conduits for siphoning fiscal assets... This present administration with square pegs in round holes won't cease to amaze me. They don't really care about us though! |
angelboy01:Read it again. Actually there are two 'whats' there with the first not having question mark... |
kelvinreality:You got it. I was equally tested that riddle yesterday. |
I pray help comes his way. wishing him quick recovery! |
