I'm working on a Durarara-inspired chatroom for locally-focused discussion. The goal is for it to be serverless, with all connections being p2p, and (will be) using ipfs-pubsub for signaling.
IPFS has had this sort of chat (orbit.chat) for a while, but it rarely works, has a lot of bugs and chat logs are permanently stored on ipfs, which is bad. So my version is basically a clone, but with ephemeral chat logs and a focus on local discussion (think craigslist, but less promiscuous geriatrics).
