Kizz should simply approach the courtroom declare it null and void and she them for emotional and financial damages resulting to the loss of business for trademarking a name he is already using ..

He has to prove that he owned the name before the label trademarked it and that proof isn't the use of the name first, on social media.

Nowhere in law, are you mandated to review a record contract the moment an artist blows up. If that clause isn't stated from the onset, there's nothing an artist can do about it other than to fulfill the terms of the contract.
