In the first letter of the judgement,the judge pronounced a nullification on the abia state governor and yet in his last statement, he made it known that he had no jurisdiction or locus standi to nullify the governor's mandate!
Lastly,the question you should be asking is...whether the matter is a pre election or post election matter!
If its a pre election matter,the window to contest such has expired and no longer admissible in court...besides,only the contestants can challenge the outcome of which there was none during such window of 14 days!
Now,if it were a post election matter,such matter should be brought to the guber election tribunal just like every other guber case!
Not through a federal high court in kano state that has no jurisdiction or authority to preside over a post election matter!
The case is a non starter and a joke which will be thrown into the trash can and your wailing will continue

He nullified it but says he has no jurisdiction to reassign the certificate of return. Always try to reason. Man, think. Window to petition for pre election matter is 14days. 4. The suit is academic and the judgement cannot serve any purpose since the election had already been conducted.

you are very wrong. Your opening statement is wrong. Lyons case was a pre election matter that got to supreme court. The tribunals had not even started sitting. Go and verify.
1. You should try and verify things before posting. Suit was instituted even before election. You think it was instituted and judg3ment given same week? Do you know that inec sent defense counsels. Do you know inec presented exhibits that showed documents submitted to it by LP. Do you know that LP as a party refused to send defense counsel. Because the judgement was given yesterday, you think the petition was filed this month
2. The party was sued. It's the party that has an interest. Some members of the party got affected. Understand this. Why is this difficult. The principal of a school was proven to have manipulated the transparent process of an exam. Therefore the exam body cancelled results of the students that wrote the exam. It's the principal that defaulted. The penalty for that affected the students.
3. Ibrahim is the former chairman of LP. Here again you fail to understand the suit and the prayer. Ibrahim has no issue with LP primary in Abia. Ibrahim says the party did not comply with the electoral act and that the outcome of the primaries in kano and other 35 states be cancelled since his party did not follow guideline. Inec proved in court that it was only kano and abia whose register were not submitted by LP. I had explained this. Why is it difficult to sink in?
4. Lyons case comes to mind. The only way for otti to be sworn in is to rush to appeal court to get a stay of execution. If okey Ahiwe of pdp gets to court before him to ask inec to issue him certificate of return, it's over for otti. Lyon could not get a stay of execution cos the judgement came on a Friday evening when courts had close and swearing in was the following day.
5. If you understand legal process, you will know there is no abuse. Look at the defendants. Did you see otti there?

Don't just read, read with understanding. The judge said:
1. Candidates that participated are not parties in the suit and such the court lacked jurisdiction to make an order. No judge will give judgement when all parties involved are not given fair hearing.
2. The judge advised that the petitioner can make redress in an appropriate court.
Please to you, what does that mean and where is the appropriate division?

lol. You are really mixing things up. The judgement was against LP and affected otti. However since otti is not directly a party to the suit, the judge cannot revoke the certificate of return given to him. It's left for the pdp candidate to approach the court and ask that the certificate of return be given to him. See eh, otti was not a party to this suit. However the judgement affected him as a collateral damage. I'm pained by this judgement. But it's right.

If a court in kano says the NWC of labor that conducted the primary is invalid, don't you know that all the products of such primaries in all states will be nullified? Why didn't the court request for his presence when such case was brought before him? If they've called him, that case would have died a natural death because he would file for jurisdiction.
Mr. Man, the plaintiff is one Ibrahim Haruna Ibrahim who took LP and INEC to court. Please understand the process of the court and who has right to institute a case in court. He should have instituted in FHC Abuja and also place all parties on notice, which the court refused. Alex Otti wasn't put on notice for fair hearing, that was why the judge made that statement of item 9. Go and read it very well and understanding. No need of flexing muscles.

You see how close the states are but because of jurisdictional principle, as to prevent abuse of court processes. In the past you see politicians leave their state and go to procure order from another state and you just see different orders emanating from different courts on a single case. A case is done where the cause of action happened. Learn that one today.

you are just stating things out of the blues. Stop being guided by emotion. Lyon of Bayelsa was sacked by a pre election matter 1 day before May 29 swearing in. The latest electoral act only gave conclusion timeline for tribunal, appeal and supreme cases of post election matters. Have you seen the petition laid in the court in kano? The plaintiff was former LP national chairman while the defendants were LP and inec. He prayed that court should nullify the candidates that emerged from LP in kano and 35 states as they did not submit their register 30 days before their primaries. During the case inec stated that it was only in Abia and kano that the registers were not submitted. Hence the cancellation of only abia and kano. Also note that FHC anywhere in the country is the same.

the scan you did was useless if after getting P0302 you went ahead to change all plugs, coils and nozzles, even fuel pump. There was no need doing that scan. Your problem is with cylinder 2. No coil issue. No fuel pump issue. I'm sure you threw in the wrong plug. Better put back your old plugs. U need to check the compression of that cylinder 2.

if that ecu was changed by the previous owner in Nigeria, chances are that the wrong ecu is in that car. Send the VIN and the part number written on the ecu in your car.

INEC is bound by the Electoral law and it's election guidelines to transmit results electronically. The INEC chairman made that point clear severally at different foras that the results of the 2023 general election, i.e polling units results will be transmitted electronically to the IREV real time on the election day

are you hard of hearing and understanding? The specific electoral act section on this issue stipulates that only inec will determine mode of transmission of results be it electronic or manual. The highest court in the land ruled based on that. Go and read the electoral act well.

First, the last cylinder went dead. Found out it was a wiring issue, and it was fixed.

Now, first cylinder is also dead, and car's acceleration is basically shit.

I eventually took the car to autotel.

He's fixed up the gear and so far, no issues with the gear.

I changed the suspension parts about two months ago, and the gear started having issues since then. First it wasn't reversing, but that stopped after the valve body was washed.

Now, the gear won't work in gear 2. It will shift to gear 2, but the rpm would be very high, around 3,000 or 3200 before it does so. Then once it enters gear 2, the rpm drops to around 700, the car starts vibrating and there's this loud sound from the gear that sounds like plates hitting each other. Once the car gets to 40kmh, the clacking stops and the car rpms rise to around 1000. But then no matter how much you press the accelerator, it won't change to gear 3.

So, gear needs replacement.

Also, the engine's knock sensor is gone, 02 sensor is gone. It moves well in gear 1, with or without ac. But I recently 'cleaned' the plugs and I've been having delayed acceleration intermittently since then.

before you change the gear, change the knock sensors.

I drive a Lexus RX 300.

It so happened that the battery started draining overnight for no reason. Eventually the auto electricial discovered that the cause of the problem was the radio and he removed it to fix.

When I eventually drove the car I realised that the speakers, the inner lights and the sun roof have stopped working but the major issue is that after 2 days the vehicle stopped engaging gear.

The car is permanently stuck in neutral "N" now. The gear lever moves but it does not actually engage and the light on the dashboard showing the gear position remains on "N".

Is this problem an electrical fault caused by the work the auto electrician did or is it a mechanical fault?

I have never had this problem before although I changed the front axle about 5 years ago.

check the cable that connects the gear lever to the neutral switch. It's most likely cut or disconnected. Or the neutral switch is bad.
