My Nissan primera P11-144 is not starting. The battery and kick starter are OK. We changed plugs but it keeps making starting/rolling noise but not starting. Please help.

check to make sure fuel is getting to the injectors and they are surging. Check your fuel injector relay. Check your crankshaft sensor. Any codes?

Hi Costee, when I switch of my car and remove the key, sometimes the ignition remain on and dashboard lights remain. Only the radio stops when it happens.
It has happened 4 times in the last 5 days and what I did was to put back the key, start the car and switch it off again and this time, it will go off normally.
Please I'm confused, what could be the problem? The car is 2005 sentra

not relay issue. Your key module is going bad or has gone bad. Let a good electrician disassemble it and see if repair can be done.

very small problem. The cable between your neutral switch and gear lever has disconnected from either the lever end or the neutral switch end.

A lot of the comments is based on ignorance. Some even said 700k as a fair price as if they want to buy okada. mtchew. A Tokunbo brand of the exact Toyota depicted in the picture sold for averagely N2.5m in early 2014, and this was when exchange rate was about N160/$. It would seem therefore a good price if its N3m in 2017.

its actually 2.2m now. My grouse is that bus doesn't look toks a bit.

The 2017 model goes for upto 20m.
I still maintain that the bus is worth 3m,visit any car dealer and make enquiries.

That is a toyota haice bus and looks like it was bought fairly used(direct tokumbo).
It is worth that amount! Go check the price around before saying thrash!
The brand new goes for close to 20m!

Good afternoon Guys.
I have a small problem with my car. I was advised to reconnect my fan to relay and put thrmostat in my car, i was told it is the best for fuel economy and avoid continous working of fan. but ever since ive returned the fan to relay and thermostat in the radiator hose, Ive observed the following.
1. I keep topping my reserviour virtually every other day especially when i go far distance.
2. My temperature guage usually goes beyond the half temp guage and try to go higher when I climb a hill or brigde.
3. I feel my engine becomes hotter than normal, though relapses and I've not really experinced over-heating but My mechanic is warning me that better I return it to direct or I am riskying headcasket burn.
4. When I speed for like 15 t 20 minutes, the moment I slow down I see that the temperature guage rises.
5. But one thing I noticed is that if I switch-on my AC, the temp guage never ever go beyond half. No matter the distance, never. Could it be the thermoswitch?
And when the fan was direct I never experinced this.
Though I observe that water in the reserviour usually gets dirty. If I remove the reserviour and wash, put new water, it will get dirty after a week. I once met a raditor mechanic, he said I need to blow or remove the raditor for proper cleaning, and that after that I can buy coolant and put it inside. pls any help here?

your problem is around the thermoswitch and fan. As for the leak, check your radiator cap and expansion can cap. When you are on speed, the air u are driving against rapidly cools the engine and the fan isn't really needed to work. When you slow down, less air. That's when the fan is needed which I feel isn't working optimally. When u put on ur ac, the fans are constantly on. So there is better cooling and that's why the temperature gauge is normal. The pressure from higher temperatures may force fluid out through the cap of radiator or expansion can. Hope the mechanic bled the system well.

guy please stop showcasing ignorance. That's a 2010/2011 camry. It has same engine in V6 as 07/08/09 camry. Same 2gr-fe engine. The 4cyl engine is different from the predecessor.

On a serious note, OP doesn't sound techy and aware of how his car functions. He may visit autologic to sort out his problem. But I know it isn't something serious. Op, endeavor to pick interest in your ride.

I parked it for over a year cos I travelled n since I got back it started give issue like not accelerating well n tripping off when you engage gear to drive.

I'm sure rodents would have eaten some wires. 98 car can be scanned naa. Scan it at least. Sounds electrical. There is also a Nissan forum here

it will be nice if u stay away from naija used accord 2000-2002. Accord is one of the Japanese that doesn't really tolerate abuse. Most of that particular accord model are well abused in naija. Incessant transmission problems to suspension issues. You will hardly get a well maintained one.

I am a professional , I adopt scientific approach to achieve 100% and accurate diagnosis which is a combination of car repair history , customer observation and data gathered with my professional tool which is why physically inspection is needed most .
This can never be achieved online ,physical meeting is needed atimes and is a matter of choice that the car owner can oblige to
I am been a practising techie for more than a decade now and I can openly boast that it has been a successful journey so far for me and my crew .U don't need to like my approach as I don't owe u anything cos you you don't know a pin about this profession ,I am the professional here.Also you don't need to rant about that I should copy some one else style, Companies policies differs .Instead of wasting your effort to put someone else down ,use that effort to find your area of strength and you will have that inner joy of putting smile to people's face.Remember backbiter will always remain at the back no matter what .

Finally ,what is my concerned with your story of a professional that fixed wrong engine ,if you have issue with that and you find nothing tangible to do with your time ,u can start a thread on it instead of throwing blames around.
