I have been able to gather the infomation that the Imsu general cut-off mark is 180% which grants any candidate who made the University his/her choice and whose mark is within the stated range and above to purchase their entry exams form. The exam is said to have been scheduled on either Wed./Thur with the University's detailed post UME time table. Please you can contact the Dept of your interest for further details to the exam date. Spend the remaing months of the year typing, posting and commenting. forget it since we can do anytin about it lets just pray it is not true cose we only bark on NL no actions students. |
mine was childish but equally very romatic. It all started in Jss. 1 even do i did not realize it then. There was this girl Ronke by name, very quiet, doesn't answer question and just like novels. All i rember was her seat was behind mine and we hardly get to talk. I was the class PR , i would anwser any question right or wrong, i spent alot of class time debating topics with teachers, generally everyone belived i was a guru including me, But unfortunatly wen Jss 1 result came out i took 11th position and Ronke came first, i cried all thru the holiday, i was so ashamed of wat people wud say about my position. So in Jss 2 i tried reducing the class vibrasy and focues on been more serious at reading my books and just as i anticipated i came first and Ronke moved to third position. my best frnd then moved from 5th to 2nd. so as soon as i saw the result i told Ronke who was impressed and even congratuted me. And that was it , all thru Jss 3 we had a close bond, we spent alot of time together and wen we were in SS1 even her frnds has to come to accept me. While in SS2 edy went for counseling and informed her about is feelings for her, the counselor called her and tried the usual metoring method to find out if she had similiar feeling for edy evn do she was not specific with details Ronke has manage to deduce that edy was the course of the interogetion but instend of likeing him she sudenly hated him, that really discouraged me so i decided to keep my feelings to my self so as not to lose our frndship. Her parents completed their building and they had to relocate to Alagbado, when she broke the news in school the entire frnd group felt really sad, personally i was heart broken (even without asking her out) We were Four in our group (excluding individual frnds), we spent the remaining part of the time talking, promising to call and to rember each other, we had sudenly rember that we had alot in common. Her last day in school i took the liberty to see her off and walk her almost to her house. The next day she sent a letter tru her frnd telling me to try and console my self because she was also presently cring. I was speachless i had kept my feelings to my self and so also has she, i flt so bad, i wish i had mostered the courage to atlest made my intension known. Dats was my first love and the toasting i really wish i had done. I later become a professional at it but the love cud never be like the first. first impression really last long. |
don't stop yet, i would type mine latter, got August report on my neck, am a Gunner if its not ready by mid day 2mow, its a good tin am a United fan not a gun man. so i would post my love gist later. |
Admist the conflicts that might exist between ASUU and the FG one fact is certain, and the fact is that at one point or the other one of the parties must bend to the will of the other or come to a agreeable term. It is then many would realize that they have stayed away from school without adding notable values to their life. NL what have you been doing with your time. |
I need ur help with information as regards Ghana. I plan to spend a weekend in Ghana with my female friend either this weekend or next weekend(Thats go on friday and return on sunday). manmustwac:atlest that is wat nairalanders are good at doing. We are not even united in the cousre to bring change to Nigeria, how then do we speak of progress, nobody has selected a date for a revolution and we are already runing our heart at full beat. The major diffrence bwtn those that are afraid to be catalist of change and people such as this qblaze:Is a simply manifestation of ones mind set. Lets ask our self how did the diverse Religions come into begin, how did tribes become state and then a Nation (that we now fear to address our root). whether you agree with me or not NIgeria is a Failed state, a State were Leaders seek for help outside. a little cough and the governor of our states fly out of the country, there children are no were near the shores of this country, for those who have benifited inmersely from the corupt leaders let me advice Nigeria is better this way, but for those who are tired of seeking for visa, looking for Jobs that do not exist, applying for admission that would only be given to the upper class then the Revolution course is yours. Nigeria is not bad nor poor nor a runied country because this cluses only apply to some. So choose where you belong but let me advice choose wisely because what ever choice you make, your children would answer for to it years after you have ceased to exist. |
ezeagu:A frnd made a similar statement yesterday. Even if we do not get our ass together atlest they are preparing and anticpating for the worst https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-310719.0.html If we were poorly funded then we culd hopeful wait and pray dat one day tins would get better, if we had no lands, no resources,no educated youth we would wait till our kids grow up and make the world a better place, we would wait for an evolution but the facts is we are fully grown but lack Leaders with a sense of direction. Change is inevitable. Someone once said that we should gather the bandwangons together and light the fire, thats a persoanlly view. another said we should all close down how business and leaveour offices for just one week and walk the streets of nigerian protesting, dats another personal opion no matter which school of tot u belong to the bottom line is tins have to change. The bold question is how many of us are ready https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-311042.0.html ofcourse nigerians would also belive somebody else would call the police in an emagency, someone somewere would do that tin we do not have time or wish to do. Nigeria as a state is Jobless, corrupt, abused and oppresseds, out of school, and in a national Darkness.Nigeria is ready but are Nigerians tired and need a change? |
INEC declares Arise of PDP winner of the bloody charade called senatorial election rerun in Ekiti. This are mere samples of what 2011 might turn out to be if we do not take our stand now. Its dis-heartng to know that we have given up on our nation. I weep for Nigeria |
NL, Pls i want to recommend someone for programme and short course on web design. I would apprciate address and phone no. of tested and trusted company or groups. chukxy2003@yahoo.com,08060539087 |
Kobojunkie:You have simply if i am equally tired of the state of our nation and the stituation we the citizens find our self. I say a big yes. I am ready to stand up and fight for that which is right, incase u don't get nigeria would not change one bit if U and I do noting to change things. In case u don't know, there were a lot of south-south people on nairaland who just sat back and enjoy the net, making post and no action tll things got this bad. If the north and south can be affected by a slok of a government then the nation is not immune. CHANGE would happen with or with u and i. But i prefare to to partaken and save the next generation. |
jahrule:Thats is the spirit. Fhemmmy:A revolution does mean sidelining a selected tribe, we can only have true success if we intigrate every tribe in the revolution course, every ethnic group is affected, the effect might vary but everyone needs a change. |
I have read enough post on the miss deeds of our leaders and their contious neleget of needs of the populance, Nigerian has contuied to promote themselves as the worst affected in terms of bad governace and choice of leaders But my question still remains; How many of of us are truly ready for a REVOLUTION, how many would really stand up for Nigeria if a call is made. NL lets counts those of us who are ready to for CHANGE |
ikeyman00: Sagamite:Guys like both of you are begining to make nairaland boring, pls. stop the cursing, insult and abuses that has suddenly become a part of even the highly rated political section, this section use to be a meeting place for highly educated and respected people but i can hardly differentiate between wat we have here and the joke section. do pls. respect other peoples comments and opions. |
wow, dis is just out of this world, keep it up cose u are highly appreciated. |
@Kay 8080 There is just the two of us am sure dats probably the reason u did not notice my date, anyway 16th still remains a rear date cose we are rear breeds. Happy birthday in advance, beloved bd mate |

y all the truma, can't u people see that the OPC simply want cheap publicity, for a long time now every paper has been celebrating MEND there by relegating OPC to he bench now they want their own dose of media attension |
I really do not have much time to bear my mind on wat i would do, but to cut the long story short THAT WOULD MEAN THE END OF THE WEDDING. |
Ournaija:Y, the haste in making a post out of this, its quite obviours that u were more interested in puting up a post on the event of saturday insted of getting the figures and facts right. And as regards ur question the audience gave an answer to that as well hope u obsereved that. Lets mind wat we decide to post b4 we get people bored up with this so called "POST" |
proudly9ja:i agree with you 100%, am only take my time to view post like this because of my love for nice pictures and my patrotisim to our beloved Nation. Pls. advice the government Action speaks louder than voice. |
nice one, very interesting, enjoyed it. Lagosboy:ofcourse not, it is not true, just admire the write up. |
wow !! am speachless
|
adexdavies@yahoo.com also needs the post ume questions thanks. |
aderinsoye:In that case just keep praying they call for an entrance exam or any test just to put you on a level playing ground with those with an upper, because i know there must have been a lot of entries from students with upper credit. And also try and work out a relationship with someone there, somebody you can call to get info and do visit the scholl personally that is how we meet people and most often get help. Bettydon2:I once had that Unilag accept direct entry only under Education, Hope that was the facuty you filled the courses, to be on a safe side visot the school and try and make enquires as regards admission through direct entry. Since you have already filled the form, it is best you take time off to visit the school, it is one thing to have contacts it is also another thing for them to contact u with the right info at the right time. |
