Forte plc share increased from 9 naira in 2012 to 342 in dec 2015, thats why it has been regarded as Lord in the stock market because it defies 9ja market principle. While the market be going south, its prices went up, sending femi otedola name back into the FOrbes list radar.......... Exactly bro. Any top bank can fail , just yesterday I was reading an e book by Robert T kiyosaki titled"Unfair advantage" & he mentioned something similar &catchy. I quote verbatim:

With over 79% decline in profit, 1000 workers laid off & a highexposure to Oil & gas in terms of loans......hmmm firstbank is on my "watch list". Several reports hv shown that about 45% of the outstanding loans from firstbank is dollar denominated. With this current float exchange by cbn, if firstbank defaults in more loan, it means Higher losses & their balance sheet will go worse.......No wonder Top Rating agency like Standar d& Poor agency have downgraded the credit rating of first bank. They seem to see a weaker firstbank than we envisage. On that note I fear the CAR & Liquidity ratio may plunge low if care isn't taken

Anyone can receive money but the real deal lies in what you do wit the money. If you are an Oil worker earning 1m & in atleast 2yrs of working. You cannot boast of even a plot of land, you need serious financial education.
The mistake people mak is rushing to build thier personal house whereas they could build/buy something for rent purpose that will generate money over time to acquire your dream house.
Your job will not always be there o, your health may not always be sound. No one knows whats gon happen the nxt minute, so therefore provide a 2nd source of income asap.

please for peeps that served in Ogun state, how legit is ASET(Association of Entrepreneurs and Technologists) professional certificate. Yes, I have paid the initial registration fee and all, but my instinct keeps telling me that its not legit. I didn't want to go because where I am serving is very far from shagamu and the tfare is on a very high side. I didn't want a situation where after the whole money spent on tfare, fees and all, the certificate won't be recognized when used. But my dad was angry at my decision and was just saying no knowledge is a waste. So because of him, I went. On reaching here yesterday, I found out that its a one-man business. I asked for other people's opinion and they were all like so far NYSC endorsed it so its legit especially as the classes are been held in shagamu camp. If you have been to ijede before like I have, you'll know that the houses are built close to the lagoon that situated there. So a heavy rainfall will increase the flow of water from the lagoon onto properties. Those houses majorly bungalows are on a very low ground level. The ground level is almst the same with the lagoon unlike the phcn estate where egbin thermal plant is that have a high ground level. Those areas are very exposed to flooding.

Story I worked out well before and after child birth but after my second baby though I lost the weight the belly just won't go down cos I had diasthesis recti and I was ignorantly doing the crunches that worsened the separation. Then again some women baby blues after delivery and how they look is the least of their problems

I like your honesty! In your comment you jusst agreed with me that even you yourself, lost weigh from work-out after child-birth. Your tummy would have also gone down with the body weight but you just pointed out that you suffered from something you called "Diasthesis recti". I like the fact you clearly stated that. My previous comment was actually referring to those who suffered nothing that would hinder any form of weight loss, that they can lose pregnancy weight through workout. You confirmed that already, so no need deliberating much on the issue. #thank you

Its not easy because its NOT YOUR HABIT to work out. I can predict correctly you don't currently work-out , so how will it be easy when you'v added weight from pregnancy?
Most 9ja women allow their body to go when married because they usually have this belief of "I don marry, wetin be the need for all the shakara" #if you were constantly woking out before pregnancy (3times a week atleast). Losing weight after pregnacy wouldn't be a Chore! #same goes for men who develop belly fat once married
