Segadem:Niggie don't kill yourself over barca. That match is just a friendly, don't kill yourself. Barca don't take friendlies serious, unlike Arsenal. Nothing is as stake. Pair barca & leicester in the Champions league, make u watch trashing! |
nonjebose:Why can't they play 90mins all pressing game? |
Dimejidude:You shouldn't be suprised sevilla won. Yes la liga performances might have shown them to be weaker but playing against a two-time defending champion? An all time highest winning team in the europa competition? Baba you cannot underrate or be in shock. If any team plays a defending champion in a final, they'll have to UP THIER GAME |
There are no two words in english language more harmful than "Good Job"....it can make people settle for less #from movie; whiplash *************************************** OP this isn't a spectacular job, but its a step. I don't know how old you are but if you are over 16 and eligble to gain admission into the university. I can boldy say Most art lecturers wouldn't score you above 6/10 for these drawings....But you have the talent, DONT REST ON YOUR OARS. Try to Improve on this, Art work is largely Under-appreciated here, so you need to up your game to be able to reap benefits from your efforts #enjoy |

No wonder Okonjo iweala said at the babcock graduation ceremony 2013 said; On a per capita basis, the minister further revealed that the top three recipients of FAAC allocations in 2013 were : Bayelsa (N84,500 or $545 per annum), Akwa Ibom (N55,600 or $360 per annum) and Delta (N42,000 or $270 per annum), adding that on a per capita basis, many Nigerian states performed much better than neighbouring countries such as Ghana ($255 per annum), Benin Republic ($146 annum), Liberia ($103 annum) and Gambia ($117 annum). Just imagine how rich bayelsa is, yet nothing on ground to show for it. |
One of the reasons most people who stood against fuel subsidy removal during GEJs tenure & now accepting it, is simply INFORMATION. When GEJ removed subsidy early JAN, it came impromptu. People had little or no knowledge what subsidy meant, only to start the year with a higher pump price. Unlike Now. In this last 5years, people are better informed, they'v felt the pains of the Oil marketers toying with their emotions. Infact lemme say, people have learnt the hardway (by experience) how subsidy payment has made oil marketers wosky these past months. The only grouse people have with buharis govt isn't because they don't know subsidy payment is not working. Its because Our leader openly declared THERE WAS NO SUBSIDY. And as a former minister of petroleum, his words were believed HOOK LINE SINKER...Now, he has removed what he said doesn't exist. That's some crazy shii. |
As an Igbo boi, all I can tell you is. Now is the time to buy julius berger shares, coz its bound to rise with the budget in its favour. |
How can protest & support be in the same sentence? The word Protest is used to show a disapproval of an opinion, subject or topic. If you say they showed support for the subsidy removal, saying they protested is crazy. #i stand to be corrected tho. |

Investors & science no dey work hand in hand, if not people wouldn't be going to lekki despite the future danger of rising ocean level #see the chart to prove festac develops housing units the most on the MAINLAND

Selling on Credit is a based on hope & trust, at the same time its inevitable in some business like Importation of used electrical goods in Alaba mkt (40ft container). Most retail buyers will want to pay part & take the rest goods on credit. Some times they payback, sometimes its story upon story. But since its Inevitable, here's the best move: If Mr A asks for 50 sets of used DVD each costing 1000. Let him pay something, atleast something enough to cover the cost price. Atleast that way you re sure of having your capital intact while you chase them later for your profit #good luck #speaking from experience |
The country is broke yet bubu wants to act as father christmas to a selected few. 1m * 5000 = 5billion naira monthly. 1year = 60billion naira See money wey them wan corner all in the name of helping the poor. Money that can be used to Improve power sector especially the Transmission unit or money to upgrade our hospitals or better still increase the minimum wage. #buhari, Onye oma emeka! |

Zidjay:All this wan you dey yarn na OKPATA! Greed will always be the fall of certain people, its because of the greedy nature of people that hackers are able to thrive. If you can control your appetite, your emotions you cannot be carried away by sport-bet! You may as well go Lagos state govt & ask them why they accepted sport bet as a legal stuff or fly to L.A and question why Pool or Casino still exists. If you can't control your emotions, anything will ruin you! Even if you deal in legitimate business, you need to have yur emotions in check so you don't fall into the hands of scammers. That 18yrs old boi will learn from his mistake, that's LIFE! |
not4sure:The NLC is fighting for a lower pump price. Tell me, what is it you can say you enjoy from the Govt? - We pay for light yet its highly erractic - we pay for security yet still sleep one eyed - we pay for water - the only thing we said let's enjoy atleast, which is fuel subsidy, now cease to exist My brother what else are we to enjoy from the Govt? |

Harvesthomes:Lack of tomato cannot cause famine bro. People will always Import tomato paste, some will resolve to banga soup/ofe-akwu (soup made from palm oil) |
HomeOfMe:Location is a factor bro! There are some areas in lagos where there are no space for that. Moreover you are able to do that because you live in your house, how about those in rented apartments. |
One key factor that has led to tomato scarcity is its PRESERVATION. Most farmers don't know how to preserve tomatoes for long time, even we individuals can't store tomatoes for long (erratic power supply). It is for this reason, Dangote& Erisco food decided to set-up tomato plants to utilize these tomates that are left to rot away. For now, the underlying problems are the Preservation techniques & the Herdsmen problem. #kapish |
Bible says; if the foundation is destroyed, what can the righteous do?......if the head is corrupt, what can the body do. The change has to start from the TOP! If people are the top change & judiciously utilize funds, you don't need a sooth sayer to tell you that there'll be also change in the behavioural patterns of the people. #IT STARTS WITH OUR LEADERS |
******* FOOD FOR THOUGHT ********** 1) How can the govt claim its deregulating the downstream sector yet it still imposes price, how is that deregulation? 2) Secondly, why do people think competition will drive down price, its too much of a speculation. These major oil marketers are under a Union, and in time past they have COLLECTIVELY AGREED to HOARD fuel. What makes you think they can't all Collectively sell at exhorbitant prices. Telecoms were never under a union, so that's why the competition thing got to them. 3) Oil price is about $40/barrel, if Oil jumps backup to $100/barrel. What happens to the price template because by then Oil marketers will cry that the template isn't favourable. 4) If Oil marketers are to source for forex from autonomous sources, how about NNPC? How can oil marketers that source forex at parallel mkt rate compete with NNPC who source forex at official rate? |
layla129:Nice one miss. From what you'v written here, the most important persona is HONESTY. If one is honest what's the need to fake what you don't have just to impress chicks. I detest fake & proud peeps tho, so I can easily relate to this. Nicey! |
Surfboard:According to the law, saraki is still Innocent until proven guilty. But this one act of saraki hiring countless number of SAN's awakes suspicion. So let's say I'm just in a such mode. |
Surfboard:Like I said, I know its legally acceptable. What I'm saying is; ask yourself why one will hire 90lawyers to defend himself. Have you heard of something similar before overseas, europe to be precise? |
Surfboard:A quote says; there is a court that supercedes every other court. Higher than even a law court, that court is the court of conscience. Tell yourself the truth, leave legalities aside & logic. Let's apply instincts and conscience, what kind of person will hire 90 lawyers to defend him in a court of law? |
I don't have a problem with providing grazing reserves. My only grouse with such development is that it SHOULDNT BE FREE. Herders shuld be made to pay either monthly or daily for accessing these reserves, that way it would be able to generate revenue for the states accmodating them no matter how little. State governors shouldn't provide grazing fields for free knowing fully well that these herders are working (managing) the Cattle of AN INDIVIDUAL. Such Individuals should be made to pay, simple! |
OIL price still hovers around $40/barrel and they want to increase fuel price to 130naira. What then will happen will Oil prices hit $100/barrel? We'll now pay over 250naira/litre ![]() Where is Fashola ooo, where is David Tam west. They were running their mouth that low Oil price should drive down our pump price, now they have all gone "mum". |
You forgot to add landlords, who will always increase rent to complement the rising cost. #remember that real estate is a GOOD HEDGE against Inflation |
Whenever I see the t.bills rate rising while FBN money market is stagnant. I just go angry. Imagine a 7.99% for 91days, discounted rate oh!!! Meanwhile FBN MMF dey gimme 7%. Rubbish |
Even the ones that sell a litre for 87naira have their pumps altered. Ordinary at 87naira per litre, a 25litre gallon should cost 2175naira. Even if the gallon has expanded to accomodate 30litres, it sould cost atmost 2610naira. But at the end of day, You find out that 3000naira is what you'll use to fill up a 25litres gallon. #that 87naira/litre na wash!!! |
