I supported the applicants because some of them were feeding me with information about the genuineness of the program. How did I encourage people? I expected them to have verified and they claim they did. Meanwhile, most people had paid some sort of money and there was nothing they could do about it. They were only expecting a miracle. So, shut your trap.

There was no way I could have helped the situation. I never encouraged the scammers and I never pretended to sit on the fence. Many applicants were proving to me it was genuine and I helped share their views. I categorically stated that if anyone had tangible information to prove it was a sham, then they should come forward. I went to Crystal Service myself on Tuesday when CanImServ said he was going to be there. I wanted to witness the outcome firsthand. But he gave one excuse or the other for not acting as he had proposed. I was there to support him to actually find out the truth. Everyone that claimed it was sham did so from a logical angle.

@doubling, the situation here is critical. Some are yet to accept their fate, while some have accepted theirs. If your nephew is still fantasizing, then he needs to be spanked hard. There is no information coming from any Crystal officers. The National Theatre was not even booked for the exhibition. Some are already leaving, thinking of how to pick up the pieces of their lives. Some are still waiting, hoping and praying. Some are thinking of how to resume back to work. For those who quit their jobs, don't worry, it's not the end of the world.

This office, nor the Government of Canada, has any agreement with a company called Crystal services in Nigeria for the recruitment of foreign workers.   This office has to approve and issue all visas for travel to Canada, and therefore application would have to be made through this office.  There is no legal way to travel to Canada without applying through the Deputy High Commission in Lagos.

For your information:

No one can guarantee you a job or a visa to Canada.
Canada does not have a lottery system for immigration.
Only authorized officers at Canadian embassies, high commissions and consulates can decide whether or not to issue a visa.
Processing fees are the same at all Canadian visa offices around the world. Fees in local currency are based on official exchange rates and correspond to the amount in Canadian dollars.
Fees for Canadian government services are usually paid to the “Receiver General of Canada,” unless the visa office website specifies something different.
Canadian visa offices will never:
ask you to deposit money into an individual’s personal bank account
ask you to transfer money through a specific private money transfer company
use free e-mail services such as Hotmail or Yahoo
You will find free application forms and guides for all types of visas on CIC’s website.
Be careful if the salary of the job you’re applying for seems unbelievably high.

Now, let me ask you some questions,
1. When your travel agent told you about it, did you ask him if he had verified it to be true?
2. Did you apply yourself or did the travel agent apply to Crystal on your behalf?
3. Why would your travel agent introduce you to the program if he does not believe in it and since he would be making money from you if he actually processed your visa solely on his own not considering the program?
4. You called Ghana office, Manitoba office and Lagos office but only Lagos chose to respond, why?
5. If Crystal promised a job, would the Canadian Commission do the same?
6. What do you expect the Lagos Canadian commission to tell you apart from what you have been told?

Even if we assume otherwise, logically speaking, would you expect a Commission to tell you that they or their country have any business with anybody. They only gave you general rules that you can follow as an applicant. Why they would never divulge such information and any private information on their dealings with any immigration consultant is that you are not a security personnel, an interpol officer, a government task force agent nor an immigration consultant. Ask yourself why there are immigration consultants in virtually most developed countries like Canada, UK, US and Australia. People have gone through immigration consultants and gotten results while some applied solely by themselves and have also gotten the same result.
Besides, if you had no belief in the program, I think you would have not taken the risk initially. I think you should have done your verification before now. I just hope you did not buy any form from any fraudulent agent. Try to get to Crystal office and verify if your form was duly submitted and processed. But if you actually did all the purchase by yourself, then I think you should relax and keep cool. Some only came to this thread to create confusion but you don't have to be confused. There are people with visas on their passports and still, they applied. Everyone can not be a dense to have applied. Skepticism is allowed and that creates room for validation.

Am not against the programme,am only saying the critics is too much and if so it will be then i guess there will be alot of blood bath. The first day they (CS) called for group photograph, i was there with my friends. I asked a guy when he applied and he told me he applied since November 2010 and he is number five(5) in CS list of applicant and that he is 90% sure of the programme. So i asked him why the departure date keep changing and he said the expected number of applicant was not reached then. A guy beside us heard this and he dashed in and said he resigned his position at a bank where he worked for CS and he was so disappointed when they changed the date and since then he could not get another offer. Another guy said he just resigned and he believe he is going to travel through CS. Let us all imagine if this turns a nightmare for such an applicant that has all his hope in the programme. All am saying is that i want to regret why i did not apply with my friends and be happy while they depart and reach Canada.

There will never be any blood bath and that is certain. The only thing that can happen is that some people will be disappointed because they opted for the services of so-called agents who are made up of fakes (some are sincere though). The set of people to be disappointed are the lazy ones who wanted shortcuts and took no necessary steps to apply in person.
About the postponement issue, initially, some should have gone in June as 1st batch while others go in August as 2nd batch. But for some reasons, the management decided to merge both batches when more people got interested about the program. August would have been certain but because of the ramaadan, number of flights were reduced and this made it impossible for the airlines involved to transport people in mass. This, I authoritatively confirmed. Also, coupled with the BTA issue. Now that September has been chosen and it's just some few days away, I believe that there will be no more postponement (in Jesus name).

Lets look at this from a logical angle. Assuming that about 5000 or thereabout that are going actually bought the forms, is it possible for 5000 people to be gullible and be sweet-talked into something like this. People may be desperate in Nigeria but not everyone is silly. People with better education and knowledge than those antagonizing the program here had applied. Any rational human being will be skeptical when told about something like this but upon verification, one would develop confidence needed. Your friend  had a mad faith in the program, so he should not worry. Some things happen for a purpose. When you followed him there, you should have taken time to get more information and clarify anything that seems unclear to you.
Once everything has been done, you don't have to regret not applying. Maybe, it's not your time yet. Just only learn to have high faith in God and take only calculated risks. With God, absolutely nothing is impossible.

One of the CS staff name withheld told us in one on one interview that not all applicants will see manitoba. When speaking further he/she said the chairman has not called for meeting that usually leads to postponement. Adding that indications on ground shows that there may be blood birth on sunday.

 It seems heaven is made up of breakable materials. Well, I will be waiting for heaven to fall and maybe I will get my chance to see the angels. I will be calling Red cross to come and pack blood to the blood bank so Ministry of Health will be able to give free blood to those who need it. I might even call some ritualist who need blood for rituals since there will be so much blood. Arrrggghhhh!!! Wish I was a vampire, I would drink enough that day

Let me tell you that you are the perfect description for a blabber jabber. All you have been doing since is making nonsensical claims that you have evidences. What is the essence of your evidences if you do not wish to start a legal tussle. So, you just gather evidences for gathering sake or to ramble here and make yourself relevant? You said your evidences are human, you speak more like an illiterate. How can a living human be an evidence? Humans can only be witnesses unless they are dead. @ Cipriani -  you are obviously not aware of how anti-spambot works on the site. There are lots of regular users whoset up secondary IDs because the first is blocked for a period, this is nothing new.  I'm sure if you click on Collinsfbi you will find what he was trying to post before he was blocked.  He could have easily set up a profile and pretend to be someone else (as others have done) but he didn't.

Second, if I had information about any "fraudulent" activity going on in the name of a business I would not be posting it on this forum.  Just as Crystal has its "secret" ways of doing things, so do those who gather information.  If Crystal Services are straightforward and legit, the information to be posted is irrelevant and can be explained away.  It's only where there's an abuse of the system that is the problem.

@N101 I actually experienced that yesterday when I asked in the game forum whoever has a Sony PSP for sale. So, now I understand. As per the information, well, if that is your opinion, it's all good. Everyone have their different way of doing things. I would have preferred letting the forum know of any evidences got so those affected can as well start making a move. But if you insist on keeping it, all the best. Just report to the relevant agencies ASAP.

  I am truly embarrassed at your low level of thinking. You don't want to trade words with me is the best catchy statement you can come up with,  SMH. I can see you are so myopic is your way of getting information at the this level at which the world has developed. You went on to ask questions that you should have gotten answers to if you were really interested in this matter. You lack knowledge and I hope you don't perish as the Bible has said. If you had taken your time to find out about all these, you would have gotten a clearer picture of what is really happening.

Firstly, I want accept your fact about people parading themselves as Crystal Services agents. Its unfortunate that whenever people come with a program, even if originators have either negative or positive intentions, some scrupulous elements would always want to take advantage of it. That is the case of Mr Chukwu being referred to in this case. He saw the opportunity and grabbed it. The problem is that a lot of people in this country don't take time to verify anything before venturing into it. From my source, I got to know that Crystal Services never employed the service of any agent. I was told that those who patronized agents did that at their own risk. They said the doors of their office were opened to the public to come in, verify and apply in person. Some people are always in a haste to get things done and therefore fell victim to the hands of con men like Mr Chukwu.

Secondly, the text message issue I was told by my source was in two categories. Some could not receive the text messages because of network problems and those who came to complain and were verified to have truly applied had their text message issue resolved. Now, the second part was what exposed activities of agent like Mr Chukwu as I was told. Some applicants that went through shammers posing as agents did not have their application submitted for further processing and therefore could not receive the text messages being sent to other applicants. I was told by my source that the shammers actually made copies of the application form and sold it to whoever was too lazy to get to their office to verify what is being done.

As per the medical report issue, I will leave that to you to come up with your facts after you must have carried out your own investigation.

Lastly, I will say that you asking me for visa evidence is so childish of you. I hope you did not just finish your secondary education. Did I tell you I have a visa with me? BIF, I want to ask why you have decided to use to 2 User IDs on this forum and even on this thread? What is the difference between kollinsfbi and collinsfbi?
