That money is hard earned money and sweat from your mum that has past on. Use everything within your reach to get the money back, use pastors, Alfas, Songo, Ifa,ogun, amadioha priests, even witches and wizards.

Your uncle is very wicked, he's a very bad man, in fact he's not nice at all.

Court cases of this nature could be endless.

You could also approach the economic and financial crimes commission EFCC, they will help you do a good job, though you will pay a percentage of the money.

the things of divine, your brain cannot understand sir.
this is the problem I have with you people. Once the debate gets hot u will start saying it is a thing of divine. U that claim to understand it are u a spirit? Same way with tithes, when the debate becomes hot u people change it to spiritual understanding, but u did not need any spiritual understanding when quoting Malachi verbatim.

Even Jesus himself acknowledge the fact that everything he has is given to him by father above, Jesus can not do anything without his father God.

Lord means one having power or authority over others. Jesus is lord because he said.

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me by my father.

God means supreme. Jesus is God because the bible says that in the beginning, the word already existed, the word was with God and the word was God.
But same Bible said Jesus is first born of God's creation. So for me God created Jesus and gave him power to do things. God remain God. This theory of Trinity was sneaked into the church by the Catholics. I am a born Catholic though

My Brother Can I advice you!!!

9ja is a zoo country!!! Very Lawless, this Case you are seeing as a small case, You and your Family will end up spending over 500k to 1M for you to be a Free Man.

The day you go to the Bank and try to explain yourself that very day you will be arrested and straight to the State Head Quarters where the Victim of the Fraud is Residing. So my Brother think very well!! Ok. If you have any Lawyer as a Friend or Family get him involved why because you cannot afford the service of a Lawyer you don't know in this Case.

Try get every evidence you can, Voice Record of your conversation with your Friend.

If you are Lucky you will be locked up at the Police Station. But if you are not you will be Reminded at the Prison Minimum 6 Months to 1Year. Just do everything to prove your Innocent as evidence ASP. Because I am Talking out of 1st hand Experience.

All the Best.
but op doesn't want to report his friend na, he's busy saying shit

It's so funny how arrests are made in the bank. I was once arrested inside the banking Hall. I went with a friend to collect our IT money, he was paid his 15k but I was told to sit down in an executive chair close to the AC, the lady excused herself and pleaded with me to be patient, the innocent me didn't know that there is fire on the mountain, the next thing 2 heavy policemen came in and jacked me up by my trouser. Before you know it, I was bundled outside the banking Hall and was told to sit on the floor. The next thing they started accusing me that I am part of the criminal gang that has been cashing other people's money, that I have been caught and I will mention others. I started explaining myself showing ID telling them I am the real person, it entered deaf ears, to cut the long story short, I quickly sent my friend to the school to look for a lecturer to come identify me. Luckily for me a lecturer that knows me agreed to come to the station to identify me, after which I was released.

I over heard people inside the bank saying "awon omo tin se Yahoo Yahoo ni, owo to ba eleyi" grin grin the disgrace was just too much.

If u go to the bank, they will arrest you first and hand you over to the police, all your explaination will be done at the police station

Don't go to the bank immediately.

Firstly, make a report to any Police station close to you. They will take the case from there.
this is the best advise for you. Thank this guy later. If u step foot in that bank, you will be arrested before you even have the chance to explain anything. If you involve the police on your own you will escape arrest.

Also, trying to protect your criminal friend is foolishness. You need to gather all your evidence, the messages he sent to you, the transfer you made to him and all that, you will need them for your defense, because the guy is about to deny you. You have to choose between spending few years in prison or turning your friend in.

Goodluck

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: LASG Approves New Entry Point For Engineers In State Public Service by clemzo101(m): 5:16am On Aug 30, 2019
sreamsense:
It has been like that in federal since, I don't know why it was delayed till this time in Lagos state. This is just entry point for fresh university engineering graduates who have not yet become registered engineers. With this level registered engineers and registered doctors will start at the same level mathematically. Registered Doctor (at least before you are free to practice): 6yrs mbbs + 1yr (housmanship) + 1yr (NYSC) = 8yrs (before you can be employed by hospital). Note: Some might not get housemanship placement in one yr because of limited numbers of hospitals availability. So, for a fully registered doctor to be employed after NYSC, about 8-10yrs must have been spent, it means:
After 8-10yrs as registered doctor fully ready to practise at Federal, the person will start at level 12

For engineer, a fresh graduate in engineering is not yet an engineer, except he is certified by relevant bodies in engineering before he/she can be fully ready to be called engineer:
engineering (B engr ): 5yrs + 1yr = 6yr (fresh graduate not yet registered engineer, but can begin work if he likes at level 9 in public service), two yrs after (8yrs-when doctor is doing housemanship if he is lucky to get housemanship on time), engineer in federal service or state civil service already moved to level 10. At 9/10 yrs when doctor must have finished NYSC and qualified to work in any hospital as registered doctor (i.e federal), by this time, engineer already has 4yrs post-graduate experience and become registered engineer through coren(fresh registered engineer) who now starts at level 12 which is the same as that of doctor(registered). Engineer even gets better opportunity because many factors can cause medical doctor to be delayed than 8/9/10yrs and also, engineer has been collecting money even before becoming registered engineer while doctor was still paying money to school and other finances before becoming registered. Amount collected during 1yr housemanship can not be compared with what level 10 engineer has collected so far. So, people that structured salary scale know what they are doing, fresh registered doctor and fresh registered engineer in federal institutions are logically starting on the same level in public service, numbers of years play important role.

https://nse.org.ng/news-events/recent-news/entry-point-for-engineers

Most other university disciplines start on level 8, HND entry is 7/8, master holders start on level 9 in Lagos state

Kudos to Nigeria Society of Engineers in Lagos state and @ federal level for silent fight without harassment of government to embark on strike
Entry level for COREN holders is not level 12 please. Stop it
