the Church is made up of both literate and illiterate congregants; so even if messages were sent online or by test telling members not to come to church..some would still not be informed.

CAN gave a directive not to send people(Illiterates) who attend service back home..instead the church should use the platform to educate them about the happenings in the country...the church should also use the opportunity to teach them on how to stay safe, sanitize and avoid social gatherings.

And in accordance with this directive, this is what Winners chapel did..with the government social distancing regulation observed alongside sanitizing as well.

Almost half of Winners normal congregation didn't attend...so I see no wrong in this.
