That's how they will deny their online supporters too when the time comes. Serves him very right. When he was using workers' salaries to finance APC campaign, he didn't know.
Now he's owing 7months and the two-faced goons have abandoned him. |

clothes do you have mother care? Tell me about it. They have toys in hundreds of dollars per piece. They are like the 'bed bath and beyond' of child furniture. Good things cost money sha. But our kids deserve the best in my opinion. @mother care. Not yet. Do you swear by any shop? You can recommend. |

This is soooo cute I'm buying from "Babies r Us" I'll check to see if they have this exact theme. See my dilemma? So much to choose from. Yea Edwife, I'll go find out joor. Don't think I can wait for the surprise. EfemenaXY: I wouldn't go for extremely bold colours like the red one in your first picture. Red is so full of energy. You can't be on a 24hr high seven days a week. You'll burn out.
I love soft yellow colours or sky-blue. Light blue has such a calming effect. Soft yellow make the room appear sunny and bright even on dull, gloomy days in the cold winter months. I like the yellow in your picture but minus the bold black / brown prints on the wall.
Now here's an example of what I'd choose. Soft yellow and a uni-sex colour too. Minus the pink rocking chair. I'd rather go for the same shade of yellow covering on it rather than pink. |

Chillisauce: For a girl. More white pattern and less pink or purple pattern.
For boy same thing. Minimal blue .
Bright rooms are cool. Less colour pls because the bed, tapis, bedsheets etc will ads more colours to the room ok. Thank you |

edwife: The last one will do for me.Simple yet classy.2 and 4
The white signify purity and will allow the baby's room to be bright. thanks. I'll think about 4 if a girl. I do love the white a lot too. Just worried when that one will start crawling and start putting color pens on the white pieces. |

Mmmm.@bold, so True. We still have a long way to go. People haven't even got therapy for other psychological ailments that Africans can understand much less sexual addiction. One day. Until then. edwife:
It's not only the friends but mothers that will be first to throw such wife out of the house. How many fathers in law are in their kids marriage?
Always women and i am pleased to see the generation of Nigerian women who don't want to take nonsense any more,it means they will keep away from their sons marriages and allow them marry anyone they want without interfering.
I think the problem with the addiction is that most people do not want to admit that they have a problem. Most men/women just think it is natural or most men proud themselves of being the ladies's man.So when they meet two or three friends ho behave as such, they don't even think it's abnormal.
But then again, sex still a taboo in Africa,so it will be very difficult to get people to understand this. |
Family › Re: Are Women Being Conned Into Marriage Nowadays??? by cococandy(f): 6:15pm On Sep 13, 2015 |
Well for example, put up a picture of Genevieve or Rita Dominic and see how many comments that will revolve around them not being married. If that's not pressure, I don't know what is. Should they get married and the marriage isn't working. Regardless of who's at fault, they will be blamed for not being the perfect wives. They didn't protect their homes and let themselves go after childbirth thereby pushing the husband outside. Whatever goes wrong, it's their fault. Don't play the ostrich. It's very real. The pressure to get married and the pressure to make the marriage work is always concentrated on the women. SirWere: All this talk about family pressure and wahala.... I've not seen any case o! |
Family › Re: Are Women Being Conned Into Marriage Nowadays??? by cococandy(f): 6:11pm On Sep 13, 2015 |
Mindfulness: In Nigeria, YES! Many women marry because they are expected to and because they are afraid of what people will say when they don't on time. It is either poverty, greed or fear why many women marry, for example, absent husbands they barely know. |

Both of you got into the relationship for the wrong reasons. Now you have no choice than to move on and take care of yourself for the sake for the baby. You're not the first he's doing this to. And he probably wasn't your first maga.
Like someone said, I'm worried for the baby in all of this. |
Family › Re: Girls night out discussions by cococandy(f): 5:32pm On Sep 13, 2015 |
I'm more worried about the implications of this her action than what she says about some British politicians. She's our favorite candidate. Sagamite: For those quite inquisitive, some of you would be aware that the US Democrats' presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, is in a bit of trouble because while she was US Secretary of State (i.e. Foreign Affairs Minister), she use her personal email to communicate on some of her official work. Hence taking a risk with an insecure public server.
Now the US State Department have been releasing last week some of her emails to the public after she turned them in.
Now read some of what was discussed about British politicians and the elite with one of her advisers.
Her unofficial adviser, Sidney Blumenthal, emailed her the following analysis:
“Cameron would be superficially friendly and privately scornful. Class has a lot to do with the contempt. A Cameron government would be more aristocratic and even narrowly Etonian than any Conservative government in recent history.”
"Nick Clegg has inbred arrogance" He adds that the former Lib Dem leader is “from no less a privileged background than Cameron, though seeming less snobbish because he went to Westminster instead of Eton and has a less pronounced upper-class accent”.
That Nick Clegg "will look down on her because he went to public school".
And that "Britain ruled by ex-public school boys had no friends in Europe".

EXACTLY the way I have always stated Cameron was on NL. Pretentious, fake cretin! Work with this kind of guy, he would fcking smile at you while looking down on you behind your back. He is always thinking he is smart and can manage the people by "intelligently" fooling them.
As I said, these positions are already shared out in the top public schools (what we call "private schools" in Nigeria) like Eton, Harrow, Winchester and co. And if you are not in the network of these aristocrats, whether you are black or white or green, you have little chance, they will look down on you.
The adviser said it, Cameron was going to appoint mainly from his secondary school just like I said. And that was what happened.
http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2013/may/01/cameron-defends-downing-street-appointments
And some moronic hooodrat ediot wants to be arguing with me about people I have studied and worked with extensively in the past few years of my life?
Fckng Labour leading class put 3 Oxbridge connected arsitocrats in leadership race for members to vote as leader, and then threw in one commoner they thought had no chance and was unvoteable just to give the illusion that they were not snobby.
Well, the commoner out-foxed them and won because he is the type that speaks the fck what he means and wants. I bet that guy is from Sagamu. |
