How many people in this thread spread this 50 million dollars for Condoms in Gaza?
The US is going to have to tackle the misinformation that is being spread at a dizzying pace.
Right. They glossed over this part.

So much misinformation

Didn’t he just hold a press conference saying that some of the things he’s going to be saying will be incorrect?

He literally knows he’s lying but I’m sure his fanboys won’t care and he’s banking on that.
IjeBos:
Musk doesn't know where the money was supposedly spent, he doesn't know how much it was, doesn't know the purpose of the funds, has already lied once, yet this time we are supposed to believe him?
Elon Musk is not an authority on budgeting or health care.
You may want to get your info from people who are.

Are all these long stories a way of saying that if a spouse says no to sex and the other person forces them into the act, that it’s not rape? You guys really can’t be serious.

We can talk about how it’s unfair to agree to be married to someone and refuse to have sex with them.
We can talk about how marriage means you’re agreeing to be only sexual partner they have and thus their expectation of having (hopefully blissful) sexual experiences with you is normal.

But we can’t gloss over the real fact that sometimes, some things can happen in a relationship that affects a partners mind or body in such a way that they’re not willing in the moment to have sex. Any attempt at that time to force them into sex is rape.

Pls……🙄🙄🙄

His retarded voters don’t get that it’s not China’s fault why they are suffering. The owners of the companies who they so generously choose to give more tax breaks to prefer to manufacture there. They could make and sell their products in the West for the same price and still make enough profit for themselves but they choose not to. The gap keeps widening and the most vulnerable still cheer them on.
They believe they’re temporarily embarrassed billionaires. Preserving the system that hurts them just for the ever slight chance that they too will ascend one day and abuse the system in similar ways.

Like Nigerians cheering on abusive oligarchs with the prayer point that God should elevate them to the same status so that they may abuse others .

The similarities are uncanny

Not a new thing, but I quite understand your position in the context of the bigger picture. What it means for your patients and how it impacts medical practice.

Come to think of it, the health sector has always been under-resourced world over. Trump has only thrown a spanner in the works, he enjoys being in the news. 🙂
Okay funding aside.

How does one for example write a reasonable research paper on the “prevalence of multiple myeloma in sickle cell patients of child bearing age”? If you can’t use words like black, female, diversity, underserved, inclusion, bias etc. these a few of the DEI words they’re removing from funding database. If your research has any of those words, it’ll be flagged for review and possibly defunded.

A half decent publication has to include your exclusion/inclusion criteria for the population you’re studying. No?

Sickle cell is a predominantly black disease. And if we’re being honest, they’re typically from underserved communities where limited access to healthcare can be a factor.

Child bearing patients are female.

You can’t avoid listing what your possible biases were in the study and how you got around them.

Heck you can’t study any female specific cancers (breast, ovarian, uterine cancers) without those words up there.

So while he’s playing politics by placating racists and misogynists who think women and black people have taken everything from them, real serious damage is being done.

By the time he’s done messing up the system and we’re able to pick back up and continue from where we stopped (I hope we can) precious time is lost.

The challenge with people like you who follow modern news. Elon Musk like Trump was a core Democrat and only shifted base because they knew what people wanted to hear. Elon Musk's allegiance changed mainly because of his transgendered child and all he is doing is a way of expressing his pain. People like that in my opinion shouldn't be taken serious.
Democrats didn’t make his child transgender though. If you even ask him one democrat policy that forced his child to become trans, he won’t be able to tell you.

He’s simply a dubious opportunistic person who’s using that same unfounded rhetoric about dems and transgenderism to buy the hearts of republicans so that he can get close to the president and take the power for himself. It worked.

Trump did the same thing his first term and it was one of the components of the inflation we saw in 2020.
I did make some good money on US steel stocks though.
You know this same thing happened to me the first around and I made a bunch of money selling a house that the value shot up overnight with the steel and lumber tariffs.

If I didn’t know better I’d have praised him as a good president. When all he did was make it very difficult for average Americans to buy houses.

People will panic and pull their money from the banks. I want to hope they are not stupid enough to attempt this but I’ve heard rumors and knowing that Elon is a megalomaniac who wants to create his own currency, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him attempt this.

Too many Americans are really like rich pampered kids. They really and truly do not understand the outcomes of all these actions by Elon.

In Nigeria warranty is largely a meaningless word. In Nigeria banks, business organizations regularly fk customers over. Right now the only recourse to engage FIJ who will call them out after which they have to course correct to avoid embarrassment.

This is the future Elon is creating for Americans
Even while they’re in the midst of it as a direct consequence of their own votes , they’ll still find a way to blame democrats.

Anyone who doesn’t see that Trump is all noise, no brain has a very low IQ. I thought dvmb people were a minority but that doesn’t seem to be the case in the US. How else could a country vote for this fish brain TWICE?
He captured their attention with useless talking points like trans in bathrooms and sports while him and his PayPal mafia perfect plans to strip the country and sell it for parts.

You can’t notice that you have less social power, civil rights and economic security if you’re too busy distracted by a potential opposite gender in the bathroom stall next to you. Ask them if trans people have stopped urinating since Trump came into office.

If that’s not working throw them a DEI bone so that their hillbillies who have been itching to say the N-word but can’t say it out loud can use DEI as their new slur.

He may be low IQ but his handlers know what they’re doing. And it’s working for them apparently.

The same people who criticise others, asking them to go and protest in China, are slowly building their own Dictator.

They are making a mockery of the same freedoms they enjoy. Because you don't agree with others, you want to burn it all to the ground. Actively encouraging and participating in the defiance of court orders. But you want your freedoms at the same time.
They really do think they’ll be exempt. They’ll own the libs and that’ll be the end of it.

It would be funny if it wasn’t scary. The reckless funding freezes he’s ordered impacted cancer research. A judge had to oppose it so that critical medical research can continue. It doesn’t mean the damage isn’t already being done.

As a cancer nurse, I can tell them FOR FREE that all my patients come from all walks of life. Black, white, old, young, Republican and Democrat alike. While they’re rejoicing at the nonsense they think their beloved president is doing to “the others”, they’re effectively supporting things that’ll come back to bite them in the ass later.

Like those farmers crying about being on the edge of losing their farms now.

It’s completely asinine to even suggest or insinuate that an American president can defy court orders.. Whether it’s a Democratic or Republican president threatening to do so, it’s simply unacceptable; unless you believe the U.S. has become a banana republic like so many other countries..
They want a dictator. They’ve always wanted that. Remember they cheered him on when he said he was going to be a dictator from day one.

After he said that with his own mouth, anyone who repeated it was called a fear monger . Like his own word do not have any credibility.

I already know to anticipate those kinds of gaslighting responses. You can’t be a good propagandist if you don’t know how to tell people that what they’re seeing is not real. And If republicans are anything they’re good at propaganda.

Always always expect them to you that your eyes are not working. To believe only their interpretations of things rather than facts you’re seeing for yourself.

Think it through, what will be the process? The US will invade Canada or what? Unless Canada Parliament vote to willingly become a part of the US

Are you wiling to put a bet that in 4yrs time, Canada will still be a separate country
You should be addressing this response to Trump. He’s the one making comments that are obviously not thought through. Another one of his stupid thoughts like injecting bleach. Or annexing another country who have been sisters to us. He wouldn’t know how to keep his stupid thoughts to himself even to save his own life.

Am I willing to bet ? No I shouldn’t be betting on anything the president says. We should be able to take his words seriously. The fact that we can’t, That we have to speculate and the other country has to stay on the defensive “hoping” this emotionally labile man who is not thinking his words through will not attack them IS THE PROBLEM!!

Talking about Canada voting willingly. Under what circumstances would a sovereign country like Canada vote to become a state in the USA? Most likely in a dire situation where their continued survival would depend on it, no? I’m certain America can destroy Canada in a physical war. If it ever looked like it was coming to that and the parliament decides that in order to save their people, they would vote to join the USA, would you say they willingly voted? Wouldn’t be surprised if you said yes.

This idea of toying with allies’ lives and their fear of survival AS A JOKE is unfathomably cruel. If it’s not a deal breaker for you guys, I don’t want to hear what else you have to say. The excuses you make for him is beyond comprehension to me.

Trudeau, President of Canada - Trump isn't joking.
Trump, President of US - I'm not joking.
Bemeruca, Guy who can't complete an English sentence - Trump is joking.
It’s because as insincere as he is, there are some things he can’t say he supports with a straight face because even he knows how stupid they are. And this is me giving him a lot of credit.

So the only way he can get around it is to say it’s a joke. As if that makes it any better. Just a few pages ago they were trying to gaslight themselves that Elon didn’t mean to get rid of consumer financial protection. Few pages later they’re rejoicing that it’s gone.

“The president is just joking about invading our next door neighbors. It’s just a joke he doesn’t mean it.”

If you’re in a mental position where this is an acceptable conversation to be having, you’re either extremely stupid, a child or both. At what point in history has it ever been okay to joke about messing with the sovereignty of another country? Do you think the people who live there are laughing at this “funny” joke?

So because Trump has been consistently and unthinkably stupid throughout his public life, we’re supposed to lower the standard of what’s acceptable decorum just to fit his low standards of operating? You people really need to have your brains checked.

Wikipedia article highlights some problems with the body
DOGE will reveal whether it's another body that targeted the democrat enemies or was just another liberal slush fund.
Vought can't shut it down He can just continue demanding $0 from the feds ,until everyone resigns.
