I know of no forum that does not moderate. In Jack Dorsey days banning was real time. There were thousands of content moderators whose work was to flag any misinformation.
There was a whole coordinated campaign by Biden admin with a back channel to Twitter to enforce censorship. Stanford Integrity group was also sending tons of emails to Twitter demanding accounts to be silenced.
The bots of Twitter would quickly ban if you posted anything not politically correct.
