I used to drink black coffee back in the days as undergraduate. Became an addict and stopped. The withdrawal effect was something else
Recently,I bought coffee but the urge is no longer there. Maybe, one day one day

Never know I will become a fan of mushroom. My favourite is enoki and shiitake. I prefer dry shiitake. I use enoki for noodles, it has that rubbery texture and can blend with noodles easily as they resemble.
I am a fan of this lady since she started her youtube. See mushrooms. So many mushroom feasts. Her chanel make me try some stuffs I will ordinary not look at twice. She makes a feast everytime she cooks.

i am not down grading, I lived in the Uk, I did all sorts of jobs when I first got there, macdonalds, can driver, security guard even though i am a citizen. If you called me a fast food worker taxi driver or security, fine because that is what i was when i did those jobs. I did what i had to do to survive but guess what.... i only lasted 4 days at macdonalds because I refused to clean toilets which was part of the job. if you clean peoples piss and shit you are a bottom cleaner...deal with it.

And anyone taking care of a sick patient can touch poop.

You’re so correct. And they actually do more than that in some facilities. We train them to do EKGs, blood draws (phlebotomy) some can do straight catheterization or even foleys with the supervision of a nurse. So much more.

You know I have wondered if sick people in Nigeria don’t get any help from the hospital staff. The way it’s used an insult on the internet especially NL made me wonder that. If you’re struggling to make a variety of meals.
Go through your fridge/freezer, kitchen cabinets and pantry and make a list of everything. I mean every single item. Then sit down make a list of the possible combinations that can be achieved with those ingredients. Breakfast, lunch, dinner & desserts. You’ll be surprised at the variety.

I found I’ve been feeling kinda lazy and unmotivated to cook. Tried this and the past 3 days, cooking has turned fun again. Just looking forward to ticking off items on the list.

I’m assuming the business was already registered under both of them and for her to change anything about ownership, she needs his signature. Doing it behind his box must have been illegal because she would’ve had to forge his signature and what not.

That’s definitely something lawsuit worthy.

But when it began yielding money, the ex wife struck with a divorce to get rid of him and own everything with the usual decoy of using the proceeds to take care of their children.

He accepted the above in the interest of his kids! Same kids you now accuse him of not caring for!

The truth about Nigerian men and marriage is that we have given our women too much entitlement mentality, that even women from other countries now envy our women.
