Just like the rejected stone that eventually became the pillar, Aba is now on the threshold to becoming Nigeria’s saving grace!

The situation in Nigeria is now almost hopeless except for the sliver of hope glimmering from Aba. Firstly, let’s look at the current situation of things & why no manufacturer will survive in the long run except they move their production base to Aba now:

1. Power generation has remained abysmal and in some cases worsening yet energy bills keep skyrocketing! Nigeria’s power generation still hovers around 4000 megawatts for a population of over 200 million. That’s most likely the lowest in the world per capita. No serious manufacturer can rely on PHCN, so they’re left to produce their own power & make use of PHCN as backup.

2. For a manufacturer to produce their own electricity, they would rely on diesel. A liter of diesel is currently 1700! Now multiply that to the number of liters their generating sets consume daily, weekly or monthly & tell me if any manufacturer can still run optimally and profitably?

3. Unfortunately, there are no official & clear-cut plans by the government to change this deplorable situation. So, it’s either MNC’s & local investors move their plant to Aba or go bankrupt/extinct eventually.

I went to Vietnam, a country that has border with China yet I was shocked to discover that almost everything consumed in Vietnam is produced in the country. So, I asked myself, how the hell was Vietnam able to overcome so-called cheaper Chinese goods? If Vietnam that has land borders with China could keep so-called cheap Chinese goods off their shelves, then why not Nigeria that is thousands of kilometers away?

With cheap & reliable electricity from Geometric, industries/plants in Aba can easily produce cheap goods & eventually ensure that Nigerian produced goods effectively replace those from China. If Vietnam can do it, then we can do it even more!

Aba has large markets & chains of distributors. It is connected by rail. Is near to cargo international airports in Owerri & P.H. As well as Onne seaport. Goods produced in Aba are daily supplied to markets all over Nigeria and to other countries like Cameroun, Gabon, Chad, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea etc.

Aba has become Nigeria’s best kept secret & saving grace. Any investor who fails to take advantage now should only blame themselves.
Concentrating on Africa alone will give Aba a fortune, let alone worldwide

What kind of camera?
Any good Android phones or Iphones are good enough. Sound quality is the most important. so make sure you have a good mic, and learn video editing.

I won’t advise anybody to go to Gabon. They have a saying there. Gabonese first. Even other French speaking people are seen as less to them.
The standard of living is very low in Gabon. A few Cameroonians that made friends with the previous government are among the few rich foreigners.
So, if you are going as an ordinary person, I will advise otherwise. But, if you’re able to make friends with the high and mighty there, then you can easily succeed.
Standard of living is not low in Gabon, though the Ali Bongos nearly made it so. But still I will not advise anyone to relocate to Gabon, if not coming to do business, then go immidiately he or she is done, and then come back later for another round.

Please I’ve been thinking about this since last year. I teach here In Nigeria. I can’t afford to go to the western or Asian countries but I think I can be able to save to move to Gabon to atleast teach.

I’ve checked their minimum wage, unemployment rate and their exchange rate snd I think it’s better off than Nigeria. Please advise me. I’m still single and in my mid 30s.

Is it worth taking a try? I know no one there.

I am willing to take the risk to go look for a job there with what I’ve saved so far. I’m projecting 500k.

Please I honestly and sincerely need your advice
Nope! Don't, if you do, you will be taken advantage of. the minimum wage is for citizens or residents with carte de sejour and you are working for the government. The private schools run by Nigerians (that is where you will work because you do not have carte de sejour and you do not speak french) don't pay well, If I were you, I will buy a camera and film myself teaching, then upload it to youtube. With time YT will pay you. BTW 500k is way too small.

Oh I love that man, he really exposes them. All the hateful verses in Arabic, he translates for us in English. Who better than an arab to tell us about Arabs?

Arabs gatekeep Islam but concurrently want the rest of the world to be Muslims because expanding Islam is their pride. A non- arab Muslim may make them smile, but deep down they don't take you seriously.
This is why I cringe at black Muslims. A black person that occupies the lowest strata in almost every society wants to be taken seriously as a Muslim?
In Islam, it's haram to enslave a fellow muslim but when it came to black African Muslims, they didn't care.

Arabs gatekeep Islam but concurrently want the rest of the world to be Muslims because expanding Islam is their pride

Islam is an arab supremacist religion, if you are not arab, you are not a real or worthy muslim, so for the pakistanis to show that they are worthy muslims, they go above and beyond. Christian Prince An arab Christian has always talked about this

You have been brainwashed. It is fine to have religious convictions but there is no correlation between religion and nation building. The greatest economic marvel of the 21st century is China. You think their prosperity came about by prayer and fasting?
You are the one brainwashed with hatred. You think China is doing well? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! If China is doing so well, why are they sending their kids to study in the west? I mean the very top CCP party members. They do not even develop any technology of their own, in fact it is only last year or last two years that China finally manufactured theri own ball point pen using their own materials and their own technology, and it is still not better than those made in the west. Do you know about 'tofu dreg'? You are very ignorant.

When we try to explain to Africans say Oyinbo nations are now in a post-religion era, this is what we mean. Let your religious persuasions dictate your personal decisions and leave others to their freewill and conscience. Or would God send this man to hell because others are aborting their offspring? Nobody send your 'the bible says' talk for that side
You are talking rubbish! The west is on a very fast decline, the day they left their God, was the day it started. When Christians were in power in places like San Fransisco, the whole place was good and serene. When Rudi Gulliani was mayor of New York, despite suffering a dastardly attack from the muslims, the city stood very strong. But since the so called post religion people took over, the city has become a 5hithole! Comparable to third world countries. Filth can be seen everywhere, druggies high on all manner of substances are everywhere. same for San Fransisco, and every democrat run hell hole. London, is now being run by a muslim, that place too is fast desending to hell.

Religion / Jehovah's Witnesses Have Never Been Against Men Wearing Beards by cocoduck: 12:01pm On Dec 17, 2023
Jehovah's Witnesses Have never been against men wearing beards, it only depends on what part of the world you live, if you live in wester world, where waering of beards in the past was found as hippie culture, you wold not want to be seen as a hippie, but now wearring of beards is no longer seen as hippie, so if a man wears beard, he is not seen as a hippie. In Islamic countries, beard is seen as good, so if you live there, you are more than welcome to wear beards. Just make it clean, don't wear a tatered beard. Just do not do anything that makes you stand out. In the country were I live right now. the people here saw wearing of African fashion as casual clothing, largely because they do not have traditional wears in their culture, so even going to the Kingdom hall with Kaftan was frowned up on, because the culture of the people in this country (Gabon) stipulated at the time that traditional wears were for parties, weddings and other get together stuffs not for official events. I remeber my Kaftan I sewd in Nigeria that I took to Gabon, I wore it one sunday, and I stood out as a sore thumb , not even at the hall but on the street, the people were looking at me like they were looking at a ghost. So In their minds, they said, oh see this one dey go church with trad. I felt so bad, because I spent quite a bit on that cloth. Years later when they began watching Nollywood (in french) movies a lot, they began to identify with their favourite actors and actresses, began to dress like them, and in nollywood movies, they wear their trads to offices, the Gabonese too began wearing trads to offices. So mentality changed over time. People now wear trads like tomorrow does not exist, even Isi agu. Trads are no longer seen as casual wears. So in a nutshell, it depends of cultural makeup of a given area. There was never a specific law that says male Jehovah's Witnesses should not wear a beard. Haters are will find a way to try to paint JWs in a bad light, and we welcome it.
