No one is saying Herrera shouldn't pass to Pogba. But it shouldn't be about Pogba dropping deep with him to collect the ball. He should be able to advance the play by making a vertical pass, even if it's just a short one.

Then advise pogba to stay up front or move upfront so that Herrera can make a vertical pass.

In one of your replies you alluded to him making USELESS forward runs only to pass sideways, why cant you think its because there was no movement forward that's why he had to pass sideway to keep possession. It always has to be Herrera who is at fault.

He can't make forward runs, he can't pass forward, he only passes sideways when pogba drops to pick the ball, and he can't dribble. HERRERA MUST BE REALLY USELESS.

Well I know no one wants to hear about how his price should justify his game play. The truth is pogbas general play was what I actually had a problem with.

Judging him on goals and assist is rather unfair but he definitely needs to improve on them too. (I know say our strikers actually messed him up) but we will see how he fairs this season.

The showboating, lackadaisical attitude and that wanting to guard the ball with his ass instead of a simple pass is what he really needs to reduce drastically.

On a good day when pogba is in his element he can cause trouble. We want him to be a lot more consistent with his GENERAL PLAY.

Madrid did that for many years and when did they start to get it right? Let's not forget that Barca peeped them to many success by banking on their kids and academy players.
