We all know there are contradictory assertions as to what happened in the oil sector.

Wether is was subsidy removal, liberalisation, price modulation, or the effect of dollars against the naira or even our reduction in the price of our oil. Whatever, something was done.

So to have a debate if subsidy was removed or not throws up a lot of different positions on the matter.

I just chose one of the options to buttress my point concerning the amount of our daily consumption.

I don't think the average Nigerian is that oblivious of his immediate environment. We all know the right things to do but will easily default because of some perceived persecution or support for 'our' own the moment we notice an 'external' push. This is because 99.999% Nigerians are patriotic first to their various clans with little or nothing reserved for the entity called Nigeria. Everyone targets how to get into government positions to steal for their immediate & extended families.
Now when an issue comes up you hear stuff like "when your brother dey there nko?" "leave am make he chop, beg Baba God make e reach your turn" even among mid-teens!

While you claim to trust the FG, the very next family in your village will claim point blank that the FG should not bother earning his trust - again based on the perceived tribe of the ruling group.

This still brings us back to true federalism. When FG gather proceeds from everyone & then disburse same back in ratio of how they deem fit, there is easy diverting of masses attention from the state & local governments to how much another 'undeserving' zone has collected instead of how they can use the resources for developments.
Now due to the inherent distrust, agitations are channeled to perceived bias which are usually tribal/religiously whipped. But when the control is within, no foolish elected person will just squander revenues because he knows eyes are on his works, "the voice of the patriotic people is the voice of God".

The inability to pay salaries today is because of dependence on oil & hand outs from the center. The laziness of governors who again ascended the seat of powers on the paddy paddy grounds, not competence. Generally Nigerians are poor educationally, but more so with empty stomachs. A looter of public funds can just slaughter cattles & bingo, people are chanting his name without engaging the candidate on his blueprints for development or governance as it were.

I didn't say Tinubu is a problem or not, I just used his personality as example relations to his influence. But my point is that it will be easier for the masses to take a stand against an individual for the general good as opposed to the individual wriggling out when he incites the gullible painting a witch-hunt from another region kind of scenario.

I think it would rather unfair to say this about Sansa. She had experienced the brutality and sadistic nature of Ramsay firsthand than anything jon would have imagined.

She knew Rickon was dead from her knowing Ramsay and she told Jon that Rickon was more a threat to him than jon or her, Jon still felt there was a chance to get Rickon back that's why he was more positive than her.
