Rubbish!! |
What was the it exactly that the woman said that was termed blasphemy. Nobody even knows what she was accused of exactly. It means two people can have an argument, one person decides to bear false witness knowing his followers only need to hear that she blasphemed against the prophet whether it was true or not will be inconsequential and a head is off or the person will be killed. If truly people wrote these then there no hope at all. |
SIRcumalot:I am just calm cos its a one tear deal. |
seems everything is against Nigeria |
My problem is why the legislators from the south not latch on to what Ndume and Atiku are saying and push for us to preferably practise Fiscal Federalism. we cant achieve nothing if that NASS is not in on what we would really term TRUE CHANGE. |
parrotibaba:That would be good, let him go somewhere else to horn his skills. There are other United players that have gone into management and should be ahead of Giggs since they have had firsthand experience in managing a team, this does not mean that they are qualified but atleast they know what it is to be fully responsible for results. he cant be given the United job on a platter. everyone cant be Pep. Wish him goodluck. |
beautyoftheLord:You took the words outta my mouth. |
yom2:That's why I really felt GEJ messed up big time. True it really does not justify these bombing, but we all know that to continue to attempt to be civil calling for dialogue seems to be getting us no where,. If buhari continues to sell crude and the ND are trying to negotiate true federalism/ regionalism the president will rather try to appease them with things like Ogoni clean up, amnesty, pipeline contracts etc but maintain the messed up structure. We don't know where blowing up pipelines will get us. It unfortunate we find ourselves in this position. Really unfortunate. |
Chai I don laff tire water don finish for my eye. Nigerians no get chill at all. Well I hope they took demographics oo How many muslim he goat dey, how many christian chicken, are the pigs ifa worshippers. How many in the north and east. Are the carmels pagans. How many ducks can swim and how many sheep get wool. ![]() |
mandax:Exactly! Its as simple as that but Buhari will want to be sole ruler of Nigeria. My main regret is that we had our person there in GEJ and he bleeped up big time! Selfishness is what is killing us in this country and Buhari himself is exhibiting it, atleast for now. Because of selfishness GEJ wanted to do first term then probably rock the boat by presenting regionalism but failed in his 2nd term bid. Why not propose it from when he won the mandate after serving out Ya yadua's term. Something is wrong with the black man. I swear. |
people asking the FG to negotiate with these guys are missing the point. they are ready to cripple this govt no matter what simply because when you talk of dialogue things like pipeline contracts and amnesty schemes are proposed, this is not what these guys want as they have demonstrated. Dialoguing with them when their major demand is basically decentralisation of the country which will reduce the powers at the center and make the region manage their resources to pay a certain amount to the center will not be easy. The issue now will be IS THE FG READY TO DO THAT? If the FG announces today that it will sponsor a bill to the house for the adoption of true federalism/regionalis as contained in the 2014 confab report, i bet the bombings will stop and further negotiations can take place. justice and fairness demands that every region should be productive and contribute to the center, This will even make us more united as a country and the slogan united in diversity will make more sense. my two cents |
parrotibaba:Advising that demented inebriated blind ekuke called Kagawa10 is a waste of time. its like casting pearls to a pig. The fhaggott is an attention seeking fleabag. |
DiademSh07:Guy, you better calm down before you blow a gasket. the way you are going you will soon spill your guts on your fone/laptop/desktop because you want to fight everybody. ![]() |
Purist:The guy can assume for the whole of Naija. |
Nihilist:I suspect I was the first person to have an argument with Kagawa10 about how much LvG spent whether it was 250 or not. I have read every dot on this board but decided to stay off. The truth is the guy annoyingly assumes alot and to ASSUME is to make an ASS of U and ME. He has done it severally and its really annoying to some peeps on here. He assumed that new2020 is the same as joace2020 because there is 2020 in both monikers. He assumed that my moniker is the same as coded01, even when I called him out he went rogue until he realised his folly and apologised. He kept on seeing Rooney on the pitch after being subbed, There are other instances and peeps on here are kinda fed up. I hope he comes good though. Now if you also believe he has not made any valid points and still insists on arguing with his invalid points it becomes really annoying and some people really don't want to suffer ffools. |
What doe he mean by free resources available to the the herdsmen to run his business? |
Na wa ooo from every day trial to indefinite adjournment. |
igbsam:Based on the little we saw of Shaw, Rojo needs to be put in a container and shipped to timbuktu. Although we saw how Darmian started and later became disoriented, I doubt same would have happend to Shaw hence my 'based on what we saw b4 the injury' statement. |
E be like say Mata and Blind might be first casualty from Mourinho. |
bettercreature:APGA can't do anything! True federalism will work. Sometimes before you share something, one party has to agree that what is being shared belongs to one of the parties. This makes it even easier to share. I am talking about resources. The truth is every region has something to offer and we can all benefit from each other by buying and selling among each other as a country. If ND have their oil and gas, they can't use it up alone they will need to still sell to other regions. Ajaokuta steel can sustain the middlebelt with tourism and their mineral resources. SW are very innovative in service industry, they have mineral resources etc Every region will have something they produce and can negotiate with it. The SE are business minded, any type of business. Every region has the potential of being an agriculture and tourism haven if we really know what we are doing. We are just being myopic. If we deploy true fedrlim and are suffering like this now nobody will complain because it is now left to you as a region to develop your region. People saddled with governance in the various regions can go attract FDI to develop whatever resource they have while integrating their people. I have a lot to say about true federalism and its advantages let me just stop here. Its the best option we have for now. |
MrKong:I guess you are immune to barbaric tendencies. I don't have to be a thief to know that the act of chopping off peoples limps for offences like just stealing an apple in the market place is for barbarians. If you are a barbarian then I understand. The sad thing is this aspect of the law will be swiftly applied to the poorest of the poor when they commit a minor offence. I know sharia is not a new thing, which means we have not really been hearing of how they have been resolving cases. But we also know that even with the present state of the sharia law practised we cry out when these barbaric acts come out to the fore. It also means that inputing this particular criminal law will make it legal. |
truefact:The truth is the slightest chance to allow sharia into the constitution will be taken immediately that chance presents itself, that is for sharia to cover the whole nation. They want to add criminal aspect and what exactly is this criminal aspect? People flogging people in public and cutting other peoples limbs for offences that would have only imprison someone for probably a few years with his complete limbs intact. That is the aspect that is most important to the Salame law maker in this trying times. SMH. |
discusant:The depressing thing about the whole thing is that supposedly educated people where chanting Sai Baba as if it was going out of fashion and then eventually voted him in. Its a disgrace! A professor of law is Vice to someone without a certificate in an entity like Nigeria. I weep for Nigeria. |
crusadistic:We also have sharia courts here. Then why another bill to amend the constitution to adopt some sharia criminal aspects into the constitution that supposedly binds us together as a secular sovereign state. |
The question is why do we need to amend the constitution to adopt a criminal aspect of Sharia law. Are the extant laws not enough? Does it now mean those that worship Ifa and amadioha can also agitate to pass an aspect of their criminal law if they have one to the constitution. Is Nigeria not supposed to be a secular state, not exactly recognising any religion as official religion. If this is passed, will it now be translated to mean that since an aspect of sharia criminal law is in our constitution then Nigeria is More of an Islamic state. Na we southerners dey do ouselves. |
lekkie073:So pep is expected to win the BPL in his first season like he did with Barca and Bayern? Na real set up be this na? BPL is not like La liga where they practically have 2 teams with ATM making trying to make it 3. Its not like the Bundesliga where we have just one club that can win the league with their eyes closed and its that same club that Pep went to. All of us go dey here to see wetin go happen BTGOG. |
Na wa ooo. My question is if Pep where the one that was available and had been appointed by Man U will man u fans be saying all these supposedly "truths" about him. Truth is if Pap is expected to win at City, Mourinho is also expected to win. Whether it should be in there first season is another matter. After both have bought players there would be no excuse because I presume they would be given substantial amounts of money to sure up. Pep and Mourinho are arguably the two best coaches in the world today, can attract Marquee players and both want to win in their new clubs, in the same City and league who both finished on same points. As per the BPL both would really have no excuse. |
i will continue to say this. until we do the right thing we will continue to go down like people struggling in quicksand. the question is - WHAT IS THE RIGHT THING? |
Like schmeical said its Mourinho's dream job! seems he is even happier than when he landed the Chelsea job the first time. its like 'i am now where I've always wanted to be and i will do exploits' i hope he succeeds. |
This country is sick? Until we do the right thing we will continue to grope in the dark. Having Buhari as president is not encouraging at all. The question now is, what is the right thing? |
Diademk07:who bought Di Maria? Did the person not know what position Di Maria was most effective? Did the person not know that his philosophy would make Di Maria an effective player, played in his best position? Did the person that brought him not know how much he being priced? i guess the person that bought him "thought" Di Maria would convert to a side/back passing possession genius. |
