Irrelevant as far as am concerned. Even with every player fully fit this Gaal will find a way to fvck things up either with selection, formation, substitution and philosophy. We end up winning 3games, drawing 3games and losing 3games in our remaining fixtures.

As for the continuous blaming of the past regime, you cant completely blame them for that. 95% of those lambasting them are purely supporters of the last admin who deliver their bashings based on a comparison. So it's not unusual to see the apc continuosly referring to Jonathan's regime.

Secondly, this is virtually the first time we are actually having a change of power from one power block to another; that's why the blames seems strange to you.

I asked that question because am 95% sure there won't be any new road STARTED and COMPLETED by this regime. In all honesty it was a silly statement, why make that kind of statement if its not to make the public have ill feelings towards the last administration a feeling people already have.

As someone pointed out, govt is a continum, if road are roads are incomplete complete them regardless of if they are New or existing roads.

When will they stop blaming the last administration? Is it not because of their incompetence and impunity in the last adminstration that they were booted out?

I just feel we as a nation are not doing the right things and will continue to shortchange ourselve until we decide to practice true federalism/regionalism by building strong institutions. The other problem is leadership orientation - this is a major problem.

The term 'you guys' is rather unfair in this context and that what wrong with a lot of arguments on this board.

I actually think what the VP wrote is true to a large extend, but what u highlighted is my stand. If another person feels he lied kindly address that and stop lumping one persons opinion to mean that everyone who takes a diff view from your stand is also of that persons opinion.

Oh yes, mentioning the lack of new roads may have been a needless point considering that fixing old bad roads is more important, but the irrational, disjointed and pointless defences by GEJ's supporters successfully made an issue out of a non-issue.

The VP was trying to be clever by half and was trying to as usual blame the PDP.

Rehabilitating already existing roads is more important than constructing new ones.

hey i don't take politicians for their word, heck i don't even listen to them but i just want to know what osibanjo promised to do about the lack of new roads in the last ten years.

Why start building new roads when the ones available that can practically link 80- 90% of comunities, towns and cities need rehabilitation.

So govt should start bulldozing trees and constructing new bridges from lagos to ibadan when the existing road can be expanded.

If Osinbajo was querrying the amount of rehabiltated roads and claims that they were not enough compared with the 10yr span, I can understand, but he knew he would not get anywhere with that accusation especially when fashola has a contrary view.

Let Osinbajo name where we need a new road and let's see if venturing into that will make sense.

Most places are usually connected and just need rehabilitation, expansion of the road and where necessary divert the road or build a bridge to connect two communities.
