Computers / Re: New Method Yahoo Boys Are Using To Hack Your Facebook Account by CODEEATER(m): 3:25pm On Mar 17, 2018
Its called phishing..and its nothing new..oldest trick d book... One of d most basic methods of social network hacking..

Create a page that looks to the T like an original(in this case fb) then send out d link in some intising way.. When the victim clicks it he is presented with what looks like a dialog to login fb..he then logs in this credentials but the usename n password entered is going to a log somewhere else , so basically u have given the intruders your password willingly... They can login anytime and anything they like.

Easy to detect tho.. Links like that r usually on http:// protocol.. Facebook and other big companies like such use a secure protocol "https:// " all u have to do is check the url of such pages in ur browser to make sure it is indeed a https link and scrutinise the link and page... Anything other Facebook.com or m.facebook.com or www.facebook.com.. Is obviously a phishing link...

No!

Sometimes we leave those we love because letting them go is the only way to prove we love them.

If you have never being in love with someone who finds happiness in another, you may never understand me.

If you haven't been in love with someone whom your presence in their lives will only give them pains, you may find me crazy

There is always someone in a person's life whom they love but can't be with.

Good morning..

This post is an eye opener for all current or prospective glo subscribers..

I have using glo 4g lte service since about june 2017 it started out awesome...extremely fast speeds (at least in benin and most areas of lagos) , cheapest data plans u can find(until yesterday) and all round good quality service...

Then fast forward to Friday.. I noticed the sum total of data for plans had changed, previously N500 would get you 2gb of data for 10 days, 1k would get you 4gb of data..and so on and so forth..then that faithful day i did a subscription of 1k expecting my usual 4gb as i had made plans to watch some series on Netflix , i had only watched a few episodes by morning i realised i had only 200mb left... Confused as to how that could be, i angrily purchased emergency data for N500 expecting 2gb as normal.. Then i realized i got only 800mb... Whch is normal as u receive 800mb + 1.2gb bonus totaling 2gb...waiting for my bonus it never came..i contacted them on twitter yesterday and was told their data plans had been revised that i should visit their website for view changes.. I did on getting there i saw no changes in the listing 1k was still displayed as 4gb and N500 2gb..i returned to twitter and replied my findings and got a robot like repeated response asking me to visit the website...i did again..STILL NO CHANGES. I decided to dail the ussd code and view data plabs from there and from what i saw

N1000 = 2GB
N2000= 4.5GB
N2500=7.2GB

Fine...

Barely 30mins ago i needed to subscribe as my previous bundle was about finishing .. I went to thier website.. I still see the old data listing... So i dailed the ussd again to make the subscription..
I purchased data of 1k whch displayed as 2gb...

Ladies and gentlemen lo and behold.. I got only 1.6gb

"Congrats! You have received 1638 MB for N1000. Total remaining volume is 1785 MB. You can also SHARE or GIFT data to your loved ones. Spread happiness dial *777#"

I PAID FOR 2GB AND YOU GIVE ME 1.6GB...

ON YOUR WEBSITE U ADVERTISE AS 1K FOR 4GB

YOUR USSD CODES SHOW 1K FOR 2GB

AND YET THE USER GETS ONLY 1.6GB

WHY THE LIES AND INCONSISTENCIES??

This is really funny. A native doctor based in Delta state, Chi Marine, has exposed messages between him and a "pastor" who asked him to make him rich. According to the native doctor, the young man had been preaching to him consistently on Facebook to repent and change his ways only for him to secretly send the native doctor a message online - asking to be made rich.

The native doctor took to Facebook to share the below words;

People should see this guy called pastor Sunday nwaoga akpenchi asking me to make him rich after we will still post nonsense on my post on Facebook, the ancestors have arrested him today,this year shall be the of expose to all this evil man of God,isee.

Politics / Re: Despite Your Lies, Nigerians Still Prefer Buhari, Shittu Tells PDP by CODEEATER(m): 11:05am On Dec 28, 2017
zakim:
The Minister of Communications, Barrister Adebayo Shittu, has told the leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that despite their lies against President Muhammadu Buhari, many Nigerians still prefer his style of governance.

Barrister Shittu, said this in Ibadan while speaking with newsmen during the 50th birthday ceremony of a PDP chieftain in Oyo State, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde.

The minister, who said the people of the country were neither fools nor ingrates, would appraise the president when he presented his score-card.

He said those who drove Nigeria into a mess through corruption and mismanagement during the 16 years of PDP’s misrule were the ones now accusing President Buhari of non-performance.

Shittu, however, told the PDP leaders that Nigerians appreciated the achievements of the President in the areas of the fight against corruption and insurgency and uplifting agriculture, infrastructure, education and employment.

The minister said the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would come out to showcase the achievements of the president for Nigerians to compare with those of the PDP that ruled it for 16 years at the appropriate time.

He said, “Nigerians voted for President Buhari because he was the only presidential candidate that could be trusted. The president is running a government devoid of greed and corruption. Although, the work ahead is enormous, I am happy that a lot of positive changes have occurred in the areas of agriculture, education, infrastructure and employment.”

The event was attended by the former governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel; a former minister of Education, Professor Tunde Adeniran; a former minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan, a former first lady in Oyo State, Alhaja Mutiat Olayinka Ladoja, and many other chieftains of the PDP.

I remember vividly during the last days of goodlucks regime how economist were predicting doom for Nigeria.. many federal civil servant were scared of the fact that they won't be able to pay salaries... but thank god for buhari... salaries is no longer a problem at the federal level. because of Buhari and the recession I can see vast improvement in agriculture at the northern part of the country... its only a matter of time for the country to be fully stable..

Business / Re: Jumia To Boost Ecommerce In Nigeria, Plans A Month ‘black Friday’ Promotion by CODEEATER(m): 8:36am On Oct 20, 2017
tripleY:
Electronic commerce (eCommerce) platform, Jumia will be giving loans of various sizes to about 60 of its vendors, as part of process targeted at lifting the sub-sector in Nigeria.

Jumia Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jeremy Hodara, who disclosed this, informed that the online shopping platform has 15, 000 vendors in the country.

Against the usual two weeks of Black Friday sales, Hodara informed that Jumia will be dedicating a month for this year’s promo sales, which start soonest.

The Global CEO, who informed that Nigeria remains the largest market among the 20 countries Jumia currently has its footprints across Africa, said from last year’s Black Friday, the firm had over eight million customers, who patronized the platform during the promo, “but this year, we are targeting doubling that figure. We started preparation for this year’s own since January and we are sure that we have the capacity to do this year’s promo for a month.”

According to him, the demand is still in Nigeria despite the various economic challenges. He stressed that the Nigerian economy has indeed been very tough in the last 18 months, which had thrown up lots of unpredictable behaviour from the consumers.

Hodara, who disclosed that despite Jumia celebrating five years in Nigeria, “we have not been profitable. Despite that, we are still investing in the business in various forms. Jumia is a Nigerian company that will be here for another 100 years. We are on the long term. Nigeria is our biggest market. We are not in a hurry to make profit.

It took Amazon about 25 years before they could become profitable. But we shall remain consistent, serving the Nigerian economy thoroughly.”

He listed professionalism; needs and impact; trustworthiness as some of the criteria that Jumia will be employing to disburse loans to selected vendors.

Yu no need tell me na...I know already

If he was using oneplus to shade Sammy it’s acceptable(to a degree)

But not infinix now... dat na insult now
Phones / Re: Why You Need To Choose Infinix Over Samsung! by CODEEATER(m): 9:34am On Aug 15, 2017
stevewheezy:
1.) Battery Life: Why do I need to always be with a power bank if my device battery life was ok? With Infinix, you may not always have to charge your device very 8 hours. Samsung batteries are dead wack!

2.) Fast Charging: It takes like forever to fully charge a Samsung device except you use a super fast charger of another brand like Infinix, huawei etc. In fact, the latest Infinix devices like the Note 4 pro, are super faster with the XCharge 4.0 technology.

3.) Price: We all know that Infinix devices are much more affordable than Samsung devices and you get more value for your money with your Infinix device. Moreover, Why do I have to pay half the amount I bought the phone just to replace a cracked Samsung screen?

Samsung market share in Nigeria has fallen considerably! Infinix is doing just better off even though both brands needs to improve in other areas....

Very unintelligible write up...void of fact and rich in fallacy...

The only truth in everything u have written is that infinix phones are cheap...

Well what do u expect for such low quality? Plastic bodies , mediocre processors etc...

The illusion that their phOnes have better battery life is simply because their processors and other hardware r WEAK so do not use much power, see the stupid Note 4 u talked about , 1.3ghz processor , with 4000mah ba3, how won’t d ba3 last , it’s like give a Nokia 3310 phone a car ba3 to run on... and for your information young man, Samsung phones have bad ass batteries, look at the Note series

And pretty much every Samsung phone since 2015 has fast charging capabilities, if this feature is absent then the charger and charging voltage are optimized to at least give a relatively fast charge experience...

Please get your facts straight before u come here and talk shit

The only reason YOU would want to use an infinix over Samsung is because u CANT AFFORD THE QUALITY...

Samsung is nobody’s mate in Nigeria, u no even say make u compare some of the new Chinese brands like xiaomi and one Plus , na infinix

YOU FORGOT ANOTHER TYPE

AFKs

These type of players are usually more common in first person shooters..afk stands for "away from keyboard "

I.e a player becoming a burden because he is spawned into the game or match but for some reason is not doing anything,not moving, just stamina at spawn...becoming cheap kill for opponents if he's on ur team...meaning in a match of 5vs5 , 1 players is a liability so it's 4vs5...
