Karlovych: It's been the same habit for local coaches and anything they have their hands on, the criteria for selecting someone like Papa Daniel is what? Their plan has always been to select a first 11 then the rest can be made up of fringe players and at least one they could benefit from once he moves to Europe. Chelle might be from Mali but the list had Eguavoen written all over it.
The same thing Onigbinde did in the 2002 World Cup with the calibre of players he selected, Christian Chukwu did away against Angola in 2004 and much of that qualifying for 2006, Eguavoen has been doing since he's been the coach/technical director for the 2022 series and this one.
I just have pity for someone like Osimhen and Lookman as if Nigeria misses out of the tournament they'll be 31/32 by the time 2030 WC comes. if I write this same comment as yours they will call me a conspiracy theorist... Eguavoen or a group of people in the NFF keep writing the same list of players without any young new additions to the list. without Ndidi the SE made it to the Final of the AFCON.. so why is Ndidi still given a starting shirt just because he plays in the EPL.. its because of things like this I was not happy about Onyeka moving to Germany because I know the NFF won't invite him anymore.. both Orban and Ejuke can play Chukwueze's wing and Chuks needs someone to bench him in that wing. In the next international friendlies window, it is still the same list of players they will invite again. |

chuks404: U are right. But see ee, this team will be marvellous if they allow this guy. U think we would have been in this situation if we had someone with this idea from the start. Finidi and Peseiro got us where we are now. Let's not forget With the right personnel, eagles will dominate Africa. Quote me The man is tactically good Finidi and Peseiro got us here because the players could not score and play possession football.. SE cannot dominate Africa with players that are getting past their prime and too old to be in the SE.. England has lost 2 Euro finals can you call that dominating Europe.. if the SE reaches the final of the upcoming AFCON and loses it again then what's the point of dominating.. SE should be out-scoring teams and winning matches that is only when SE can say they dominate.. right now even if we get 2nd position the other African already in the 2nd position in their groups at least 4 of them all have over 10 - 13 points.... |

Rockyrascal: thanks! A win today would have really put us in a good position because benin and Rwanda dropped points. So that means the new world cup format allows for one more spot up for grab, interesting. As it is now SE will not qualify for playoffs even if they finish 2nd |

chuks404: They should allow chelle The guy is not bad. If there is one thing I noticed from our games, we clearly dominated. Our strikers were wasteful and the referee didn't help matters esp the penalty call on osihmen. However we do not deserve a world cup spot. SA did their work and they should represent africa Chelle is tactically sound. I don't know what some moniker as saying here. Besides I haven't seen super eagles dominate play like this If they allow this guy to get his personnels right, we are in for a monster super eagles team. Its about scoring goals not dominating. Whats the point of dominating then losing or drawing a match. Spain dominated Morroco in the last world cup but it was Morroco that won the match. |

Peterzoom20: Ekong and ndidi should leave this team after afcon. Their legs are gone. Players from npfl might not have the europe training in them but they would have the passion to defend the country. South Africa would soon go to the world cup with mostly home based players. Nope not players from the NPFL.. get players from Academies.. NPFL players age cannot be verified and if the NFF was serious this is one of the things they would tackle.. |

Abeg. I don't wanna get into that line of thought. Lol Danielnino00: Is everything a conspiracy theory to you??
Rest abeg Year after year different coaches using the same formation is no longer a co-incidence.. people have been clamoring for more midfielders but it has fallen on deaf ears.. so its not a conspiracy.. SE is out of the world cup due to bad defending, over-age players, 1 man midfield and no importance on possession football. |

TheSuperNerd: Chellechukwu messed that one up.
He should have brought in Alhassan and Onyedika both to increase our midfield numbers alongside Iwobi and to keep the tempo up in the final third keeping Zim on the backfoot.
We bring in Onyedika for Iwobi while leaving an Ndidi on the pitch. Nothing changed much... Still a 2 man midfield and only subbing out an attack minded technically blessed midfielder for a defensive minded technically blessed midfielder.
Chelle should have gone to 3 in the middle. Well, we are not going to the World Cup.
SA will lose their 3 pts vs Lesotho and we will still not get near them. Shame. After years of watching the SE consistently playing 2 midfielders with different coaches then the 2 midfielders issue is not from the coach.. the coaches have been instructed to play only 2 midfielders by the NFF. and it is mostly 1 midfielder because the other midfielder will the an AMF or CAM playing with the striker. |

Cecco90: Why were we still playing with a two-man midfield even with a goal up? the NFF does not like the team having more than 2 midfielders.. then the players playing LW and RW are meant to drop to midfield often but they don't.. so the midfield will be lean due to the NFF and do to the players on the pitch not dropping to defend. |

UltraSolid: What is sad is the fact he is a grandfather, in age terms, to many here. Imagine being so elderly and lacking wisdom. Meaning he has gone through life but the lessons of life, that confers wisdom on an individual, has not gone through him.
That sad reality can only be found in Igbo culture where hate turns old men and even Professors into slaves of illiterate cultist killers and hate preachers, like Kanu and Ekpa, because of the belief those sort will help them overcome and subjugate their 'enemies'.
They are emptily supremacist but their pain is compounded by the fact Yoruba have been and will always be ahead of them. When do you see a topic of Anambra greater than Edo, Benue, Kaduna, Kano or Delta State?
Never because they see those as beneath them. It is always Lagos and SW States, for obvious reasons, they try to compete with and downgrade. Classic behaviour of those who suffer from feelings of inferiority complex against others as Igbos harbour for Yorubas who are silent achievers with that fact even adding to their pain tenfold.
With human beings, the people we speak about daily and non-stop are those we are fascinated and/or obsessed with. Nairalanders should work out why Igbos daily engagement with others online must always be malevolently about Yorubas.
Can't they celebrate Anambra's positive achievements without claiming she is overtaking Lagos specifically when Nigeria has 36 States and an FCT? No they can't celebrate without downplaying a non-igbo person, business or state.. |

Anambra that can not even compete with Ogun state or Oyo is the one that will overtake Lagos?
Fake drugs is affecting your brain Anambra overtaking Lagos is a good thing and bad thing. A good thing because it will take their eyes off Lagos. A bad thing because it will give them more money to sponsor anti Yoruba politicians like CRV so expect half igbo half Yoruba politicians that are pro-igbos to start vying for political positions in the SW and relegate indigenous Yorubas out of Yoruba politics. |

UltraSolid: You are sick Sir. I mean that in the nicest way. Go and seek help. You wake daily, ignoring facts and researched reality, seeking lies to tell of some Igbo greatness coming at the detriment and downgrading of Yorubas. You have done this for decades ow. Yet nothing.
Yes Lagos is on it's "last spin". Same lunatic claim you have been making that for 20 years now, like a broken record, and getting disgraced as Lagos goes from strength to strength. One innovation after the other.
With one of the latest been "Detty December" and the sheer amount of money it brought to Lagos showing the vast and new potentials of tourism and hospitality for the State Abuja will never attract let alone your godforsaken Anambra or anywhere in your barren to andd unwelcoming five plots of land.
The old lunatic is claiming Abuja is overtaking Lagos whereas researched input (see conclusion below) confirm that not only is Lagos far superior to Abuja, as Nigeria's economic powerhouse, but that "Abuja's economic growth is likely to be slower than Lagos's: in the coming years, as Lagos continues to benefit from its location, infrastructure, and historical role as a commercial and industrial hub".
We won't even bother talk of Anambra the old asylum candidate claims he sees becoming economically greater than Lagos. Laughable but lunacy, especially that encoded in genetic allele of some, will manifest in such ways I.e making bizarre and outlandish claims reality disproves. The sky is big enough for every state to thrive.. Anambra has already surpassed Lagos that's what every Yoruba person should start saying so that igbos will make Anambra their new Lagos and start migrating there in millions and reduce pressure on SW infrastructure.. So just agree with them because in the every state will win. |

The major cause of Nigeria's poverty and under-development is the Western institutions that don't want to see any black nation prosper.. It is western influence that made t:inuboooo to devalue the naira which spoilt the purchasing power of every Nigerian. you guys don't understand their hatred for black people globally especially those in Africa.. india annual budget is ₹48 trillion which is equal to $560 billion ( with a population over 1.4billion people while Nigeria annual budget is ₦49 trillion which is equal to $30 billion ( with a population of 200million people ).. my point is Western powers claim Nigeria's population is the reason for ₦ Naira's bad currency conversion to the dollar.. but India with a population 7 seven times Nigeria's own is not affected by the same policy that causes Nigeria's bad currency conversion to the dollar.. if you reduce india annual budget to ₹28 trillion similar to Nigeria ₦28 trillion.. india's ₹28 trillion is still equal to $326 billion... South Africa R2.59 trillion is equal to $138.5 billion due to the whyte boers that stayed there. the Naira is a weapon fashioned against Nigeria and Nigerians by the Western powers. |

Maxwellfbi: The Negative Impact of Masturbation on My Life I'm sharing my story to educate and warn others about the dangers of chronic masturbation. My struggles began in 2014 when I started watching porn videos, which led me to develop a habit of masturbation.
The Struggle to Stop Despite my efforts to stop, I found it incredibly difficult. I tried fasting, but it didn't work. This cycle of addiction continued for 10 years.
The Consequences After a decade of chronic masturbation, I decided to visit prostitutes to experience real sex. However, my penis refused to respond, even after multiple attempts with different women (12 times with 12 different prostitutes). On the other hand, when I watched porn at home, my penis would become erect and tempt me to masturbate.
The Turning Point I realized I needed to break free from this cycle. I decided to abstain from both masturbation and real sex. It's been 5 months now, and I've made progress, but I'm facing new challenges.
The Current Challenge My affection signal is not responding to women, even when they're naked or flirting with me. It's as if I've developed erectile dysfunction (ED).
A Plea for Help and Advice I'm seeking advice and guidance on how to overcome this challenge. I want to regain my normal sexual function and develop healthy relationships with women. Please, share your thoughts and suggestions.
Remember, this is a personal story, and I'm sharing it to educate and warn others about the potential dangers of chronic masturbation. Stop watching porn with whyte women in it. |

TheGoodJoe: What I believe is that with time, the private sector will overtake the unitary system. For now, the unitary (FG), holds the cash and control.
Later the private sector will know their power. Africa will also know their power. Emir Sanusi said one thing before, is the amount of market we have here. It is just empowerment. Same with our football.
The other regions have untapped wealth. I remember VeryDarkMan showing a place in the middle belt that bandits attack, with tin mixed with sand on their ground. When the North/middle belt harness their wealth, they will also have billionaires to pump into football/sports.
Finally, what stops us from having a private league or leagues?
It is just myopia that makes people not see our potential. Middle belt maybe but Northern Nigeria can never be profitable.. the bri:tish could not make northern Nigeria profitable, is it un-educated and ter:rorists loving northern nigerians that will now make it profitable. north has been un-profitable that's why the Br:itish joined north and south Nigeria together in 1914 because the north always had deficit balance of trade. if the private sector controls things then it will lead to inflation like we are experiencing right now.. that was why I mentioned the expensive school built by foreigners.. there are people in Nigeria who want to make sure Nigerians cannot afford to buy anything by increasing the prices of basic things that we even produce here in Nigeria and this happens with the help of Nigerian politicians.. you're are too positive for your own liking... |
