Hambivert: I fear religious people, especially the fanatics. They have been manipulative since time immemorial.
Since when the white men came, my people began to line up their children to take pictures with a masked Father Christmas, but sparogatively warned these same kids not to even go 30meters close to their own ancestral Ekpe because it was a masquerade. Whereas, those same white men who gave them their new found religion come with smiles and cameras every festival year to get an intimate feel of the Ekpe.
The costume wearing Father Christmas, Ekpe masquerade, likewise other African masquerades are all masquerades.
If you think otherwise, then you are also a brainwashed victim!
I am irreligious, but Proudly a Christian. I do not see my style of Christianity as a religion... I see it as a culture! (living like Christ)
...and I'm not brainwashed! The same gods behinds those masquerade couldn't prevail against Christianity inspired white men. Don't confuse some art students visiting some festivals for superiority o. |

edoairways: Yeah! Ironically they make their exams difficult yet limited job space difficulty in certification exam has nothing to do with job availability. Certification is for demonstration of understanding of concepts and ideas. I advice people to look for complementary certifications to that they have already. |
Education › Re: Professional Exams You Should Avoid In 2021 by CodeTemplar: 2:57pm On Jan 14, 2021 |
While I admit some professional certifications can saturate the market, I have to admit that there will always be a complementary certification that can make holders more complete. I will rather suggest anyone with ICAN go for some strategic IT certifications like Database Admin and Microsoft Excel. I am sure there are many job holders who have ICAN but have become stale in repetitive accounting tasks and have no time to upgrade. A fresh face with extra IT cert in addition to ICAN will stand a good chance. |

BobFischer: Why is any any number multiply by zero is equal to zero?
10 x 0 = 0 100 x 0 = 0 1000 x 0 = 0
If i have 100 oranges on a table and i multiply it by zero. Why do i suddenly have zero?
100 oranges X 0 = 0 1000 pears X 0 = 0
front page please mathematicians in the house please gather. Zero is nothing. If you follow the concept of multiplication, you will see that nothing in any amount of quantity remains nothing. Zero is for and signifies emptiness or nothingness. |

Slackerpenguin2: (Note I am not here to defend or support Buhari )
Things were good before Buhari because we were earning a lot of dollars from high oil prices
Thus we had the money to pay debts, buffer the naira and so on.
Infact between 2008 to 2014 oil was at 80-130 dollars per barrel
From 2014 to date oil has been between 20 to 80 per barrel.
And because of the low oil prices we have had to take on more debt to pay for things.
The same thing happened between 1973 to 1982. Oil was high then. That was the time when my dad could feed a family and spinsor two relatives on a salary of 300 naira. That was when one ofmy dads colleagues bougjt a car for 900 naira.and by 1978 N1 was $1
Im 1982 oil prices crashed. By 1984 we wre broke and by 1986we had to do SAP. By 1989 $1 was N7.
It ia called the resource trap, aka dutch disease. It iswhy when oil prices go up things are good and when they are down things are bad.
It is also why a loaf of bread went from 50kobo in 1978 to N20 over ten years later.
We know the solution. Cut subsides, cut corruption, cut bloated civil service, become a manufacturing society that axtively exports . It is because Buhari won't take such decisions that makes him a bad leader.
And Boko Haram was bombing everywhere and kidnapping everywhere too. Buhari taking over hasn't changed things So why haven't Buhari diversified the economy from this oil that's causing so much pain and apprehension? |

Dollar rate was Bae. Rice rate was cool. Adeshina's(AFDB) work in agric brought so much cassava, there was a partial and substantial substitution of imported wheat flour with local cassava flour. Boko Haram wasn't all over the nation collecting crop ransom before farmers could harvest what herdsmen spared. Debt was significantly lower. Power supply bill was lower for similar power supply.
I have more up for OP his likes but I know they will likely avoid addressing the issues raised, so I save them. |

The war is a scam war triggered by the stupidity of the army, police and ruling class in the first place. They went into Maiduguri and dragged out civilians wrongly tagged as BH to be shot. They did this in their usual manner of recklessness thinking it will crush the 'bloody civilians' as usual. |
