I suspect it is a narrowed down version of economics that focuses on Agricultural economics or the economic dynamics of agriculture alone as against pure economics.
Education › Re: Why Does A Computer Science Student Have To Do Chemistry And The Likes by CodeTemplar: 12:56am On Nov 16, 2019
jokerr:
I just dont understand why as a computer science student in Nigeria u aren't exposed to real computer education, but our educational system teaches us things that are not relevant to what we are studying e.g chemistry ,biology, physics. And teach little to nothing about the computer we are studying.
Someone should pls explain why
Please be more detailed. Were you forced to register chemistry after 100 level? 100 level in Nigerian university is like a repeat of SS3 Nigerian secondary school. It is a good way to detect those who didn't do Jamb and WAEC themselves, so even though it wastes your precious time and work unit as a CS student, it still helps to filter "corner-corner" people out.

The doctor's receipt. Each time I look at it, my blood boils, my hackles rise and I just feel like going around with law enforcement agents arresting every northern biker I see and hauling them back to the arid desert lands from whence they migrated from .

This receipt represents common sense and logic turned on it's head.
Sorry for your bitter experience in their hands. Nigeria is a mob-state (something like mob-ocracy). Right or wrong is determined by the crowd sort of. The stronger, tougher or more aggressive side wins it all in Nigeria. That explains why the tradition of some muslims praying on public road weekly while paralyzing activities of some non-muslims has never been met with Buratai's kind of violence to Shiites.
It explains why they can hold us back. Sorry enh. That's Nigeria for you.

It is one thing to have enough schools and another thing to help them improve or provide a balanced society.

Gej could have done more by building the kind of refinery Dangote is now building. It makes no sense to see a refinery project that can employ in millions and then go for universities just because they cost less and are short term project. To show you the difference between university and refinery. How many private uni owner can build refineries the way they are building universities?

Where in the bible did it instruct Christians to act as lions to the devil? And how exactly should christians act to fake pastors everywhere?
By being wise and not by rebellion to God. Also by testing every spirit. Also by asking God for direction. Also by the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Christianity Etc › Re: Man Burns Holy Bible; Claims, It’s A ‘powerless [ Watch Video ] by CodeTemplar: 12:33pm On Nov 14, 2019
OtemAtum:
Christians don't have that in their religion, that's why they don't do that. Muslims are supposed to be violent like wolves, according to their religious tenets, but christians are supposed to be gullible and sheepish like sheep, according to their religious tenets.
The analogy of sheep and shepherd was used for Christians and Christ to indicate a submissive relationship and one of followership under the authority of Jesus. Same bible also uses analogy of Lion for Jesus and as followers/brethren/heirs/part of Jesus, there are situations where we need to act as lion. You don't say because Jesus is the shepherd and believers are sheep, believers should also act as sheep to devils. No. You act as a lion to the devil.

Chai. See business o! shocked
Anyway, I don't know any of them. And what's my business with two religious people burning their own books? Both Allah and Jehovah are currently in a spiritual cage and nothing can be done about the violence of their followers. But all these are pointers to the fact that religion is gradually losing its relevance, according to the will of nature.
POC, muslims burn bible but Christians don't have time for the reverse.

Both the logos and the rhemas are useless, especially in this our period of full enlightenment when Jehovah its god is currently subjected to his spiritual cage.
I heard there are muslims whose Jihad roles involves laying their hands on as many bible copy they can and burning it.

Well if you know any such group, kindly link me to them on a business level so I can be supplying them bibles at a good rate.

That's my support to their jihad against Christians.

My theory about this whole thing is that: Those who sponsored a weak Osinbajo to VP are after him and don't want another Yar'adua/GEJ vs OBJ scenario to play out again.
Only the people who Buhari has promised some things for the future will be jittery to the point of concocting such baseless rumours.

Of course, this is to be expected. That's what happened when Trump slapped tariffs on Chinese goods. Trade is not a one-way-street.
And closing of border isn't a one-way-street also.
Buhari only closed it to allow his breathe n sell their harvest. He already promised us reopening of the borders after the end of year festive period.
Sports › Re: Proof Match Officials Were Against Manchester City In Game With Liverpool by CodeTemplar: 10:45am On Nov 14, 2019
TheGoodJoe:
That was why the penalty was not given. If you read the article, the officials did not talk of the ball hitting Bernardo Silva's arm. The ball ricocheted to Silva's arm and was not a deliberate act.

Replay shows clearly that Trent Arnold Alexander on the other hand saw the ball and chose to use his hand to stop it. Which is clearly a deliberate act for a penalty.

The officials chose to deny it which shows a clear case of their corruption.
And does your picture evidence on Nairaland prove that Trent's hand moved towards the ball? Your thread is about the dumbest of 2019.
Sports › Re: Proof Match Officials Were Against Manchester City In Game With Liverpool by CodeTemplar: 10:39am On Nov 14, 2019
TheGoodJoe:
You are just evading the truth. The above article clearly highlights the corrupt decision and lies made by the EPL officials.

The VAR officials knew it was a penalty and clearly denied City it. This is why I like VAR, now we know the agenda is clear.
Oga na you dey talk trash sir. The arm of the defender never moved towards the ball. It was a case of the ball purely hitting the arm of the defender. That has always been the rule even before VAR. VAR only delegates the job of reviewing such to a dedicated extra official. Stop talking like pikin.
