Yes it's. I go to my school because the network is X3 faster compared to my house.

Well I use my brother's phone to download. Glo night data plan is superb cool

Since the files are partitioned into multiple files, I use multiple devices(3 phones) and download simultaneously using GLO Night Plan which doesn't have cap regarding the numbers of time a user can subscribe- you'll have to subscribe as many times as you want between 12-5AM.

It's important to note that it can span 1 week or more to completely download some of these courses.

In addition, your phone's network must be crazily strong, fast and stable... Else, hmmm

You have to download all the files because the person who compressed the files did a very shoddy job. Especially for the lastly added modules and files in each of the files.

About the tutor having codes already in his code editor, you'll find zip files in each of the modules that contains files in .HTML and .CSS. just extract it and open the folder by locating it through virtual studio code.

Thanks grin

The files are segregated into three. I do not feel good after downloading the first file, because when I extracted it, I found out there are up to a NINE missing modules cry cry
It started with module one, then boom module eleven. Is it still because I haven't downloaded the other two files? Or that's how it is?

Another thing that bugs me about this course is that, well with what I've seen in the first file, you don't really get to code along with the tutors... I wanted to watch a tutorial on mobile responsiveness for example, only to find the tutor's editor filled with 10 if not 20+ lines of codes; both HTML and CSS.

Omo when will I know ES6 like this... This code of yours is making me envious grin grin
I noticed something about eventliseners, whenever I add eventliseners to variables without adding dot(.), It'll still run e.g,
btnAdd,addEventListener('click', function (){});
The eventlisener eventually worked. Have you noticed this before?

So you're saying the whole Arab community can't attack a man, one man!

They are so powerful that they'll kill for an insignificant matter. So why can't they attack him because he married a 6 year old girl when they know it's wrong to do so?

So all those Boko Haram, isis, Al Qaeda, iswap killing because christian did not convert to Islam are they not following Muhammad teachings Here in north where Muslim see every christian as a threat to their lives...... Saying am calling millions head slammers, in my own life time have experience thousands of death caused related by Islam than anything else.

I'm not here to argue about boko haram and co killings. Say it out loud that boko haram kills/killed Christian only and listen to what you've just said. How does that feel?
As for Al Qaeda, you won't stress the point that the former US government funded them.

Like I've said earlier, I'm not here to argue. I won't say what boko haram/iswap/isis/Al Qaeda are doing is right, they are probably misguided. But saying all Muslims are killers, terrorists and other rude terms can be very annoying. If all Muslims are like boko haram, do you think you'll be able to sit comfortably and visit nairaland?
Muslims don't even pray to cross the path of those people, so why are you generalising!
What pains me the most is that tolerance level in Nigeria is decreasing everyday. I pray we can all be tolerant of one another irrespective of our religions.

I'm surprised you're a Muslim.
We Muslims believe Jesus wasn't crucified, why are you still arguing and calling him a loser!!!
Whilst some are trying to mitigate the the tension, you're add petrol to the fire.

What was this about?

Christians don't hatefully throw bombs at fellow human beings because they share different belief, they don't kidnap women and turn them to sex slaves, they don't treat women as semi-human beings, they don't believe that paradise is about sex but about pure worship of God in company of angels, etc.

Atleast you made sense

Look I don't usually do this but since threw a challenge, I gladly accepted. However, I can't go beyond this reply. Serve your Allah but love your neighbours and pay zakat, obey the law and pay tax.

Why are Nigerian Muslims so bereft of tolerance. Why are they so filled with desire to kill Christians and Southerners.

So all Nigerian Muslims have the desire to kill Christians and are bereft of intolerance?
Sometimes you've got to think well before typing. You've just made a stereotypic comment.

Anyone thinking Islam is defined in the North is a big DISGRACE.
Most people say Muslims will kill you if you critize their religion, be specific! If you want to say Hausa people will kill you, say it. It's very annoying generalising Hausas as Islam and Muslims in Nigeria.
Yes I know some misguided Muslims kill, I won't deny that fact. But tell me, do Christians not kill too?
One thing for sure, Islam is perfect, Muslims are not.
The religion you folks call religion of piss even allows inter-faith marriage. But that's not what you want to hear.
Any wrongdoing person is considered a Muslim. Some Hausas have rubbed Islam in the mud, that's why Muslims are being generalised as hypocrites and evil.
Like I've said earlier, Muslims aren't perfect, Islam is.
Programming / Re: As A Programmer How Do You Learn/understand A New Language by CodingBlood: 10:15am On Jul 18, 2021
Franzee:
I'm learning a course on Javascript... everything still looks like magic..
even at if else statements.
still confused difference between () and {}... They both represent objects if I'm right..

I'm also still learning it.
{} Is for objects (which is known as a dictionary in python)
As I know, () is used when creating a function. E.g function foo () {
console.log("Hi"wink
}
foo()

I know python, so JavaScript is somehow easy for me. As for the conditionals(if & if else), it's simple.
Just imagine you want to do something based on a condition that'll determine what you'll do.
For example,
I will go to the market
if I have enough money
else if I'll go tomorrow
Hope it helps wink

Programming / Re: As A Programmer How Do You Learn/understand A New Language by CodingBlood: 9:26am On Jul 18, 2021
When you learn a programming language, learning another will be relatively easy.
After watching videos, the most important thing is for you to master it and build projects. This way, you'll be more familiar with the syntax.
Yes I do mix syntaxes from different languages, for example, I remembered when I wrote else if in python instead of elif after coding in JavaScript for some time.

Like I've said earlier, mastering a language is the key, then support it with projects; this way you'll understand and not CRAM.
Funny enough, syntaxes do get stuck to the memory when you have a lot of bugs in your code. When you debug and run the code like 50 times before you get the actual result, won't the syntax get stuck to your memory?
That's why projects are a great way of learning.
Happy coding!

Computers / Re: Good Laptop I Can Buy Within The Range Of 130k-140k by CodingBlood: 2:30pm On Jul 04, 2021
Afriqan:

When considering a coding laptop, three things are essential:

1. RAM Size; if you can go for 8-16GB RAM it would be fine. You can also buy a laptop with 4GB ram and expand to 8GB. It plays a huge role in coding when u install your code editor like Atom, VSCode etc.

2. Graphics Card: this also plays a huge role and be sure your computer comes with a good one.

3. Hard Disk: Go for a laptop with SSD as opposed to HDD. This is because the former retrieves data faster and contibutes to overall performance. Like the RAM, you can also change your HDD to SSD if what u can afford only comes with HDD.

Bonus: start with any laptop you can lay your hands on as long as it meets minimum requirements. When u make money from coding, u can buy higher spec laptops. Shalom!

Yes I'm managing the one I have now.
I only asked this question for a friend, he's not into coding...

Muslims are not and have never been hypocrites. Most of the people against this woman are Hausas. So don't say Muslims are hypocrites.
Hausa people despise her and we all know that. Are Hausas the only Muslims in Nigeria or on earth?
