Same. I was thinking about it while analysing the usd\jpy chart. It’s always good to get fundamental confirmation of your technical efforts.

Crime / Re: Man Accuses Loan App Of Announcing His Death After He Defaulted by Cohelm(m): 8:18pm On Jan 20, 2022
Ineteresting situation, I guess this financial organization made such an announcement because it wanted to make this person a bakrupt, however it understand that if he would be alive, then it will reflect on his personal incomes and the whole financial welfare. That's why it decided to announce that he was dead in order not to harm the financial welfare. It turned out that this situation was revealed in news and nowadays I guess this company has lots of issues, moreover it may easily face bankruptcy because of lawsuits. Anyway, the whole situation is simultaneously funny and sad actually.

Great ideas, thank you mates. I will have a lot of things to experiment with on my demo account. I could not get to the idea of deviation. I mean I was playing with periods but indeed if you look at the mathematical formula of the BB indicator, you’d see that deviation plays a huge role here. Besides, the standard deviation indicator can be used to give a separate metric of the volatility, and when prices are coming too far from average values, then the reversal or rebound are possible.
Family / Re: Bored In Marriage by Cohelm(m): 4:03pm On Nov 26, 2021
It becomes boring because you have not found common interests.
To do this, both you and your wife need to write an individual list of things that are interesting, that fascinate and do not leave you indifferent.
Each list should be at least 20 items.
After that, read through the lists together. I assume that you will learn a lot about each other smiley
These lists can be turned into "Wish Lists." And when the wishes come true it can not be boring smiley
Just do not forget to specify and supplement them.
Boredom in married life - it is the norm, so almost everyone, and do not think that the grass is greener behind the fence - it's an illusion.

Business / Re: Can Olymp Trade Be A Full Time Job In Nigeria? by Cohelm(m): 6:30am On Nov 07, 2021
I always knew that Bollinger Bands work effectively in terms of breakout and reversal signals. However, my experiments with it on both FTT and Forex ways of trading have shown that the indicator is vulnerable to many false signals, especially on volatile currency pairs. I tried to increase the period of the indicator to get more accurate signals, but that led to a very low frequency of signals. The indicator shows the trend direction effectively, but it has trouble defining exact leves where the price action can reverse or accelerate. Any ideas how to cope with this problem?

Wow. So you say that a simple channel based on two parallel trend lines and Fibo levels can get you a detailed picture of where to buy and sell?

Has anyone tried using pivot points, Fibonacci and price levels in the Olymp Trade platform? How effective are these methods of technical analysis?

I doubt that it is a good idea for a politician to say 'I am sure you too will not like to pay inheritance tax if you can avoid it". Sounds like political suicide.

I still don't understand why Manchester United took Ronaldo. It goes without saying he is one of the greatest footballers on the planet, but I personally don't see him in the MU squad. He would look more natural in Man City style.

Well, if you face such dillema, professional musician career is definetely not for you. Surely, you should start with youtube or instagram. That is a nice business but you should learn a lot about promoting and making content. It also presupposes some investments in equipment, so be ready for that.

Yes, it is. Thank you very much. I think I'm beginning to understand how trading really works. And it turns out to be easier than I imagined. It is possible to make mistakes here. Still, thanks to the calculation of risk and profit, the profits will be greater.

Hi there, how are you doing in mastering MT4? Did you manage to achieve any significant results?
Hi. Yes, I have begun to study the platform. I want to say that the FTT platform from Olymp Trade is still easier. But I'm not giving up. I've already opened some profitable trades using the same strategy described here earlier.

I love MT4! It's a great platform where you can customize everything. For example, you can download and install any indicator. You can take any Expert Advisor you like. And you don't have to adjust for the programs that are available in the company. You can always add something of your own, which is convenient and suits you best.
You know, after the comment about how with a small percentage of profitable trades to be in good shape, I've changed the platform on Olymp Trade MT4. Now I'm implementing the method that was written about here above. So I will report the results later.

How do you withdraw on olymp trade? What are the requirements?
My friend uses WebMoney to withdraw money from Olymp Trade. And if you don't have such an e-wallet, you can also try Neteller. The money comes quickly and without any complications in both cases, as I know.

And I think trader has to look at the potential profit in the first place. It is higher with higher leverage. At least it's worth it.
There is some truth in what you say. But there is still a risk to be considered, I think.

Whispereye:

There are two things to consider when choosing a multiplier. The first is your strategy. For example, if you trade on the news and know exactly when an impulse will occur, then you can take a multiplier of х500. Because with it, the value of each pip will be as high as possible. And when price flies up on momentum, it matters.
But if you are trading intraday on a trend or range market, where pullbacks often occur, it is better to take a smaller multiplier. Because there is less chance that the pullback will trigger your Stop Loss.
And what's the second thing?
Business / Re: Can Olymp Trade Be A Full Time Job In Nigeria? by Cohelm(m): 3:56pm On Feb 12, 2021
Um, I wonder how best to choose a multiplier for trading in Olymp Trade? Especially if the deposit is small. Is it worth it to take significant leverage right away?
Food / Re: Kinds Of Food I Need To Increase My Muscles... by Cohelm(m): 5:58pm On Feb 06, 2021
I think that you need to make sure that you need to gain weight. Perhaps, you don’t actually need this and it’s just an illusion of yours. If you are tall, then big weight may be a problem, especially if you aren’t used to moving a lot. Besides this, it can put extra pressure on your heart, veins on legs, joints, etc.

Rockrunner:

No problem. The essence of this method is simple. You select only those trades where the potential profit is greater than the loss. That is, roughly speaking, where Take Profit is 50 pips, and Stop Loss is 10 only.
Let's calculate what will happen if we take this ratio every time.
Suppose you have opened 10 trades. 5 of them were closed with a loss and 5 with profit. But at the same time, you have gained 250 pips in profit trades and lost only 50 pips in others. In summary, you have added 200 pips to your deposit. If each pip is worth $10, then the total profit would be $2,000. And this is if your result is only 50/50!
Cool! Never thought about it before. Thanks for the tip.
Business / Re: Can Olymp Trade Be A Full Time Job In Nigeria? by Cohelm(m): 5:38pm On Jan 14, 2021
Rockrunner:

Yes, you are right. A trader always works with probabilities. There is no such thing that all 100% of trades will be profitable. Moreover, even 60% of profitable trades is, in fact, a victory. So don't listen to those who say that everything is easy here. Trading is the same business, where you need a strategy and a clear plan of action.
And then how do traders make money if such a small percentage of trades bring profit?

Kulawyn:

Totally agree with the two previous posts. Systematic approach migh change your mind.
I have to clarify that trading fixed time trades is no the same as flipping a coin. When you flip a coin, the chances are 50/50. When you trade, you don't enter the market by chance. At least you must not do that. Learn how to trade, learn levels, learn indicators, learn paterns and signals!
Thnx for all the comments! Good to now that some people actually make money with Olymp Trade. I am little confused though about the chances. Can you really predict the market? How?
