Whilst that may be true. Such divisive utterances shouldn't be coming the SGF. More often than not, political correctness is necessary when you're so high up the ladder. Now Buhari has the latitude to remove him for 'heating up the polity'. Their favorite phrase. |
Too many pseudo accounts on twitter. One just can't tell from that snapshot if that is Ambode's twitter page. Besides, one would expect his account to be verified. |
bidemilove89:Yeah the devil is holding down his eŕection in the spirit realm. It takes an enlightened mind to understand this indeed. |
About freaking time! |

Jeromejnr:Ok i'll save you the stress. But i believe you're not ready to make heaven yourself. You want to live to a ripe old age. To see your children and grandchildren. Which isn't a bad thing anyway. Which goes to butress my point. Nobody is ready to meet his/her maker just yet. Heaven can wait,we all want to enjoy all the luxuries this 'sinful world' is ready to offer. Everybody wan go heaven, but nobody wan die my brother. |
Christianity 101...tell the people what they want to hear. Does anybody honestly think if it wasn't for the money involved churches would be flourishing the way they do? 98% of people who go to church do so because in their hearts they want to prosper financially and otherwise. Nobody is really interested in going to heaven because in reality there's no such place. Why do you think they all keep praying for long life and prosperity? Heaven can wait,we all need money. |
These insurgents are not aliens. They don't live in space, they live on land. This is where intelligence gathering has to be top notch. The military,DSS and other intelligence services need to up their game. |

Hmm..interesting read. Anyways i'm averse to religion or any of that spiri-spiri stuff. But if it makes you a better person then good for you. |
She looks good |
Yeah..that's where the devil meets with god to discuss their next line of action. Where to send the next hurricane, earthquake, epidemic or some other mass killing disasters they just love to dish out |
kinibigdeal:What good would that do? Would god start making him more hoŕny or what? Una do dey tire for this pray..pray thing. @op,you haven't too many options open to you. You can either take matters into your hands if you know what i mean, talk to him earnestly. Not like this would change much knowing how these things work. Try out new sexy and seductive lingerie. Don't be too churchy please with all the 'it's either missionary or nothing' thingy. Be ready to explore and try new things, in the bedroom of course. Well goodluck in your conjugal pursuit. |
HCpaul:Sigh..Whatever floats your boat |
stylezee:'Everyone' is screaming thief so they must be thieves. You're very smart. |
Tamee:This is exactly how someone screams thief in the market and without questioning everybody lunges at an innocent person and starts lynching, throws a tyre round his neck and set him alight. The mob mentality is very much alive around these parts. |
Brigadier General Kuti should have known better. That rank no be moi moi. Now a convicted felon & dishonourably discharged. All those years gone to waste..sigh |
Dayum but that dude is skinny though. Eww! |
LockDown69:It was this close bro...this close |
Jeromejnr:-'There is no god' -prove to me god doesn't exist -how can you prove kushites mentioned in the bible were black? -prove to me they weren't black -explain the difference between my analogy and the illusion of freewill. -prove to me freewill is an illusion Typical evasive tactic. I know the drill. You cannot ask the accused to prove he did not steal from you. The onus is on you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that something was stolen from you. If you brought this kind of argument to court, the judge would jettison your case in the blink of an eye. |
Jeromejnr:Funny how you keep quoting the bible. You cannot use the bible to prove the existence of god anymore than you can use a comic to prove the existence of spiderman. And oh by the way,i noticed how you disingenuously dodged my question on the difference between my analogy of the master/servant relationship and the illusion of freewill.

This is nothing close to the party i attended the other weekend. Dayum! That shii was cray!
|
Jeromejnr:..but when you're asked who created your god,you go on a long winding debate about the first uncaused, god exists outside of time. Thus, cannot be created..bla..bla..bla. Same old tired argument..sigh

Ok |
RoyalPriesthuud:If the head is rotten, there's really not much the body can do. Have you ever seen a body walking without a head? The buck has to stop somewhere. A team fails, the manager gets the sack. Not the entire team. A government is seen not to be performing, the president, prime minister or whatever nomenclature they go by is voted out. The military is losing a war,the general or generals are fired and replaced. Not the entire army. It's the nature of things. Someone must take the lead. That is not to say we don't have a stake in our own development. |
Eldee said what it will take to solve our problems on this side of the divide is common sense. This is not rocket science or anything spiritual. It just takes dedicated leadership to get things right. Alas, that is the one thing that is lacking around these parts. |
frank317:The chic hot! I won't lie. |
Jeromejnr:Why don't you tell me the difference between my analogy and the illusion of freewill you hold on to so dearly. |
I so much love this story. Gives me goose bumps everytime i read it.Indeed god is great. Judges 11:30-40King James Version (KJV) 30 And Jephthah vowed a vow unto the Lord, and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver the children of Ammon into mine hands, 31 Then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the Lord's, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering. 32 So Jephthah passed over unto the children of Ammon to fight against them; and the Lord delivered them into his hands. 33 And he smote them from Aroer, even till thou come to Minnith, even twenty cities, and unto the plain of the vineyards, with a very great slaughter. Thus the children of Ammon were subdued before the children of Israel. 34 And Jephthah came to Mizpeh unto his house, and, behold, his daughter came out to meet him with timbrels and with dances: and she was his only child; beside her he had neither son nor daughter. 35 And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his clothes, and said, Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art one of them that trouble me: for I have opened my mouth unto the Lord, and I cannot go back. 36 And she said unto him, My father, if thou hast opened thy mouth unto the Lord, do to me according to that which hath proceeded out of thy mouth; forasmuch as the Lord hath taken vengeance for thee of thine enemies, even of the children of Ammon. 37 And she said unto her father, Let this thing be done for me: let me alone two months, that I may go up and down upon the mountains, and bewail my virginity, I and my fellows. 38 And he said, Go. And he sent her away for two months: and she went with her companions, and bewailed her virginity upon the mountains. 39 And it came to pass at the end of two months, that she returned unto her father, who did with her according to his vow which he had vowed: and she knew no man. And it was a custom in Israel, 40 That the daughters of Israel went yearly to lament the daughter of Jephthah the Gileadite four days in a year. |
Jeromejnr:Ahh i see. The illusion of freewill that has been debunked several times over. Here's an analogy for you to ponder on. You work for someone as a servant/slave. He calls you one day and tells you 'Jeromejnr you have two options. You're free to leave. But if you leave i'll ensure you die a slow and painful death. Or you can continue working for me for the rest of your life. The choice is yours'. Here in you've been given two choices without actually having to choices. How is this any different with your god surreptitiously offering us the choice to worship him or forever burn in hell. A classic case of damned if you do,damned if you don't.
|
Richirich713:Which correction? You only stated your own twisted and warped logic. Which only butressed what i have been saying all along. |
Jeromejnr:Sigh..I see you've elevated the art of cherrypicking to perfection. Did your bible also tell you that your god created evil? So why are we dissipating our time supplicating to a god that brought the evil upon us in the first place? I'm sure as an artful dodger, you already have a ready made response to this.
