First of all I don't know if there is a thread like dis on NL, pardon me if there is.
this thread is not to castigate smokers (nor junkies).
So I smoked for 6 years (which I know I'm just a learner for most ppl I know),
I smoked everything smokable, but suprisingly I've not sparked a stick of ciggi for about 10 months; I quit. At first it seemed impossible but m now glad I did.

Now what motivated you to quit d habbit.

Mine was funny but it just started from an argument or bet with my guys that with d rate I was going, I couldn't stay without puffing some smoke for a week.
It actually was; for even a day, but after a while, coupled with some minor minor factors, days without a bazz turned to a week n den weeks n here I am today! Hehehehehe. Wasn't easy but gud.

Now let's share ours! What made u quit n how was d battle.
