If u like rename it okigbo or okukuigbo.

That doesn't change the fact that Obigbo is igbo land, kill yourself.

Obigbo people have been suffering marginalization from rivers state for years just because of their igboness, no road, no government presence, no nothing they kept quiet and endured it now that federal government has remembered them, una want claim them

Education › Re: The Government Didn't Ban History In Schools by Coldie: 4:45pm On Jul 28, 2021
BinamRex:
When I read online that the federal government banned the teaching of History in schools because it didn't want Igbos to read about the Nigerian Civil War, I believed it hook, line and sinker, even though I am a northerner.

I little bit of research would have made me realized the truth, but I was ignorant. I believed what other people said without finding out if they were right or wrong.

A school I was recently employed to teach Computer Studies wrote NECO exam, and the subject was History. I felt so stupid when I saw the question paper. If the government banned history, why is NECO, a government examination body allowing people to write History?

What I noticed over the years is that students don't like history because the subject is bulky. There are lots of dates and events to cram in history, and most students don't want to stress their brains.

I asked around today, and I realized that even though my school doesn't offer History as a subject, other schools do. Students from other schools that didn't have a NECO center, registered to write the exam in mine.

From the look of things, it is up to schools to decide if they want to offer history as a subject or not. This has got me thinking. What other lies have I been believing?
dont blame us, its also prevalent in the Niger delta, alot of information that was spread came from the beer parlor, as time went on it stuck.

Till today an average Niger deltan still beleives Igbos want their oil, biggest lies ever

They haven't even explore 10% of mars not to talk of colonizing
colonization is ongoing already. Countries with satellites in space observing it, and 2 full blown rovers exploring the ground, and i chopper flying over head. to me thats a form of colonization.

Who knows, in future, Bitcoins might start being mined in mars.

Dozens of crewless spacecraft, including orbiters, landers, and rovers, have been sent to Mars by the Soviet Union, the United States, Europe, India, the United Arab Emirates, and China to study the planet's surface, climate, and geology.

As of 2021, Mars is host to fourteen functioning spacecraft: eight in orbit – 2001 Mars Odyssey, Mars Express, Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, MAVEN, Mars Orbiter Mission, ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter, the Hope orbiter, and the Tianwen-1 orbiter – and six on the surface – the Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity rover, the InSight lander, the Perseverance rover, the Ingenuity helicopter, the Tianwen-1 lander, and the Zhurong rover.[243] The public can request images of Mars via the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter's HiWish program.

oyigbo being located accross the river, with people using river as boundary should also tell us why omuma is located accross the river in Abia state territory.

so using imo river as boundary holds no grounds

Originally it's true, the original bight of Biafra is the coastal areas of the southsouth, since southsouth and south east used to be one in the past, they gave the defunct country a name from the southsouth to show solidarity apart from that the name was brought about by an ijaw man.

They did this to ensure togetherness.

Many people don't know that the original name of Bight of Benin was bight of Biafra, but it was changed by the Nigerian government to erase any traces of the Biafra

If presidency and governorship couldn't end desertification in katsina u expect eastern leaders to do miracles with regards to erosion undecided
