The endsars lawyer want cast the panel, its better he threads with caution if they over do it powers from above might decide to frustrate that panel and nothing will happen.

I have this feeling Sanwo olu might not get reelected for governorship in his second tenure.

Tinubu ams the powers in Lagos will replace him.

His 2 offences are agreeing that their were death tolls at the lekki shootings

And not managing the protest well

Don't mind this mumu nddc.

If u check very well, most of the loot are usually dashed to political friends from other parts (non-nddc states) of the country, even some abroad.

Very foolish set of entities. They should go and see the beautiful massive infrastructural construction/development ongoing in the north!
The worst is that nddc is a ploy to loot and save money.

A DG in nddc once he is sent to represent his state after stealing enough money for projects next thing he does is to run for governorship

Nigeria's biggest city, one squeeze sends a resounding message. To me Lagos still has lots of untapped islands at it's eastern coasts why don't d government develop them so these activities would take place there.

What he is doing is right, NDDC knows the federal government is in far away abuja so they do whatever they like since nobody is checkmating them.

The SEC should checkmate them anytime they approve a project so it can be tracked easily.

Do you know Alaba market at all? Go there by 10pm in the night, you will still see people selling. Those who are taking their goods out of Lagos to other country do their business at night, so that first light they are off. Go and check today.
That guy is a definition of why Nigeria is the way it is.

Look at endsars protest they said they are investigating SARS officers but they go and freeze the account of protesters.

“When I was arrested, I was handcuffed on one hand, when the police took me back to my shop, I was handcuffed on both hands.

“I was shouting and alerting people when they broke into my shop and tried to sell off my goods. The commander told two of them to take me upstairs.

“When I was taken upstairs,

they pushed me from my shop building. This was around 8p.m. I couldn’t see the officer who pushed me,” he said.

So why exactly did he give you his contact after the incidence? So you can report/trace him?

Not making any sense.

Anyone can get the contact of any SARS member(s).
There's a very high chance that the mans contact given to him was the person in charge of his case, their are some kind of arrest that if the person who brought u isn't their they won't release u, maybe one of the officers out of the normal non challant attitude of police, u would tell them to call an officer in charge of your case they will tell u they don't have credit.

Either u buy credit for them or u call him yourself

Around 8 PM, they tried to sell off your goods to who? Who are these buyers trying to buy your goods from SARS members? Again, what time does Alaba International close? I understand is 6 PM. undecided
If the man was lieing do u think he would be stup1d enough to bring lies to the panel?

Maybe u haven't been to Lagos before in Lagos 8pm is still early that's the time some businesses are just opening for the day.
Politics › Re: SARS Victim Presents Photo Of Officer Who Paralysed Him by Coldie: 8:40am On Nov 21, 2020
If u tell people that I was once arrested by SARS just cause I had small beards they took me to their station cause I I wasn't telling them good price to bail myself before they put me in a cell they brought out barbed wire and told me to.pull my clothes as they wanted to flog me with it before they put me in cell, at that moment I agreed to their bail they took me to pos people to collect the money.

Doesn't the scene above sound like a legalized kidnapping or extortion?

Some closes by 8 it depends on your level in the market.
All those people are evil. Don't answer him.

We all know how Lagos is, in Lagos 8pm is still early and people are willing and ready to buy off things at awoof price the mans competitors would happily buy off his goods at a cheap price and add it to their business.

SARS nefarious activities never added up in the first instance.
Most people think say na joke or na film.

They heard that SARS arrested a footballer in the west because they saw him with a good car took him in their vehicle while trying to intimidate and extort him pushed him out of a moving vehicle only for him to be hit by another car, if u hear this story u would say its not possible.

Same thing happened in delta state they even stole the guys car and pushed him out of his car and were trying to escape with his car before people started pursuing them and videoing them.

This story is very possible maybe as they saw the size of his shop they believed he had money in order to instill fear so they can easily intimidate him and extort him they threw him off a building. Reason y I believe the story is true is the man said he only spent 2days in custody. Since the man was innocent and injured based on them throwing him from the building they needed to get rid of him as early as possible so his family would go and treat him that was why they released him

I have said it before some people saying Nigeria is a shithole don't know anything if Nigerians really know about Nigeria 60% of Nigerians residing in other African countries will come home.

Somebody from his village in abia or ebonyi or osun would say Nigeria is useless not knowing his village is a backyard. Immediately he will leave for a poorer African country start suffering himself and be thinking all is well.

I know a young boy whose father sent to gambia, imagine Gambia people who are very poor.

Gambia that kano is richer than before u know he starts involving himself in sth illegal.

People comparing Nigeria to Rwanda are just very ignorant
Politics › Re: SARS Victim Presents Photo Of Officer Who Paralysed Him by Coldie: 8:07am On Nov 21, 2020
Its very easy to track the SARS officer.

Go to Mtn using the number the man provided and get his real and original and full name if possible his date of birth too.

Then go to the SARS station the man was taken to and search for list of previous and present officers using that data from mtn. If that doesn't work go to the bank with his full name and date of birth and if possible phone number and trace his Bvn any present account he is using would popup on his bvn then collect his active phone number from there.

If he has a house address go and search for him there, he must pay for his deeds, imagine paralyzing somebody then stealing everything away from him cause u are a police man and u think u are untouchable, what's the difference between what he did and what an armed robber does.

EmmyKing86:
Good morning all.

I am really happy to see that a lot of fellow Nigerians are relocating to the UK and doing very well for themselves. It's very refreshing to hear irrespective of the obstacles we face on our journey to success.

Having said that, I want to say that it is highly impossible for anybody to come from Nigeria or any other 3rd world country and in less than 2 years OWN a house or a brand new 2019/20202021 car. If you noticed, I placed a huge emphasis on the word 'OWN'. If you take a mortgage to buy a house or you are making installmental payments for the brand new car you bought, I am sorry, you do not own those properties and you have plunged yourself into debt. It can take more than 30 years to clear these debts. If something happens and you are not able to make the payments, they would be re-possessed immediately.

My advice for anybody coming on a tier 2 visa is to save and aim for (financial) stability. Getting a mortgage, buying brand new fancy cars, and making any unnecessary purchases within the first 2 years is really not ideal, in addition to all other monthly bills & taxes that will be paid. Use this time to build wealth, save, build a good credit e.t.c. If you end up losing the job and are not able to secure another one under the grace period you would be removed out of the country. Why not try to settle down and after 5 years of being under tier 2 status you would be eligible to apply for ILR which is one of the most stable statuses for immigrants as your stay will no longer be dependent on your work sponsor.

I think it is important for us not to give our country people the wrong impression of life here in the western world. I'm quite sure most of us might have had the experience of receiving phone calls to send money back home because they think we are living in heaven on earth. We are currently in unprecedented times, multiple jobs are no longer secure mostly due to the economic fallout of the pandemic. I can only say that the most secure jobs presently are GP & nursing jobs within the NHS.

Aiming for financial stability should be the objective.

Wishing everyone well as we all hustle in our own legitimate ways.
True.

If u didn't say this people would hv just fallen to the believe that you can buy a new house and expensive car in less than 2years of coming yo the UK.

I am also happy he clarified on it when he said he was paying the money on installments.
