How do I report a rape case a 34years old man raped a 16years old girl in my area.

The man is from a wealthy family and the 16years old girl is from a poor back ground. The man is threatening to rape her elder sister as they all stay in the same compound and they can't do anything about it.

Port Harcourt is an ancient city older than uyo. Comparing the age of uyo and Port Harcourt plus the fact that uyo started earning oil money in just less than 15years after it's boundary adjustment issues. When Rivers State has been earning oil money for decades. Uyo is the fastest growing state in the south after Lagos.

In my second account me and somebody was debating, the person insulted me and I insulted back and I got banned for 2years. Why the person wasn't banned.
