I will advise you to follow just the reply of BABAEARLY. The only important body you need to register with is the NATIONAL LIBRARY OF NIGERIA to get your ISSN number, any other body is optional. I am into Magazine business before and still wish to continue but just need a break. I design, edit and publish.
