There is no information about the Embassy of Belarus in Nigeria but I heard there is Belarus Visa consulate in Abuja but I don’t know how true is it and their physical address. You can apply for visa through the air port, Visa consulate in Abuja as mentioned earlier or in the nearest neighbouring countries that has Embassy of Belarus which covers the territory of Nigeria.
